Foreign Affairs / Re: ‘I Am Horrified’: UN Chief Guterres Condemns Israeli Attack On Gaza Ambulance by akinadesun: 5:07pm On Nov 05, 2023
Israel has turned herself into terrorist country. Imagine killing every civilians anyhow. There are internationally agreed rules and protocols governing execution of wars between countries. Israel has breached all these rules and protocols. During war, it is a crime for the the military force to kill children, women, pregnant women, civilians, medical personnel, rescue team, and many more. The military force is not expected to kill people in the refuge camps. Israel has killed all these categories of people in this war. Israel has also prevented access to humanitarian or relief materials.

The actions of Israel has demonstrated no respect for human lives. Where is the difference between Israel and Hamas? Where is the difference between Israel and Hezbollah? Where is the difference between Israel and Taliban.

May Almighty God help and strengthen the people of Palestine and punish the Israel for the crime committed against humanity so far.

Politics / Re: Full Text Of Atiku's Speech At His Press Conference by akinadesun: 12:51pm On Oct 30, 2023
Mr. Atiku is very confused. It is very wrong to cite the retired speech in his speech. Atiku is one of the biggest contributors to the Nigerian problems. When the law favours him, the judiciary is the best. When the law does not, the judiciary is corrupt.

I am waiting for a time when Atiku will be tried for orchestrating the civil coup in the south west states (except Lagos) in the 2003 governorship elections.

Atiku has never been a consistent politician.

It is very sad that Atiku comes out every now and then to state that he has regret for not carrying out coup for PDP in the 2003 elections. This is the same man expecting to get justice in another space.
Politics / Re: What Lesson(s) Have You Learnt From Atiku, Obi And President Tinubu by akinadesun: 2:24pm On Oct 26, 2023
LegendHero:
—I learnt courage from Tinubu and the power of believing in one self.

—I also learn that the number of enemies is not the determinant of your failure in life. If you are very strong, you will ward off a million enemies.

—Appear weak to your enemies and strike them hard when they lose their guard.

—Enemies are not always a weakness to you, they could be your strongest weapon, just know how to use them to your advantage.

—Have lot of patience, because it is possible do not mean you should do it when you don’t have all the means to push it to fruition. Wait till when you are strong then go all out bold to say “Emilokan”.

• To be honest, I learnt so much.

• These are the lessons.

• Hard work pays off for Tinubu.
• Importance of planning (Tinubu conceived the idea of becoming president in 2007, he took his time to plan to actualize him ambition, you can say he took him 16 years to plan).
• Identify the stepping stone to achieve your ambition (Tinubu cleverly used Buhari as a stepping stone to achieve his presidency ambition by supporting Buhari for 2015 presidential election.
• Try to be always strategic.
• To achieve your goal, know the best time to strike and go all out. No other year would have been better for Tinubu to become President other than 2023. Atiku and Obi refused to get this right!
• Build broad-based support. Who could have taught the likes of Elrufai would have been allies of Tinubu).
• Don’t ever lose hope (APC primary was unpredictable, despite the turbulence from the presidency (cabal), APC as a party, fall-out with former loyalists like Osinbajo, Aregbe, Ojudu, etc, Tinubu remained undisturbed and carried the day)
• Respect your benefactors every time. (Osinbajo, Aregbe fail here)
• Don’t overestimate your strength (Osinbajo and Amaechi did).

• Don’t ever get deceived. Obi got deceived by rains of endorsements from the likes of Afenifere, religious groups, people without electoral values.
• Stay focused on your responsibilities (Emefiele was distracted, turned himself into politician while occupying public office).
• Ignorance about Nigerian legal and political system (Most of Obi’s supporters demonstrated highest level of ignorance about Nigerian legal system). To be candid, law and politics must be introduced into Nigerian education curriculum.
• Don’t be greedy (Atiku and Obi are, and are not strategic at all!)
• Know the best time to take a bow (Atiku failed in this aspect, he would have allowed the PDP presidential candidate to come from South).
• Money is important. Work, work and work to get money. Nigeria politics is not for the poor.
• Try to be scientific in your approach, Atiku and Obi lack scientific approach
• I hope someone writes a book to highlight the lessons from the 2023 presidential election.

