To some of us your attempt at defending your church with this kind of abusive and insultive write up is rather making us to believe the girl the more. The girl in her confession is very humble but you seems not to be humble at all. Why don't you allow the LORD to defend your church instead. Brother if you are really of God you need to ask him for forgiveness for some abusive words you've written and possibly make restitution. God bless you. |

"Only a fool will believe all the lies that Linda testified in dead churches". My brotherly advice to you the writer of this story is that you don't need to abuse and insult Sis Linda(calling her names), the Churches where the testimonies were given (calling them dead churches) and the people that believe the testimony ( calling them fools) the way you've done in your write up. Linda did not abuse or insult anybody in her testimony as you are doing please. This alone makes me as an individual to doubt your story and that of Sis Joy more than that of sis Linda. God bless you. |

Joagbaje: God is not against public giving , he is only against wrong motive and intention of giving. Givings in the bible were not done in secret. God may not be against public giving, but when it becomes so public that it is televised to the whole world is it still good? What is the motive for this my brother. I hear people giving him his glory every time. It is good to do good but not seeking the praise of man. |

Prophet T. B. Joshua, is helping a lot of people and it is good; It is biblical to do good. He should however stop telling the whole world of the good he is doing; otherwise he will continue to receive the glory he has been receiving all these years from men. |

samuel.okoye: What some of us seem not to understand is that the many people who worked with this man have told us many things about him, yet you keep telling us to go there before we believe them. Agomo, Kayode, Abisola, Ajide and many others know this many more than most of you. If you believe he is a man of God who gave you the ministry of defending him. Do you know the man more than these people? |

Do you know what it means to sacrifice? Read this statement by a young African pastor. Found among his papers in Zimbabwe after he was martyred I'm a part of the fellowship of the unashamed. The die has been cast. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I'm a disciple of His and I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away, or be still. My past is redeemed. ...My present makes sense. My future is secure. I'm done and finished with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed visions, mundane talking, cheap living, and dwarfed goals. I no longer need preeminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, or first, or tops, or recognized, or praised, or rewarded. I live by faith, lean on His presence, walk by patience, lift by prayer, and labor by Holy Spirit power. My face is set. My gait is fast. My goal is heaven. My road may be narrow, my way rough, my companions few, but my guide is reliable and my mission is clear. I will not be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice or hesitate in the presence of the adversary. I will not negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I won't give up, shut up, or let up until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, and preached up for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must give until I drop, preach until all know, and work until He comes. And when He does come for His own, He'll have no problems recognizing me. My colors will be clear! |

Mat:5:28-30 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. IF HELL IS NOT A PLACE OF TORMENT, JESUS WILL BE SO SERIOUS LIKE THIS. Re:14:11: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Re:20:10: And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. PLS, BE OBJECTIVE BROTHER. |

Mark:9:42-48 And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea. And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. My brother, there is also punishment for offending the people with this kind of argument, take care pls. |

frosbel: That is good counsel my brother. My only fear and concern is whether you are indwelled by the same Holy Spirit as Paul was when the mystery of the rapture was revealed to him in 1thess4:13-18 and 1cor15:51-53. Is it the same Spirit that Stephen was filled with when the doctrine of trinity was demonstrated before him or another spirit operating through you? He saw Jesus by the side of the Father while the Holy Spirit was with him (Trinity). Acts7:56 Brother there should be no contradiction between you and other preachers who are filled with the Holy Spirit if it is the same Spirit except it is not the same spirit. So you have counted the teaching on tithe false just because your wife is not comfortable with it! Malac3;10-12 will still continue to be valid as long as the house of the Lord is in existence; so there will be meat in his house. God bless you |

frosbel: 1Tm:5:1: Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren; 1Tm:5:2: The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity. Personally I am not so good in calling our leaders Fathers, let us be considerate to acknowledge them and treat them as fathers. What Jesus is saying, I think is trying to ascribe the glory that is only reserved for the heavenly FATHER to any earthly father. Let us be sincere, will it be wrong if you call your biological daddy 'father'? If we can intreat them as fathers and mothers, is it too much to call them fathers? |

"But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their fellows, And saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned unto you, and ye have not lamented. For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil. The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children". Even CHRIST himself was accused by the people of his days. I guess if you were in CHRIST's days, you will still find some faults with him. I hope you will not soon find fault with Christianity and join or start another religion now that you are becoming wiser everyday? 1 Like |

frosbel: Some practises I became familar with during my time with deeper life. 1. Tithe or you are under a curse 2. You must consult you pastor before you marry 3. No wedding rings 4. The church doctrines are 100% bible doctrines and cannot be challenged, to do so means you are an apostate 5. The church doctrines are infallible and are backed by the infallible leadership. 6. They are above the rest when it comes to holiness 7. False rapture theories 8. Second chance at salvation during the great tribulation 9. They control your dressing 10. The church takes over your life , no time for family 11. Individuality is compromised 12. Challenge one doctrine and you are out 13. Trinity 15. Ability to think out of the box is stifled. You can add many more here. Deeper life according to you claims to be above the rest when it comes to holiness, and you are claimimng to be above them. Are you now not claimimning to be holier than the deeper life you are accusing? My brother better get prepared for the coming of the Lord. You've forgoten to tell us the practices of your church that are unbiblical, since your church too is not infallible. Charity should begin at home, judgement also should begin at home. God bless you. M't:6:1-4: Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly |

We actually need to be careful when giving alms or helping others. Read the book of Matthew 6:1-4 M't:6:1: Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. M't:6:2: Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. M't:6:3: But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: M't:6:4: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. Please, stop tempting other men of God to start publicizing their good deeds. God bless you |

It baffles me how some people keep defending this man after his close associates like Agomoh, Abisola, Kayode, Ajide and a host of others keep accusing him of all the atrocities he has committed. Even a nonentity will know that there is something on ground. There cannot be smoke if there is no fire. 1 Like |

Friend may you also be remembered like Dorcas, read her story: Ac:9:36: Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. Ac:9:37: And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber. Ac:9:38: And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them. Ac:9:39: Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. Ac:9:40: But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. |

Thanks for your information, but how many good things have you reported concerning redeem pastors or other pastors? Always posting this kinds of stories. in as much as we should not cover sin, no body has giving us the ministry of reporting evil of supposed men of God. |

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. |

I frankly agree with you that we cannot do without constructive criticism neither should we believe every spirit, but should test them. My concern is that most of the stories on this site are negative ones. I strongly believe that in as much as we cannot do without criticizing at times it should not be our preoccupation. |

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: |

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: |

Now, recollect, those are always coldest that do not plough, for those that plough get warm. I have always noticed that the people in a church, who quarrel, are the idle ones. Those that do nothing always grumble. It is very easy to pick holes in other people’s work, but it is far more profitable to do better work yourself. Is there a fool in all the world that cannot criticise? Those Christian people who do nothing are usually troublesome, for they are at leisure to find fault with those who are doing their best. |
