Goto where u saw ur matric no and hostel allocation. Scroll downwards u will see a link. Click it! After clicking at the far top click on pay fees. Tick hostel allocation and click continue, pick PIN as method of payment it will bring out 14k u are to pay at the bank which in turn will bring out the pin

The thing is why are u guys in a hurry? UI can and will never hide anything from her prospective student. Fine u wanna go pay for the hostel but has the school conveyed the actual amount we gonna pay? It's better u exercise patience so u can know what to do. Remember payments made are non-refundable so open ur eyes before paying a dine. The school will officially direct us to the portal if everything is completed on the portal cos it stands now, work is still on-going on the portal.

No post DE in UI just apply and if u have good grades u would be admitted. Also we don't have pol science or public admin. First choice only dear cos it's a federal uni

According to NUC there's no course u will do in Nigeria without having maths and english go and read ur brochure

You won't sit for a Jamb conducted exam... It's the university u wanna apply to that 'might' conduct exam for u

The only thing I can say to this is that most federal schools don't accept DE from a private polytechnic unless u have a distinct result that can't be over looked!

Yeah u must have a minimum of upper credit pass in your ND and also it must be one sitting O'levels... Faculty of medicals in UI accept only one sitting! If u meet up this requirements u are simply good to go

Let me come in from a programming angle. UI's website is built using a php code that is why u get to see the sites ending with a .php at the back. The code is designed to submit to a server Database ODBC and as well cache every filled credentials. That aside, to post something on a website powered by (php) is quite simple, once the page is validated a link is posted at the homepage. Once it is clicked, it directs to the actual content under the www.ui.edu.ng domain. Don't let me go too far! If UI will only drop fees hitch then the process hasn't started yet cos it's something that is very light to upload. A webpage varies in size and since no massive pictures is gonna be there, it might not be more than 120kb (just saying) but if the hostel and matric no would be included then that is a massive work cos both hostel and matric no would be routed via the school portal while the fees displays only on the website.
