Happy World Food Day - Water is life, water is good. Leave no one behind.

I made Ofada sauce, rice and beans today. I used the bell peppers and shombo I got from the farm to make this delicacy. It tasted so sweet and yummy 😋

Don’t forget to shun unhealthy drinks! Drink lot of water instead. Your body will thank you few years from now. Cheers to food and nutrition security

Last picture were the peppers I got from the farm

Are you kidding me?

He needs to go away for life. My goodness!
Yes, the issue have been on. He was trying to use money to cover the carpet the case. A lady brought it on Jos twitter, that was how is got to the media.

He said there are accomplices in Jos too. We are hoping they are all caught before he is sent to rot in Jail

Crazy

The worst part is that he’s doing different procedures that the access does not require you go in through the flank. How then is he harvesting these kidney except by causing untold trauma trying to reach the kidney from the front instead of the flank? What a monster!
The painful part is that he studied Economics. He went to study Public Health in the UK but didn’t graduate according to a source. It is on his profile.

He is also a pastor according to a YouTube video I watched.

A wicked soul he is

Juicy porridge beans served with carefully fried plantains (dodo) and peppered beef.

For us here in the North, beef is super cheap compared to the south! I normally buy 6 pieces for 300 naira.

MariahAngel is this Dodo endorsed? 😃

Eba all the way! I have never tasted starch since I was born. Something about it doesn't just add up for me. It seems too stretchy.

Pls politely remove the crab when dishing mine. That's another creature I don't understand how we humans ended up eating.

Overall, Your meal is Bae as always!
I can understand. I didn’t enjoy the crabs in the soup. I prefer them fried alone. I started eating crabs back in Lagos where those women usually fry fishes, crabs, shrimps, etc. it was delicious.

However, I didn’t enjoy it with my Banga.

Thanks

Banga soup, starch and eba

I took my time to make this. It was made with
Abo fish (sole fish)
Chicken
Tiko
Fresh and dried prawns &
Crab

Are you picking starch or eba?

I got the ingredients on my trip to Delta last week, had to make the soup worth it.

Authority717, I sent 4,000 via a POS (Yohanna G.) today. That was all I had at hand.

Good Afternoon Nairalanders.

Can I have a minute of your time please. I will be brief.

Just like every other graduates, I have my fair share of job hunting and the never ending "we will get back to you". So I decided to take the bull by the horn and help myself because no one will do it for me.

I just moved to a new place in search of Greener pasture. After making some research, I learnt that there is no fast food joint like Akara, fried potatoes and yam. And there is a inter state motor park around too.

Not to stay idle waiting for a miracle call, with the little savings I have left on me, I was able to get a single face industrial cooking gas, firewood stand, frying pan, sieve and other materials (pictures attached) I went to negotiate with a shop owner at the park and she obliged to rent her free space out to me with an agreement of 20k a year.

I brought this here to solicit for financial help from well meaning Nairalanders. I need help getting the space and to buy Beans, potatoes and groundnut oil just for a start. Even if it's going to be a loan, I won't default in repayment as agreed.

I remain Optimistic
I don’t know if this is really genuine, but I will support with 5,000. How do I make payment?

Nice. I have a Winco near me. I like how they can process your stuff like coffee and grains for you.

Well I have fried peanut I was thinking of using for peanut soup. But I’ve not used fried seed peanut for soup. Only the butter and the fresh ground peanuts. Was wondering how this one might turn out.

Like extra oily maybe 🤔
Just grind into powder and use like egusi. Make a stew based, add and cook.

This was how my mum made hers back those days

Ahnie, come and see.
I'm over the moon right now.

This is the second one I'm doing.
All 25kg.
Will do 10kg of red millet too. I love my pap with red millet.

For some of us that hate powdered pap( I'm actually skeptical of drinking pap I didn't know its origin hence I love making mine) staying in cold regions
As long as you have freezer, summer is the best time to soak corn. Keep under the sun and keep on changing water. If its naija, 3 days is OK to grind but these cold regions take more time for the corn to soften a bit. I did 3 days and it spoiled my blender b4 somebody told me of this secret. Some said to add lukewarm or boiled water. I blended 8 days after soaking. Used 2 blenders. One for coarse blending while the other for fine blending. Powerful blender for fine blending. Give the blender time to cool down intermittently.
Freeze and enjoy.
Well done ma

They are blaming climate change for the unpredictable changes. Two days ago I was parked outside for a few hours while I attended a function and I could read the temperature inside the car rose up to 126 degrees. Outside was like 110 or so. Unheard of.
49 degree is too hot!!!! We entered 30 the other day here and I was complaining non stop
