A Colonel should command a Battalion, Brigadier General, a Brigade and Major General a Division.

A Major should be commanding a Company not a Special Forces Battalion please.

A colonel doesn't command a battalion(Bn). A Bn is commanded by a Lt. Colonel or acting Ag. Colonel and above are not field officers.
