I worked with DSC for some years. The project was initiated by Babangida, started and almost completed by Obasanjo. it was meant for transportation of iron ore from Itakpe to DSC.

At least a government must start something. The main issue is completing the project. The way Buhari is approaching issues if others should have done that, Nigeria would have been a better place.
