I just made this Vegetable(Ugu) leaf soup with dried chicken.
Recipe.
Vegetable(Ugu)
3 Fresh pepper
1 Fresh tomatoes
1 Onions
Garlic n Ginger
Seasoning(Onga chicken)
Groundnut oil
Salt & Water

Method
Dice the tomatoes, pepper and onions. Soak the dried chicken in hot water and reboil with salt and little water.
Fry d diced ingredient. Add d chicken and its water...add seasoning and add till Vegetable.....leave for some minutes and serve with Honeywell Wheatmeal

I wash it well to remove the sand and then wrap it to avoid it scattering inside my ukodo, cover my pot and when my food is ready I remove it that's all. some people take it like tea too, it is highly medicinal.

I love ukodo eh lol. I love it especially with goat meat also prepared by adding lemon grass in it. The aroma of lemon grass makes me go hungry when ever I perceive it
