na2day!:
And dont expect them to dress in their Army fatigues,
I'm sure they will be wearing Jalamiyas, baban riga, and other traditional dresses to blend in.
If truly Jonathan invited them,
It's truly a national disgrace!  angry
of course they will blend in remember anybody can by an american spy, they have any race that can blend in very well with the locals, that is their advantage cos of multicultural society which they are.

But don't ever blame Jonathan cos he meet the problem there, and at it is now, that's his only option.

Revolution is here my guy, is on, they are coming, with sophisticated weapons to deal with these malams once and for all, time to taste the real bullets, chemical bullets.

Pakistan with a better security forces cannot handle terrorist without the help of American forces, more less nigerian forces. The advantage the Americans have is the sophistication and advance technology of their military power . We dont have a military drone, they do. With a drone they can watch movement of these terrorists and strike before they do. cool cool cool

IS ON

United States Marines have been deployed to Nigeria to help fight Islamic militants known as Boko Haram, sources have told SaharaReporters

The Special Forces, consisting of 10 units from Fort Carson in Colorado, will move into Nigeria through the borders of Chad and Niger Republic.  Our sources said the US military gave the Special Forces only 48 hours notice to deploy.  That narrow timeline suggests some urgency in the operation.

Two weeks ago, the United States warned of imminent Boko Haram attacks on some luxury hotels in the federal capital, Abuja.  Nigerian security forces have largely been helpless in the onslaught of the militants especially in Borno and Yobe States, but their heads were given National Honours by President Goodluck Jonathan this week.

Intelligence sources in the US believe that  Boko Haram is a group of about 10 smaller groups of militants mostly bolstered by Al Qaeeda connections.

onicha was no mans land back in the days, or should i say onicha still belongs to idemmili clans, most onicha indigence came from asaba, mix with some igbos from idemmili clans,as the last time i remembered, onicha people and nkpor people had a big fight cos of land, that is why most onicha indigence studied LAW, they use that knowledge to acquire a lot of lands from idemmili people,  i know one justice that owns over 500 Hectare , state government banks, churches, schools, even the Nigerian stock exchange, business villa, all leasing lands from him. cool very clever cool
Politics2,500 Members From Oyo Acn Return To Pdp by ak47mann(op): 4:40am On Nov 17, 2011
THE reconciliation efforts of the national headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) appear to have started yielding fruits in the Oyo State chapter of the party, as about 2,500 members, who defected to the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) before the last general election, have returned to the umbrella party.

The returnees, led by a former vice chairman in Ona-Ara Local Government Area of the state, Honourable Mosobalaje Bakare, were welcomed back to the PDP in Ward 1, Akaran area of the local government by Alhaji Waheed Adurodekun, who is the council’s party chairman, on Wednesday.

Honourable Bakare, who is a staunch supporter of former Senate leader, Teslim Folarin, thanked the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory, Ms Olajumoke Akinjide and her father, Chief Richard Akinjide, for facilitating their return to the PDP.

The leadership and the rank and file of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) in the local government had earlier defected to the PDP where they were received by the minister and the state party chairman, Chief Dejo Afolabi.

He explained that although the division within the party preparatory to the last election caused the party the governorship seat in the state, the reconciliation exercise of the party, which he said was genuine, would return the PDP to winning ways in the state.

“A few minutes before we came here to formally return to our home, a chieftain of the ACN telephoned me and asked if it was true that we were going back to the PDP. I replied him “Yes.” While at ACN, we never obtained their party membership card; we only helped them to win the election.

“Other members of the PDP, who went to the Accord party because of the rift, are also coming back soon en mass soon. Accord Party is like an iced block that alienated itself from water. There are only two ways to make it become water: allow it dissolve naturally or heat it with fire,” the former state organising secretary of the PDP said.

In a welcome address earlier, Alhaji Adurodekun described the returnees as PDP members who went on self-exile to form the building block of the ruling ACN, saying that the house of the broom party had collapsed with the development.

He told the new members that they were eligible to hold any party office in the coming congress, adding that the last election was PDP against itself.

Representative of the FCT minister, Mr Gabriel Adediran, told newsmen that the return of former members of the party was a manifestation of the untiring efforts of the minister at rebuilding the PDP.

He added that the large number of returnees was a tip of the iceberg, as more people would rejoin the PDP, especially in the council, in line with the assignment given to the minister to repopulate the party and bring aggrieved members back into the umbrella fold.

Bandit C.:
Honestly, what do you really know about Ebonyi people, you being from Imo and all. Frankly, i am beginning to suspect your motive for opening this thread and even questioning your identity if you are not an impostor sent here to plant a seed of disunity among Igbos.

Look, i am from Enugu State, Nkanu to be precise and have till recent years lived my whole life with people from Ebonyi when they were part of the greater Enugu State. I have never met or heard anyone, be it from Ebonyi or Enugu discriminate against one another. Infact, we never ever considered Ebonyi people, particularly Ezza as a different people. Nkanu and Ebonyi have a long generational history that goes way back that i find it insulting that someone from far away Imo State would claim more closeness to Ebonyi people than we, Enugu people.

For God's sake, Ezza people come to trade with us on our Nkwo market day and we Nkanu people do likewise on their Afor market day. They sometimes work as paid labour on our farmlands, give birth to and raise their kids in our enclaves and villages and we also do likewise with them.

Please, since i have figured out that your mission here is that of division, limit that c.rap to your Imo State on the real and do not insult our long history with the good people of Ebonyi.

Yes we know that some Anambra people bad mouth other Igbos, even more we Enugu people from the so called ''Igbo Capital'' by sometimes calling us ''ndi wawa'' or ''ndi maid'' but you  never hear us complaining because just like racism, it often comes from the lower cadre of people. In the Coal City, we have all manner of Igbos, Ibibios, our good Anioma Igbos, Efik, Ijaws and so on living there and we all live as one gigantic family. Coal City comes first to them before any other village they may have to the extent that some Imo, Anambra, Abia and Ebonyi people would rather stay in Enugu than relocate to their home state.

Ask the famous rapper and singer Mr Raw Nwanne and Flavour Nabania who are both from Abia and Anambra respectively where they call home and they would gladly tell you that Enugu comes first and they adamantly rep. it in their respective songs. Jay Jay Okocha likewise, whose family reside in Enugu too.

For real Abagworo, i am inclined to utterly insult you for that c.rap you typed there but i will just let it slide. You and your ilk here can create your division all you want but limit that shi.t to Imo and hands off Enugu and Ebonyi because we are simply one.

Do we have any Igbo here from Ebonyi state? I haven't come across one on NL. I really appreciate your concern for them, but I think they need to elect more productive governors in the future if they hope to move along with the rest of the SE states. They've had a hardluck of lame governors in the past dispensations.

But who are these oppressors in their new state? Are they also Ebonyians? Who are the dominant clans in the state?
