This facility in the hotel where you pay some few naira and enter the hotel for short time with your partner has gained a lot of popularity amongst sociable nigerians. I have always wondered who started this practice or how it all started. Does anybody have an idea ? |
Sign of things to expect in 2015. Be prepared. |
But wishes alone as presented in those 10 points will not change anything in Nigeria. More practical options are needed if peace will return . |
In my quiet times, i have always asked if there will ever be peace in nigeria. My concern arose from the fact that when i was very young i saw older people , including my parents complained about the same national problems we talk about today. Poverty, ignorance, oppression, corruption, tribal and religious crises, etc. still persist in the land. Will there ever be peace in Nigeria ? |
Fake butts are now available for boys and men who may want to try it . |
Mechanics, like many Nigerians like to cut corners because the society is seriously sick. Our political and religious leaders have taught us that you must be smart/dubious to make money in Nigeria. The proof of this is everywhere- Crooks and criminals get better rewards. Shame on all of us. |
I felt sorry for ekiti state while watching channels tv this morning. The guests on the show lacked good command of english language when they spoke. This is a state that used to be known for "uncountable" number of professors and doctors and excellence in academics. How did it become so bad that semi literates are now ruling the very enlightened in that state. It is so so sad. Probably an extension of the degradation in our national life. Shame on as a nation. |
But a lot of people are confused now, not knowing what to prepare for and how to prepare incase things go the way you have predicted. |
This matter is simple. How many of the crashed aircrafts have been officially identified. 1, 2,,,,,,,,,, or 5. What is the outcome of investigation into the crashes? Nigerians deserve to know. |
Similar prophesies were made for mko abiola after his election was annuled. Many prophets said they saw him in aso rock as the president. That pushed him to insist on the mandate which eventually got him incaceration. After detention, nothing was heard again from the dubious and criminal prophets from all religious divides. I will advise them to keep their prophesies to themselves and join us in intellectual discussion and action. |
But many people are apprehensive of nigeria's future as a nation |
Every time i meet a new person or friend, one question that i ask during discussion is "where are nigerians going to be by November next year"? None of my friends was sure of what is in stock for our people come 2015. As a concerned individual, what do you foresee for Nigeria in the coming year? |
Frustration, hopelessness, violence and madness is ruling the mind and brain of Nigerians. Confusion everywhere in the land... The entire system has collapsed. Things are falling apart. Where is our hope?. Is there anything left to salvage or it is going to be a total wreckage ? Where are the youths of Nigeria? Where are the so called patriots? |
Money ( bribery ) is the root of all evils. In Nigeria every bad thing is possible. It started long time ago and continues into the future. Am sorry for the youths and children of this country. |
Since the days of " twelve-two-third" , Nigeria has turned upsidedown and downside up. No wonder most people can no longer use the brain to think. Shame on all Nigerians. |
Nigeria never does anything right. Am not surprised with this outcome. We have always expected good results from worst performances, from top to bottom of the society. What else can i say that you don't already know. Shame on us as a nation !! |
Nigerians are hating the country the more, day after day. Failures everywhere. |
Nigeria should opt out of all sporting events for 5 years . The government needs time to put a lot of things right in the country.. This is a bitter truth. |
This failure is a true reflection of our failure as a society. We lack the spirit of achievement, of success and of excellence. The result of today's match not withstanding, we are a failed society. |
More than 95% of Nigerians are dishonest and corrupt. The remaining 5% are either hiding under one pretext or another or they are yet to attain the position to exhibit their criminal tendencies. Religious leaders , public officials and politicians come tops in the class. |
Sango ota in ogun state is probably worse. For five days i have tried from 6am till 4pm but still unregistered. I dont think inec will end the exercise just like this. If it does, more than 40% of ogun state electorates will be disenfranchised. |
So no one is concerned about noise pollution in ogun state. |
My problem is the noise from worship centers, mosques and churches. This menace is driving my household crazy and no one seems to have a solution, not even the so called community development association, the police or the health officials, |
Nigerians have not suffered enough. Let the suffering continue. At the ripe time nobody will teach them to do the needful. Am just sorry for the youths and children of that country. |
[quote author=banki post=28029135]abeg enough of the Christian muslim thing...... We Christians are not better either, we are champions of stealing every sunday our pastors dupe people everyday and use God to cover up, some Christian sects are outrightly fetish that's why we have the likes of REV King in jail today, that's why KARL Marx said Religion is the opium of the masses.[/quo Cheating, stealing and killing the congregation in the name of god. God will certainly judge them. |
Super eagles lacks what it takes to win an all important match like this. Only luck, not their ability can make the team beat the Congolese side. But I believe more in hard work, preparedness, determination and winning spirit than in prayer and luck. |
Nairaland members should establish a pressure group to be registered with CAC. The new body is capable of achieving a lot during times like this. Be it political, social, economic. Let us think about it. |
Chad !!! |
When the security and economy of the country is in shambles , this should not matter to any reasonable Nigerian. |
What fraction of Nigeria's stolen money is this $11b claimed to have been recovered? Shame on all looters and their collaborators. Shame on you all. |
