| Webmasters › Re: How Can We Make Nairaland More Beautiful? by akay48(m): 2:58pm On Jan 05, 2013 |
For me, I prefer the structure as they are. But if we are trying to be more beautiful and sleek looking, then we should try making our Typography a bit more 'WEB 2.0'. We cant afford to add unnecessary Kbs, this is Nigeria, we need to consider the fact that connectivity is expensive. Now, personally, I'd want to know who liked my post, to send and recieve private messages (although, these doesn't make it 'structurally beautiful'. |

| Art, Graphics & Video › Re: Free Logo, Flier, Banner And Website Designs Here- Drop Your Requests... by akay48(op): 2:21pm On Jan 05, 2013 |
It depends. U might want to learn on ur own which will cost u less but u'll spend more tym. Your computer, connectivity, and electricity are things you spend on. YOUTUBE Video tutorials, PDF TUTORIALS and lots are available for free download. Secondly, U can get a Graphics savvy to teach u. This might cost a bit more compared to self tutoring, depends on the individual. And lastly, there are several professional institutes offering certificate courses in Computer Graphics design and Graphics design packages. You can get one, but they are expensive. You can mail me if you need a one on one training, we can work out some modalities. I hope I've helped? |

| Webmasters › Re: Facebook Officially Announced To End On January 15,2013 by akay48(m): 7:32pm On Jan 04, 2013 |
Facebook can't shut down, it's impossible really. If Facebook.com is getting too bulky for Zuckerburg to manage, the worst he can do is to sell it off. A lot of rich guys will pay tons of dollars to get that domain (It's worth Hundreds of billions of US DOLLARS). And Facebook.com is not just a domain, it's a company, except he's going bankrupt, I think becomming the next Gates should be his thinking now. **heads straight to my facebook wall |
