I believe your keyboard is working fine,no key is bad? Because a bad keyboard can make the system performance very slow.
You can also upgrade the RAM too,but then if you upgrade the RAM without checking other things,you will see little or no difference.
If your HDD is weak,just upgrade to SSD.

Good morning, pls when using my laptop it hangs alot even when I restart it. And most times Microsoft word and chrome and other browsers usually show "not responding" error. What could be wrong? I was thinking formatting d laptop would fix it but a technician said either d hard drive is weak or I need to upgrade the RAM from 4 to 8 GB. Pls I need a second opinion before proceeding to the next step.
