Basically these are the schools i am interested in...
The schools with * * * have average fees which i am more interested in
(WAEC result for required courses)
C6 in English and Mathematics
B2 in Computer studies
B3 in physics
C5 in Biology

My questions is will i be required to submit any Standardized test if the school minimum requirement for English is C5 or better huhhuh

And also what is the grading conversion for waec ?
Some of the schools require 60% on each course which i don’t understand and i have already booked an appointment with an advisor in each schools. But i need clarification as some deadlines are closer

Hello with regards to the WAEC, there is no need for any evaluation, Canadian colleges and universities accept it. All you need to do is to attach a copy of your WAEC result and also provide your WAEC student number and a valid WAEC scratch card pin so that they can verify your result.
With regards to your English grade. Honestly I'm skeptical whether you will be able to gain admission into computer science with your grades but not withstanding give it a try. If possible write IELTS to boost your chances. If you took SAT also, attach the result. All the best.

Can one leave earlier than the April?
Canada might decide their entry rules before then but as it stands you can only enter 3-4 weeks before your program start date.

Thanks for sharing your experience. That isn't good. They've not answered my call since morning. Also, they have not responded to the email I sent them to request a personal copy of My health assessment. Should I go to their office tomorrow?
Hello, kindly note that you will only be given an E-medical if the medical was upfront. In your case, it was a medical request which you took the letter with you to the clinic, the clinic will either call or email you once they've sent your medical assessment to IRCC. Cheers and good luck.

Please for people that got medical requests, please always check the approved hospitals websites regularly. I just got a date for November 2 for my mum's medical right now for qlife even though when I checked on Saturday the earliest date was November 18.
There are 5 slots left for November 12 for anybody looking for slots at qlife.

Hello, kindly use Expedia or Google flights to browse through flight deals then book directly from the airline.

New Brunswick and December
KLM is the least stressful among all the airlines but it's like 509k to 521k. You can try Ethiopia airways and Qatar airways. Better still, you can compare different airlines by using Google flights then you book through the airline.

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten their pprs today, to those waiting and those delayed, it will definitely end in praise.
Please I have a question? Please if you sent your passport to Abuja directly using DHL two way courier, after stamping at Abuja, did you get an email that Vade courier partner has picked it from vfs? Will vfs send the stamped passport first to Lagos before DHL will deliver it to me or DHL will pick it directly from Abuja again?

My Gckey account got blocked and I got information from this platform that I can open a new account and link my email.I told my agent and he said opening a new account means reapplying afresh and paying another visa fee of $150 and also updating my sponsors statement of account.and after this is when they will link it to my email.

Is this truly what it means.
I think you can open another gckey account and link your application to the new account.

If you intend to travel December, there is a good bargain for Qatar airways on December 13. You can also check Ethiopia airways and British airways, both cheap at the moment.

Alhamdullilah it has ended in praise for me.
This journey has been on for me since 2019 after leaving highschool but I thank God that it has finally ended.
My original destination was the US but my mom didn't want it because of gun violence and we had no family in the US so we settled for Canada. I applied for admission to University of Manitoba since that's where my sister was and got admission since November 2019. Unfortunately that was when the wait now started. cheesy
An immigration lawyer was introduced to my mom who charged 1000 dollars which we paid almost immediately. But this stupid woman didn't do anything for more than a year saying covid and many other rubbish. She only wrote sop and that was even when I almost changed it for her.
Fast forward sha, come December 2020, I couldn't take it anymore I fought with my mom about it so that we can use anothe person. She refunded the money and we decided to us another licensed consultant (A3 immigration). All through, my admission for UOM expired which I reapplied for another admission. I also applied to Thompson rivers university and university of Lethbridge and got admitted into all of them. I also wrote IELTS in January and got 8.0 overall band score. Then I applied for my first visa on March 31st, 2021. Omo I was so happy but as God will have it, it was refused on June 9 and the gcms notes didn't state any particular reason. My consultant adviced that the refusal was a mistake and we should reapply instead of judicial review to save time for fall intake. So I reapplied on June 24 with a complete application and by God's grace it ended in praise today.
Timeline:
First application:
Submission: march 3, 2021
Biometrics: April 6,2021
Upfront medical: August 2020
NSE request: April 14. Submitted IELTS so I sent only MBS and it was acknowledged on April 19.
Refusal: June 9,2021 a few days after I ordered my gcms notes.

Second application
Submission and confirmation: June 24, 2021
No NSE request.
Medicals: I saw how fast the slots where filling up so I booked for August 12 as my previous medical would expire August 9.
Ppr and bvl: around 8:45 a.m today on September 17, 2021.
Documents submitted
All imm forms.
Sop drafted by me and also a LOE tackling my previous refusal reasons.
My sponsors (mom) account statement for both personal and business accounts with closing balance of 25m.
Property valuation of one of my mom's house.
Also landed properties.

I didn't really do much, it was all done by our consultant. Omo yesterday my mom and I even went to buy dollar because of the present exchange rate and I also changed the pounds I had with me to order my gcms notes (My mom didn't want me to order for it because she thought that was why my first one was refused grin). All this was just yesterday. Man I'm still surprised.

Walahi I fasted till I couldn't fast again. In fact I fasted yesterday. It wasn't easy but I am grateful to God it has ended in praise.
I pray everyone waiting also experience this good feeling I'm going through. I am also grateful to this wonderful forum which I got to know about in May while I was waiting for my first application. I'm grateful and will continue to be for all the help your people have offered us.

And to my fellow Nairalanders who were refused, especially @oreoluwapo and @jfrazzy, please I am begging do not relent. The refusal is just a delay not denial. And I pray it ends in praise for you very soon. Thank you once again and please pardon my long story.

I will be sending my passport for stamping on Monday Insha Allah.
