Greetings all.

3 Children in my house are missing today Fri 18.2.2022.

How it happened:
An exiting tenant of about 2 month handedover the room to another person (Two women: they should be in their 30's).
According to them (the women) they said they are student and came to Lagos to write an exam at ikeja so they just need a place to stay for 3weeks to 1 month.
They moved in without any load. (Just new bucket and broom)
They came very friendly and nice especially to the children.
On Friday evening they bought biscuits et el for the children. This was around 5:30-6pm.

Shortly after that they left with the 3 children. According to neighbor, the women said they want to go to bus stop to change a trouser they bought as it's not their size. That was when they left with the 3 children and didn't return till now.
Also on Thursday when they moved in with all the friendliness, promised some of the children that she'll take them to ShopRite tomorrow (Friday)
All effort to reach them have prove abortive as there's little or no information about the women.

Name of the children (3-5 yrs): 1 boy, 2 girls
1. Peter. 3yrs
2. Chiamaka
3. Miracle

A brief description of the women: one is chubby and the other is tall but not slim. They speak pidgin fluently and igbo. One of them claim to be from delta. They are both fair.

If you see or have any info about them please report to the nearest police station. (It has also been reported to the nearest police station (Ajuwon, Ogun State).

You didn't say if the price you saw was more or less than the price you listed it.
If the price you saw when you search is higher than your listed price, the Registrar added brokerage fee.
If it's lower, (let me paint a scenero). If I list a domain on Dan for $400 and $250 on afternic, if I search for the name on GoDaddy, it will show afternic price ($250).

The service of a graphics designer is sometimes underrated. Personally if a client doesn't make any financial commitment, I don't bother myself opening any software for draft or do anything.

Hello house.

Going to the bank for a transaction is more like a full day job. Imagine spending Upto 1hr outside and when you're in, you'll spend Upto 2 hrs in some instances.

Currently at First bank. As at 8:58am they are yet to attend to anyone.

Personally I hate going to bank these days.

Most names are sold at 2nd to 3rd reoutbound. You reoutbound to the same set of leads again. Maybe with a 2months interval. A lead that didnt respond earlier may just pick it up. Nt just 7follow ups back to back. Abi wetin i knw

2. Should one reoutbound to those that replied before that not interested? Cause personally when a lead reply not interested, I delete them so I don't reoutbound or send follow up to them

Greetings. I was the one. Needed someone to help me make a $5 BTC payment online, the "trusted" exchangers I reached out to declined because the payment was small. Later discovered that the payment came with extra fee which won't worth the purpose. That's why I didn't respond.

There is an option in Dan settings to enable or disable showing the domain traffic statistics on the landing page, to show or not to show other domains in your portfolio.
I'm sure yours is enabled. That was what the buyer saw and concluded that the domain doesn't have much traffic.

Checking through the reviews(dan//com) on trustpilot, we can see from the end users wailing that we are doing some things wrong that might hurt the business in the long run.

If these trend continues, na we go suffer am Las Las o so let's start looking for ways to curb future occurrences.
