I'm having some headache this early morning, possibly caused by trying to eat a Nigeria food with some pepper in it the previous day. Hot pepper might be rich in vitamin B but it is not highly recommended for a healthy life. It is time Nigerians quit using hot pepper in most of their cooking. Jeez!

Two spoons (medium) of palm oil,fry onions,crayfish,okro for less than 5 min,then add water, fish and shrimps with fresh tomatoes and your seasonings.Cook for 10 min,add vegetable for 2 min then remove.While cooking don't over up entirely,leave room for the steam to come out,it leaves the green color of the okro and vegetables.
