chenzen: its a Greek leaf called christoudouloupoulous This is supposed to be a Greek name but you are mocking about. Its either Christodoulou (Χριστοδούλου) or Papadopoulos (Παπαδόπουλος). And no these don't refer to the leaves. They are actual Greek names. Surnames. Christodoulou would be borne by the wife or daughter of a man whose surname is Christodoulos (Χριστόδουλος), Papadopoulos would have a wife or daughter called, yep you guessed right, Papadopoulou (Παπαδόπουλου) 1 Like |

Its a mistake to trust a Nigerian to pay balance after an event. Story will enter and you will be at their mercy. In my refrigeration business for events I make sure I collect full payment before my vehicle leaves for the event to avoid story. Priviously I have had to tell my boys to lock up people's drinks in the truck because party will have almost ended and they still will delay to transfer balance. Next thing you will see is that the fellow will disappear. To avoid stress collect your money in full upfront. As per damaging reputation, story. Better customers that will pay shall come. The problem is that vendors are also very untrustworthy. You pay them in full and by 5pm they have started packing their things when u had a deal that there will be after party after the reception. |

JasonScoolari: No doubt about that, Infact, I am of the opinion that he was the best SS governor during his time. Dude was Fearless and had this tenacity and doggedness... Even his friend from Edo State with Mushroom mustache, Lucky Igbinedion can attest to that. He gave the SS a new look politically, He gave Deltans strength to have faith in government. Ibori never owed any worker, Infact, his developmental strides made Delta state one of the most peaceful states in Nigeria.
Let's not forget how he carefully selects his commissioner's and made a great choice in selecting Veronica Ogbuagu as the commissioner of Education placing Delta state very high in quality Education, Sports, Entertainment, you name it, He touched everywhere.
If he was to be a footballer, then he would be likened to the ever Smiling "Ronaldinho"
Deltans Love Him, I love Him More.
Odidigboigbo is the FATHER of Delta State, Okowa his loyal boy is still trying.
God bless Chief James Onanefe Ibori. A good leader is one with a successful succession plan. Ibori brought both Uduaghan (his cousin) and Okowa. None of which have performed half. Tinubu brought Fashola who outperformed him, brought Ambode who underperformed and was immediately removed. I'm a Deltan but please don't hail Ibori. He let us down. If he had invested all that "share the money" on education in Delta, we'd be miles ahead 2 Likes |

xcuggsm: NLNG has already lost its professionalism since APC came into power and started infilterating the establishment with incompetent and unqualified staff. . I do business with them and I tell you bro, that if you read some of the emails and invitation to quote for contracts coming out from the new people there, you will not help but wonder how they even got the jobs in the first place , So I guess the proposed sack of staff is just an excercise to get rid of the disgruntled old staff who have been displaced in their job by the incompetent ones who were employed on the basis of nepotism, favouritism and government connection
NEXT LEVEL UNLOADING!! I don't agree with your assertion and insinuation that the quality of recruited staff has dropped. Nah nah nah. I also disagree that the proposed sack is to get rid of disgruntled old staff. The business has almost 1200 employees with over 80% of them old staff. So sacking 10% of the staff strength won't do any damage to old staff |

If a company as lucrative as the NLNG is laying off workers, imagine what is happening in other smaller corporations and businesses. ?
By the time buhari is done with his 8 years, we will need an absolute genius to rescue the country. NLNG isnt laying of staff cos of financial challenges o. This to me looks like they want to get rid of the heavy top. Probably need to get rid of certain very specific people but others suffer collateral damage so it doesn't look targeted. Most likely would have offered them early retirement and dem no take. |

trevormide: Sack 120 staffs who were employed based on merit
Then secretly employ 150 based on nepotism, favouritism and government connection
The truth is NLNG wants to hire people connected to the federal government but there's no space for them. The option is to sack people and create space so that they can fill with the new people
Who cursed Nigeria? Lol... NLNG cannot hire like that. Trust me. |

Happy Sunday Everyone. I'm sorry if I come across as a bit loquacious/talkative. But I have to air my mind. All these materials been passed around are not from workforce or dragnet. These are SHL style materials gotten from assessmentday.co.uk. Absolutely nothing wrong with using them but for people to pass them off as actual dragnet materials is what I find a bit offensive. I've used assessmentday to prepare for a number of Aptitude tests and can tell their question papers when I see them. They are very good preparation materials for SHL style questions but they aren't dragnet questions. That aside anyone interested in doing a collabo to purchase the current assessmentday SHL preparation materials? https://www.assessmentday.co.uk/buy/aptitudetest_buy.htmThey are £39.99 and 4 people can do a collabo of 5k each and we can buy them. Anyone interested PM let's do this 1 Like 1 Share |

The materials I'm seeing here as dragnet materials look dodgy at best! I'm certain I've seen (and used) these materials to prepare for an aptitude test by a completely different body (i.e not dragnet). To be fair the materials are sound and were very influential in my success at that aptitude test so I'm not questioning the quality of the materials. My doubt is whether the style of questions in those materials replicate similar style of questions one would find on a dragnet GSE. I won't want to throw myself heavily into preparing with those materials only to meet different styled questions on dragnet. So anyone |
