The biggest thing that would work against Peter Obi is the fact that he is a bigot and ethnic jingoistic, based on his actions and utterances. How many non-igbos has he uplifted politically and otherwise? He's not a bridge-builder at all and he doesn't hide it. It is the reason why someone like OUK would always have a better chance of ruling Nigeria than Peter Obi ever would because OUK is a pan-Nigerian and a bridge builder. Other tribes would feel safer with an OUK as president of Nigeria than a thousand Peter Obis. It is not always about paper qualifications but electability and acceptability.
