Simply because when someone succeeds with something, the others wanna follow. Happened to me after I launched Now there are over 100 sports betting websites in Naija. It is good for the customers. They have more options to choose from. |

Delafruita: I decided to try the sports betting thing late last year and I joined .for me it was just for fun and I only deposited money I could afford to lose.I lost plenty but then I made some money on the US open final and I think another game.I asked that my account be credited and I followed the procedure.the fund was deducted from my nairabet account but was not credited to my account.I sent multiple mails which were responded to rather I kept getting promotional emails.suffice to say I didn't place bets anymore on nairabet or any other such platform.till date, the fund wasn't credited and I am only relaying this issue to let you understand that whatever the glitches in your system are,fix them asap else you keep losing clients.I don't assume a wire transfer should take "working days".we now have all forms of banking be it phone or online banking and this takes just a few minutes to conclude.I'd advise you look into it as a shorted fund retrieval time will guarantee happy and loyal customers. Thank you for your post. I do not agree that you sent multiple messages without a reply. It is just IMPOSSIBLE. I personally ensure EVERYDAY that ALL emails are responded to. Not only that, after sorting it out for you, we will now send out an email to ask you if are satisfied with our service. Now try this my brother. Send an email to support@ or call 0700NAIRABET. That is 070062472238. I did not say a wire transfer takes working days. I said we put working days there to give room for any issue. The other day we made a bulk transfer to GTB and the whole thing was hanging. We called the bank and they said it will be sorted the next day. The working days is there to give us room for such. If you are aware of anyone that has his money hanging, please tell them to call 0700NAIRABET. That is 070062472238. We have a customer service team because of issues. If customers do not make use of it, there is no way we will be able to help. We DO NOT intend to keep money that does not belong to us. I won't be able to sleep at night. Thank you. |

akraym: All of them (all naija bm) put together can't even hold candle up for ladbrokes, not to talk of bet365. I dont think any African bookmaker has ever claimed to be near the likes of ladbrokes or bet365. Come on. I read recently that bet365 upgraded their servers and spent £65m That alone, I go sell NairaBET. Ladbrokes has been in this business for a century. We are smaller and I am not ashamed to admit it. It is like comparing Jumia to Amazon. Thank you. 5 Likes |

akraym: look don't provoke me okay. My money has been trapped for 4 days now. Have sent over 30 mails no response. I call them they don't pick. And you are here talking rubbish. I can see you are there relative. Is you don't keep shut thunder will strike you dead. I'm sure that is not NairaBET though. We respond to all our mails. ALL OF THEM. |

koretlinkz: i believe the problem is that they are so stingy that they don't have enough working force, you can't expect 3 or 4 staff to process a withdrawal of about 5000 people in 3 days, it's not done. How do you know our staff strenght? Our customer service department only has over 20 people. My broda, na wah o. Most of our payout is done online. This Monsuru payout has actually been treated electronically. It is however hanging between our bank and his. That is the reason we say 2 days to cater for such delays. |

akraym: Once you win, it becomes a problem to them. They either don't credit you or refuse to pay into your account. Lies. Lies. Lies. If we refuse to credit people do you think we will still be in business? Millions of bets processed monthly and we refuse to credit them? Please make your point without lies. akraym: More and more lies. At , ALL emails are responded to. No one is left unattended to. Even after we sort the issue, we send out another email to ask you to let you know if you are satisfied. Our phone lines are available during working hours. We have a dedicated call center. The number is 0700NAIRABET. That is 070062472238. Very soon, we will start running a 24 hour call center. Please stop the lies. 1 Like |

monsuru560: Hello nairalanders Monsuru560, thank you for your complaint. I know you enjoying rubbishing our name. You know for sure that it is easier to contact the customer service team by live chat, email or phone number than through this. Even the football betting thread, I pop in like 10 times a day to monitor things. You did not mention anything there. You know we are no scam. You absolutely know that. Back to the issue. Yes you made a payout of N30,000 YESTERDAY (and not the 3 days you We have never hidden it that our withdrawal takes 2 working days maximum. It is usually less but we categorically say 2 working days to have ample time to deal with any bank transfer delay. TWO WORKING DAYS FROM YESTERDAY (THURSDAY) IS MONDAY. I have no problem with you going to a foreign bookie. It is your money and you have the right. My problem is that opening a thread to lie and tarnish our name for doing NOTHING WRONG is grotesquely unfair. Thank you. 4 Likes |

Opiosko: I'm clueless abt this betting of a thing ooh!. Jst manage to register on nairabet now, funded it with #300 which i can afford to loss but funnily, i dnt even know how to place a bet. Someone pls put m through. Thanks all, xpecting ur invaluable help. Hey brother. It's very easy to do. Start by looking for the game you want to bet on. Let's say you want to bet on Barca to win their match, navigate your way on the left hand side of the website to Soccer and then Spain. Once you see the game, click on the team and it will be automatically added to the bet slip on the right hand side of the page. If you want to add more matches, do the same thing and it will keep updating your bet slip automatically. Enter the amount you want to bet with in the space provided under the bet slip. Click on Next. And then submit your bet. If you need further assistance, please call our customer service line. 07016647484 07053174949 08163606210 08095465450 Thank you for choosing 2 Likes |
