Take our freedom of speech and expression, censor everything we hear and watch on the mass media.... In fact North-Koeanise Nigeria.. That's why your government was voted... |
BABANGBALI:Who dash you? Werey salaro... ![]() |
At least he would be saving us in terms of long trial and litigation Actually, l pity him because if he doesn't take trip to the gallows with the hangman, then he wont be coming home for dinner for another 30 years.. Moral lesson? Crime doesn't pay... |
Such a beautiful and regal-looking lady.. It saddens me they are no longer together because they look very good as a couple.. I pray God make both happy with their next spouses... |
IYANGBALI:Werey... ![]() |
IYANGBALI:Salaro werey Lala Don release you abi? Don't worry, your mata go full his table soon.. Alafishe ![]() |
enemyofprogress:Werey Warri... ![]() |
I am a staunch believer that there are good and bad people in all ethnic groups and so l refrain from exhibiting bias because of the character of a few bad ones.. Here is my view on a few ethnic groups.. As an omoluabi Yoruba, l view Hausa people as.. Very open, hospitable, warm, extremely generous and unpretentious about their feelings towards you The lgbos are very hardworking, enterprising, industrious and creative.. They also help each other and they never beg on the street.. Niger Deltans are very funny, unpretentious and very assertive. All in all, Nigerians are great people |
Good one, your highness.. However, how many side chicks? ![]() |
soflygerian:Slay queen? Slay mama is more apt... And l don't burn down my kitchen when l cook... Thanks for the compliment anyway.. ![]() |
samzzycash:I swear you no well.... Got me cracking.... ![]() |
I can't believe l share a country with people who don't even hide their hatred and bigotry for others... An ethnic group openly preached genocide against another ethnic group and government decides to look the other way? Bleep 'one love' |
Eeyah..... I feel sad for the couple because they look very good together.... |
No wonder they sent me an email to the effect.. Yeye people |
Gwaihir:It is my mother's hometown and l know it like the back of my hand.. I just don't like associating with the town because of their excessive love for juju and occultism, as well as their children's aparthy to education.... One good thing about lKorodu is.... they can PARTY!!!! Chai... For the entire Africa.. ![]() |
Gwaihir:Eluku is a deity in lkorodu and it has its family and descendants And as for the man you mention, Late Billie Gafar Eluku, l know the man and his grown children personally... KWAM 1 paid homage to him in his album titled Fuji Headline when he was alive and later composed another one for him when he died.. And you don't need to be an ebora, all you need is to be in lkorodu township behind closed door at midnight and you would hear it's shrieking and terrifying sound whether you are male or female, indigene or non indigene, slave or freeborn.. Its terrifying sounds doesn't hurt or kill anyone and it is not a taboo to hear it You are safe wherever you are as long as you don't meet or face rhem |
aycorporat:You meant:CocKkk Crow at Dawn... (featuring Sadiq Garba as Butrus ) Other notable TV dramas of old are... Ripples, village Headmaster, Koko Close, (featuring late Olumide Bakare) Second Chance, New Samanja, Mirror in the Sun, Behind the Clouds. etc.. NTA really gave me a very memorable childhood.. ![]() |
aycorporat:To an extent yes.. When l was younger, we had television drama as our major form of entertainment with NTA and LTV at the fire front of showing these dramas.. However, as an adult, l don't even watch Africa magic or Yoruba movies at all.. Telemundo, Eva + and Televista have taken over.. |
Gwaihir:Yes l have heard the voice before.. My maternal grandfather was a popular socialite in lkorodu town and when he died in 1985 , Eluku masquerade came to my ancestral house at midnight in his honor and l heard the voice loud and clear. One of my aged male relatives then went out, paid homage to them and gave them gift on behalf of the family.. |
Nigeria has never been this openly divided and hostile as it is now.. So sad.. |
Tolexander:Koledowo omo Oyiboyin of Ajileye Theatre Group.. That's a nice one.... Koledowo was indeed a great comic relief in Ajileye 's serious dramas ![]() |
GrandFinale2017:I don't get into tribal war dude.. If tribal war makes you happy, keep it up... |
Only 7 ex governors ![]() ![]() ![]() |
GrandFinale2017:The curfew affects ALL women and non indigenes whether they are Yoruba or non Yoruba.. |
My mother's hometown and øogun eh... Dem no dey joke with their Eluku deity l swear... Chai... And the guttural voice of that Eluku can make you shiiiit on yourself if your hear it even in your locked bedroom in lkorodu township.. |
Make l go find the 'ashiefments' according to Baba Lie Mohamed... |
Beress:So, you are an omoluaabi? |
One day soon, you would be forced to tell Nigerians the truth... |
Our soldiers receive 49,000 Naira monthly ![]() ? How is anyone supposed to survive with that with family and several expenses ? Children school fees, house rent, several bills, utilities, transportation, miscellaneous? Our leaders, present and past should fear God oh because karma is going to come calling one day |
rman:He sure made my childhood awesome with his clean humor and funny attires.. He is definitely unforgettable.. |
rman:After Orun mooru, he produced Mosebolatan and Aare Agbaaye but they weren't great hits like Orun Mooru... Later he produced a movie on VCD called Agba Man... |
aycorporat:Iya Sala was Aduke George (she is late now)... Other major casts are: Adisa (the educated and enlightened character and the one constantly correcting Baba Sala and bailing him out of his self-induced troubles) then there is Baba Legba, Kari-Ile his dumb and deaf village wife, (that's the one with the funny way of speaking because she is half deaf) Asipe a thug , Obalende, and others... Mainly his Achiles heels are always light skinned women (omo pupa)... Such comical lot alongside Baba sala.. ![]() |
