Seems one of my best Christmas. Had friends over and it was fun assisting with the cooking. The only work that was all mine from scratch to the end was the cinnamon roll with the cream cheese frosting. Thanks Akposy for the recipe.

We made quails and chicken for protein, two types of friend rice. The difference in the rice is that ibelllone has bacon and the other did not.
Enjoyment galore.

The quail looks like chicken.

I guess y’all enjoyed the cinnamon rolls
Compliments

Goat meat expensive shocked.

I need goat meat stock to make real jollof.
Learned from my mom and her meeting friends that the best jollof is made with goat meat stock ( if you can't find real chicken stock) Not 4 months old chicken stock cheesy

Bint and Akposy, how much for akuya in the north?
Mariangeles cheaper as your side?
Ahn.ie, any plans to source in the deep village for fowl or goat ?

Looks very awesome. By the way, abeg, you fit share your cinnamon roll recipe again? Thinking of what to do on Christmas morning.
Cinnamon rolls Recipe

Dough
1 and half cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
Half tbsp yeast
Pinch of salt
Half cup warm milk
1 and half tbsp margarine
Half egg (about 1/8 cup)

Filling
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Prepare the dough the same way you prep bread dough. Allow to proof until it is double its size
In a separate bowl, mix the margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon together to form a thick paste.

Roll out the dough in square
Spread the filling paste all over
Roll, cut and shape as desired
Bake in a preheated oven (low to medium heat)

Have you tried blending it with turmeric and lemon and maybe a bit of honey if it’s too tart or too spicy for you?
It is good for the tummy. Blend it with small water, sift and take the liquid in small quantities. Great for the digestive system.
Also, add black pepper corns to make the turmeric bio digestible by the body.

Abeg, egg price go up for una area? In the last 6 months, price of eggs has almost tripled. Abeg, they kill all the hens wey dey lay eggs for Christmas ni?
Eggs cost 2200 per crate here.

I plan on saving up to purchase 4 - 5 layers (point of lay). I love eggs and can’t stand this constant increment. At least, my bird can lay one egg each daily
