The almighty lekki. The rich also cry.

Pure deceit. Abraham Adesanya is for all intents and purposes not Lekki. It's people wallowing in deceit that will call it Lekki-Ajah when it is really Ajah.

This is not saying that Lekki itself isn't a mess. One cup of rainfall and the entire Lekki is a flood cess pool despite being metres away from the Lagoon. If proper drainage existed all the water should be draining into the Lagoon

Education / Re: Nearly First Class: What Class Of Degree Is This? by airsaylongcon: 12:28pm On Oct 19, 2019
ArticleBeast:

To me all Engineering are useless as long as it is in Nigeria. There are more jobless Engineering graduates than any other course. The average Nigerian Engineering Student lack practical experience of the course he is studying. Imagine an Electrical engineering student not able to fix basic electrical problems. Most can't disembark and couple engines. In fact where are the industries to absolve them after graduation.

Abeg let me go gung-Ho on you? What does it mean to disembark an engine? What does it mean for industries to absolve graduates? Did they commit a crime that they need to be absolved?

franchasng:
lol I agree though but some courses ehn, students do run mad studying them.

Some courses are not meant for average students cos they will get brain issue studying it. Do you know how many students who drop out of software engineering courses abroad Can you do coding and programming So tomorrow a first class graduate of dentistry or animal science will be looking down on a 2.1 graduate of software engineering

Even in the rating of IQ there is grading, IQ pass IQ even though two individuals may have high IQ but one will have a higher IQ or intelligence quotient than the other.

You really over rate Coding and programming. Software Engineering is way way more than coding.

And I’m a bit worried about your vacillating comments. First you assert that only Doctors can stand with Mech Eng. Then somewhere else belittle Dentists by asking if they can stand with Software engineering. U do know that Medicine and Dentistry are on the same academic level. Hence they all get registered by the same body the Medical and Dental council of Nigeria.

You said it all. Most of our ND communities just want to collect "wetin dey for us?"....bunch of idiots

Then u went ahead to ruin everything by saying I intend scoring cheap points. Really? U take my sarcasm laced post as an indicator that I want to score cheap points even after I had started my post with a caveat? Please o, let me be popular on a tech thread not on a mob thread

I saw this trend about 3days ago that I son much became fascinated that I had tk save this page. Saynotocultism, thanking you for sharing your story to at least let some people see the dangers in joining one.

I was only able to read to 10,but it was what my time within the last 3days I have being reading. Special mention to I am Nobody for your continuous contribution.

Cultism can never be a choice, the youth should pls desist. I am a graduate since 2015,so if I add my voice to some saying no to cultism, you should no I have seen some instances even thou I am not a member.

I remember two particular guys that wanted me to join in year 2011. Today,I am a graduate, but one of those guys I talked about is near mad in the street of Akure today. The other whose father was a pastor ran away from Ondo state to save his head.

Youth,pls be wise.

Lemme be mischievous here. If you take my "attack" I won't be surprised or offended. So you say you are a grad yeah. To then go ahead to say reading the "trend" (thread actually) was "what" (worth) your time has left me in stitches. What kind of grads do we have these days? Then when HR staff say grads cannot write we all scream that they aren't saying the truth!

How is it ranked ?
and besides, i thought Islam hates this symbol?

That’s not the Star of David. Is it?

Modified
The Star of David is a six pointed star. The one u highlighted has 8 points so definitely not the Symbol of the "Zionists". Would have been stunned to see the David Star in the heart of Arabia

Dude, you aren't making sense at all. An artist decided to perform in Cyprus, and you're here lamenting he won't be paid well. You think he didn't study the market before going? You know the industry more than his managers? You think money is the only reason a rising artists goes to perform in the abroad? Oga, if you do not know what's obtainable in the music industry, keep mute when it's being discussed.

Lol....mumbling

Just see the way an adult is reasoning. Those ones you see in the video aren't human enough for him to perform for? Is it only Africans that listen to African music?

First of all I will ignore your insult. Secondly musicians perform where they can earn a lot of money. 99% of the Nigerian population in Cyprus are students that aren't working and therefore cannot pay an artiste a decent sum. Thirdly, I tell you for free that Cypriots and other Europeans in Cyprus don't listen to Nigerian music.

So what was it you were saying again?

I remember walking into the final exam from CSC108 (Programming I) straight from a nightclub and still made an A
