If you didn't take capture for drivers license

I don't really think the No 4 (Certificate of Road Worthiness) is necessary unless you are dirving a car older than 5years because I have been driving close to 3years now and I dont have it. I bought my car brand new and I was told at the vehicles registration unit that I dont need it until the car is 5years. But on 2 occasions, the Policemen who asked me of it was immediately corrected by me that can't he see that the car is brand new, immediately I said that he apologised and said 'Ok, bros anything for boys, you be big man oooo'. But i never gave them anything, I dont like police abit.

If actually the driver was over speeding, why was he not cautioned by the ~~senator~~ minister (boss) and his family?. If I can caution a commercial bus/cab driver to reduce his speed, I see no reason why a boss (~~senator~~ minister) did not caution his driver to reduce his speed. He should be persecuted too. He should also be persecuted for employing a non licensed driver.

The laws should not be for the poor alone

How does this not qualify for uber usage? U said after abt 6months usage it loses qualification. So does that mean all cars that gets to 62kmiles on uber platform gets disqualified automatically?

According to the mileage of this car (44kmiles) it qualifies to be on uber platform for as long as its running except there is Sth hidden.
