I believe you'll need a letter from the embassy that your visa application was denied, you can upload via their contact form on their website. Plus they'll send it back to the account it was transferred from.

As of now , it is not compulsory for the embassy to send an acknowledgment receipt of your remonstration.
A friends appeal got turned over successfully without an acknowledgment. took about 3 weeks

Looks like a case of poor performance, thought I did well but the VO obviously thought otherwise.

The admission process was actually in two stages; first, I had to send my transcript for it to be evaluated that I qualify from the Scientific point of view, it was after I was given the go ahead that I applied via uni-assist officially. And no, it wasn't a conditional admission.

I got that letter this evening with my docs. Interview was August 23. I didn't fúnd and I went with my make d transfer document. I had no problem with my interview as all went well and fast.
Documents are complete and with no errors didn't go with transcript tho
Going for second Bsc
My ML...I don't know, cos I can't really access myself but it's not bad.

Even the second reason is what I'm not understanding.
