i stay in 2bedroom apartment but not in lagos. I packed in september'11 and paid 25percent of d house rent as tenancy agreement, after spending 6months my landlord is asking of damages fee of 40percent of house rent inwhich we havent damage anything and now ask us to pack out if we cant pay it.
What do we do because we are not ready to pay it?

Ekiti remains the way it was since some of our unfortunate leaders unlawfully dethrone the then progressive and amiable governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State.
Come to thing of it, segun oni ran the government as if a yoruba teacher using yoruba to teach igbo language in a primary school in which he has no knowledge or background of igbo language. Segun oni spent 3years plus without a positive,refered or tangible development.
Gov Fayemi also came in thinking he was the messiah but disappointedly, he was and is a no 1 failure in the history of the state. His case is the worstiest, he destroyed both living and non living directly and indirectly. Fayemi has nothing to offer but to use the state resources to build his private university in Ghana. Ekiti was looking for justice and it came but justified heavily on them. Fayemi disappointed all even the souls that died during the struggle.
People of Ekiti, time has come to liberate ourselves from these people by calling for good governance. Man of ego like fayose should be allowed to rule ekiti once again if truly we want development because he is a man of discipline with passion for his people. Ekiti by now should be compared to lagos development if he was allowed then to complete his tenure..
