Report reaching Drinosblog says, No fewer than 12 people including
women and children were burnt beyond recognition in a ghastly road
accident that occurred in Ile-Ife, on Sunday.

The accident occurred around 12:00 pm with oncoming 18 passengers but
collided with a oil tanker laden diesel that was making a u-turn.

One of the eyewitnesses, Oladele Mutiu, attributed the fault to oncoming Ondo/Ore white Urvan bus with Lagos Registration Number: MUS 702 XH going to Ibadan with high speed, thought he could manouover the truck.

Mutiu said that the extent of the damage was due to lack of quick response from the fire fighter that allowed the vehicle explodes and the passengers burnt beyond recognition.

According to him, the passengers tried all possible means to escape, but the flame of fire from the bus shocked them to death.

Drinosblog correspondent who was at scene of accident reported that people were using axes to remove the
carcass of the deceased from the bus.

Three passengers were said to have been rescued and taken alive to
Seventh-Day Adventist Private Hospital, but one of them was reported
dead on arrival.

Drinosblog reported none of the security personnel and Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) were met at the
scene.

There was a heavy downpour in Lagos yesterday. See the aftermath as spotted on some streets in Surulere – Gbajumo street, Akobi crescent, Karonwi street, Adisa Bashiua.

Water flooded the streets and frustrated vehicular movements even as huge garbage was also seen floating on Akobi Crescent.

He is a kid robber when you compare him with Lawrence Anini. Anini killed more police, snatched car from Assistant inspector general of police Christopher Omeben, killed his driver, attack and nearly killed state commissioner of police, he robbed more banks than any one in Nigeria history, had biggest robbers as at the time working under him . Even Babangida feared him with the dare way anini operates. I will accept Oyenusi has more juju and often disappeared according to history.
