It depends on the Paypal u are talking about, if it's US PayPal, then yes, u can link ur payoneer MasterCard to it and withdraw funds from it.

One card SHOULD NOT be linked to more than one PayPal account. Even if have removed it from the first account, don't link it to the second one..

2. Remove "inquiry" (if used) from your email subject
(had similar experience last week and removing inquiry from subject solved it)

While sending out bound, i sent the mail to one of my mails it went to spam, i resend it to another email of mine it went to inbox but the image below was attached at the top of the mail.

How can i avoid it? "because the thing just weak me". i cant imagine sending mails that is either go to spam or be showing danger to receiver.

Hello all, I want to create an app using app creating platforms (like appgey, app pie, firebase, appmomment, ibuildapp etc ) but their monthly fee to me is high. Average of $30 per month and that is if you'll be creating for one device; Android or Apple.
