What does Magu know about fair hearing and human right? What is good for the goose is also good for the gander. |
Yes, I have personally experienced so many...and I believe in miracles. Early this year, I was diagnosed of chronic diarrhoea that lasted for about six days. After the sickness had defied every medical solution that was tried upon me, it took God's miracle intervention to have me totally healed and strong. Praise God. |
adem30:Oh! it was Wike that sent them to the APC chieftain's house? |
Is sec 110(2) not self explanatory enough? Why will you allow hatred to overrule your sense of reasoning? Is there any law that disallow the usage of military camouflage to present budget or at most that provides for a certain dress code...? Don't take any offence please... |
Good judgement... |
I don't think having a side boyfriend or whatever is the solution cos you'll only end up hurting, devaluing and delaying yourself the more. There are still better ways of solving such problems. |
Benita27:God bless you for this |
Must we suffer at the expense of the small players? Was the NCC meant to protect the service providers or consumers? Oh God, we need you. Help us, for the leaders you gave us are suffocating us. |
The Leader, a true democrat... |
Leave everything to God and don't confront her with your findings cos she'll deny them. The burden to prove beyond reasonable doubt is on you. I don't think it's enough for you to allege that the person you found her with on facebook is the same guy that hit you without any other substantial evidence like finding the ATM card on him or his confessing to the crime since it was at night. So in order for you to avoid the troubles of our criminal justice system, I'll advice that you shelve everything since they weren't able to withdraw from your account. Moreso, keep that your neighbour at arms length, possibly, you can relocate if need be. Sorry for all that had happened to you. |
Very educative. Kudos. |
Happy birthday Daddy. May God continue to bless and keep you in Jesus name. |
Father in heaven, please send us your son Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to us again in Jesus name. |
Nne, did you watch the match? |
ZKOSOSO:You are a wise man. One of the few persons that sees beyond the ordinary. |
Well done Boss. |
This is totally unfair and against democratic principles. Whatever that is to be done, should be in line with the rule of law. The precedents this government is setting, isn't healthy for our democracy and constitutionalism. |
Happy bday Mama, may God continue to bless and keep you in Jesus name. |
“If we assume, without conceding, that such a meeting took place, for a man of Justice Okoro’s standing and knowledge of the law, he ought to have known the legal implications of such a visit, and should have reported it to appropriate authorities immediately. He did not do that, but he is only reacting after the authorities have established a case against him. The above quoted statement points to the fact that Obong Umana Umana is trying to build on the defects and weakness of the accused Judge. I'll only take them serious when the Chief Judge of the Federation debunks that such informal reports where not made to him on the 1st of Feb...has alleged by Justice Inyang Okoro in his letter. However, if I am to take sides, I will believe the Honourable Justice because of the weighty facts that he has alleged. Finally, when is Amaechi, Umana, and Pastor Ebebe suing for defamation/libel? |
It appears to me that the social media court is stronger than the courts that are recognised by our constitution. If not we wouldn't be prosecuting and convicting the accused as it is done on the social media. This is my observation from the numerous comments I have been reading online with regards to the arrest and prosecution of the accused. The law hasn't changed from the prosecution proving their case beyond reasonable doubt. Let's stop assuming and drawing conclusions. Let's be fair, open minded, rational,... |
hahn:Believe me, I'm praying for you. May God almighty show you mercy in Jesus name. |