Lol. Kwankwaso is a spoiler. He will split Atiku's vote in the North while Wike will dismantle PDP vote in the South East. Tinubu will win South West convincingly with Obi trailing behind with much distance. I see Tinubu on the throne in 2023. My predictions always come to pass.

A sound political analysis shows that Tinubu is a candidate to beat in this election. BAT is well positioned to win 2023 presidential election. It is very good that LP is also pulling some weight. This will make APC to see reasons to perform better.

Osinbajo is the most shameless aspirant in APC. With the way Buhari and himself moved this country backward, Osinbajo wants to complete Buhari's mission.

One thing that Osinbajo's supporters do not understand is that you may be intelligent and brilliant and not result-oriented or productive. That is the case of Baba kekere.

If you are baba kekere's supporter, please mention 10 key achievements of baba kekere in the past 7 years as VP.

In a sane space, baba kekere would not have had an iota of confidence to aspire for the office of the President.

It is only in Nigeria that a government agency would partner with a private business entity for 12 solid years and government agency would rake in no returns for the government.

If Nigerian government wants to make any progress, there is need for holistic reforms for all revenue generating agencies. Nigeria has no business borrowing to finance her annual budget if all agencies make true disclosure of their dealings or activities.

May God help us.

Properties / Re: Can 2 Million Naira Build Me A 3 Bedroom Bungalow? by akinadesun: 5:41pm On Aug 16, 2020
You are correct that N2 million will not deliver 3 bedroom bungalow but you are absolutely wrong that he needs additional N8 MILLION to deliver. Please remember that the person is not building luxurious house and he is not building Lekki or Ajah. The person is looking at building low budget house. I think with additional N2-2.5 million, he should be able to deliver a nice structure ready to occupy. The cost of construction has really gone up.

uunwanaobong3:

Bros, if you want to use 2 million to build a 3 bedroom bungalow then you are indeed corrupt, infact you be ode, ole, thief and you ought to be investigated be efcc ......... How do you even contemplate using 2 million to build 3 bedroom bungalow?..... Even 2 million cannot give you 1 bedroom bungalow.....
Bros you need to repent..........

Building the structure to lintel level alone with consume the 2 million....... Then u begin to take about roofing, knocking, wiring and electrical, plumbing and piping, plastering, ceiling, windows and doors, buglary and iron bars/ protectors, tiling and flooring, sand filling, painting, furnishing...... Etc... May God have mercy on you.

My advice is hustle for extra 8 million and add it the 2 million......... Bros you need roughly 10 million to complete that work

The fact that an old man that will likely die tomorrow, marries a child will force his self on that innocent child is most shocking. And most shocking is the fact that this yeye society that claim to be just and upright in the sight of Islam would condole and celebrate something as dark as this, shows that there is something wrong with that religions. Since from the time of their prophet who was also a pedophile , this practice has been on and has refuse to die a natural death as was practice in the medieval times.

What a fantastic analysis!

Na so easy? He lost simple, he underrated Andy and couldn't recover from the punch to the head (concussion) in the third round.

But he wins the rematch hands down, even Mike Tyson says it was just a bad day in the office and he doesn't see Andy repeating it. A big very good guy will always win a small very good guy. A similar thing happened to Lewis against Douglas, that Douglas almost refused a rematch (like Andy until Eddie Hearn, AJ manager, threatens him with a lawsuit) until Lewis forced the rematch clause with a lawsuit.

AJ will now use his size, reach and power. Don't forget he knocked Andy down with a punch in round three (Andy has never been down until that round three), while Andy couldn't take him out even with a concussion until the fight was stopped in round seven.

A fit, ready AJ beats Andy 9 out of 10 all day.
