Total usually base it assessment test on SHL.

For past questions and answers on SHL ( numerical reasoning and verbal reasonings) plus function specific test questions and answers,

Contact us on Impeccablegee@gmail.com

@davide470 you and other Jobs/Vacancies mods need to do something about this dude and AlienRobot who just litter all threads like this. Haba! There aren't selling actual SHL materials and in most cases sell misleading materials and you all leave them. If I post one link to the source of their so-called SHL materials I get slammed with a ban by the antispam bot

Reversing is all well and good until u have to reverse and park in between two vehicles better known as parallel parking. That's when you will know why you should have listened in maths class

Please keep it simple and explain to me.

If you have driven Japanese and German before no one will tell you the difference. So I take it you haven't driven both.

The primary difference? Efficiency vs Performance. Japanese build their vehicles for fuel efficiency. So the vehicles use less fuel to cover more distance.

The Germans on the other hand build "performance" vehicles. If I was with you head to head at a traffic light and we accelerated off together. You will be seeing my tail lights after 5 maybe 8 seconds

Surprisingly, they table on Fevs and Drebs and the Crypto passage had been seen prior by some candidates

But honest to God, that abstract I was only able to categorically see the relationship in two questions. I've never seen anything like that ever!

Overall, I've seen better from a local Oil and Gas company than what I saw today. It was my first time at the venue and there wasn't any safety drill at all. The hall was packed like sardines and in my head I was like if there's an emergency where do we evacuate from. The stampede would have been catastrophic. Only two Mobil staff came when in my previous experience the venue was crawling with staff from the recruiting company. SHL senior dragnet by FAR.

RANT over.

There's only one reason for traffic in Lagos. Reckless and lawless drivers who know nothing about the rules of driving
Travel / Re: Admiralty-lekki-ikoyi Bridge: What Is The Solution To Regular Traffic There? by airsaylongcon: 2:39pm On May 15, 2019
hinograce:
Here is my submission. I hope someone can show this to powers that be and also FRSC:

We need to work on our traffic rules and regulations, remodel our roads and traffic light signs and road signs.

We can work with timing of the day as we know some times are high traffic times than others.

Using the Lekki Epe road as a case study with area of concentration from the "Sand filled" Toll gate to Ajah jubilee bridge.

From 6am to say 10am vehicular traffic is more from Ajah towards the Sand filled Toll gate. And scanty vehicular movement from Sand filled Toll gate towards Ajah. At this time of the day the side with less vehicular movement can be given one lane on while the free two lanes can be added to the 3 other lanes of the other side(I am assuming that stretch is a 3laned road on either side) this action will ease the traffic by almost 75%.

After these rush hours the roads are returned back to normal and these will be clearly communicated by road signs and traffic lights.

During closing hours say 5pm to 8pm the process is carried out again but this time on the reverse lanes.

This can be achieved on other roads in Lagos and other parts of Nigeria. All we need is a little modification. As we grow in population we need to evolve from old strategies to new ones that can accommodate the new trend.

This is my submission, someone should share it with people of influencee

While your submission is a very good one, until Lagos drivers learn to maintain lanes instead of switching anyhow the solution will be difficult to implement.

The toll gate should be completely removed. You don't construct a toll gate in a residential area. It never happens anywhere in the world.

go to assessmentday.com to see how the normal dragnet questions usually are.....but the last one some of us wrote surprised us all, especially the abstract

I bought the complete Aptitude Test package from them yesterday. Its actually assessmentday.co.uk. And I'm starting studying with it. The variations in Numerical and Verbal Reasoning is what got me confused. There was Numerical Reasoning, Numerical Critical Reasoning, Advanced Numerical Reasoning and all.

Anyway thanks for mentioning assessmentday. Lemme "goandie" with the materials now

Go through the link that was posted there, familiarise yourself with the questions. You can only experience dragnet by experiencing it. You won't understand how it is through another person's eyes

Most first timers fail dragnet not because of how difficult it is, but because they are still in shock on how the questions were set and how short the exam time is.

So practise, practise, practise

Thank you very much for the encouragement. I will paraphrase my understanding of the exam and I would like some kind of "verification" if my understanding is correct.

Verbal Comprehension Reasoning with questions that have multiple answers (check box versus radio button)

Numerical (Critical/Comprehension?) Reasoning again with multiple answers.

Multiple answers here means two (or maybe more answers)

Then Diagrammatic/Logical/Abstract/Spatial/Inductive/Deductive reasoning
