There is nothing wrong with BVAS but it's the electorates and politicians that fail to comply with the new development, BVAS report must tally with all votes cast, but in the case of osun votes cast is higher than the accreditation and this occur due to deliberately intimidation of Adhoc staff by political thugs in their candidate stronghold to allow nonaccredited electorates to vote without refer to BVAS and this is non of the inec business and the court.

I think INEC National should be grateful to APC/Oyetola/Osun for helping them expose the manipulation that dubious politicians can subject the BVAS to. Plus, voters must now know that bypassing theBVAS is not helpful. Everyone must be accredited by the BVAS to be eligible to vote.

He should preferably argue that the over voting should be deducted and not the whole cancellation of polling booths as these would amount to disenfranchisement of a lot of voters,or push for a rerun in those cancelled polling booths.
Either way this case looks really hopeless for Gov Adeleke,this is a clear message to politicans who want to rig in next month Elections,bvas will stop you if you dare try to inflate your figures.
