Atiku as a hypocrite who kept quiet thinking he could benefit from the situation.####№ "Fear not" |
You said it was abandoned since four years and you also said oyetola continue the dualisation to ikirun alamisi junction, which one is the true statement, because they are working on the said road till oyetola leave. |
DSC7:, in which market they're selling vote? |
DSC7:,they said they didn't want any politicians to have money for their logistics, they fail to know that the same thing that's defined the seats they sitting on. |
DSC7:,if this was his intention, meaning that he is a caword and lack of understanding to know that Asiwaju isn't a type that such policy can affect negatively,it is the truth that we're gradually going fully into cashless policy but just look at the whole sinerio ,why the fail to make new notes available, why no more deadline?if not something is fishing, why they collect the old notes and we can not get it back now?the man is just chasing the shadow, that how they said they want fight corruption,is corruption die yet? bunch of an ingrate. |
The truth that very bitter in the ear of juveniles and novels of politicking, the circle will break and Akanbi will win,if they're something why can they stop him in primary election, they're just bunch of busy hang, they sideline Asiwaju throughout they not want him to succeed God will break their gin, they'll scatter and disorganize in Jesus name. |
I post a vote of no confidence on him for compromising his own integrity by the extension, because he has embarking on the battle that he can't win already by introducing hard policy in wrong time, just because he was unable be the successor and intentionally want to bar the flagbearer of your logo, this a pure bad bell, forget to understand that the man in question is an ocean with different types of fish dwelling in,it may slow but he will sure win the race, The Lion of budllion. |

Ade ti kolu iya eleyin |
You're giving hate when you blame Tinubu for the policy fault of the Apex financial body of the country, because he support to bring PMB to power "you can help to secure job, but you can't do the work for him/her, Tinubu isn't the minister of finance, not CBN governor not AGF,every leader has own style, Tinubu is a policy maker on his own. |
No amount of what blocking any cabal can do,they did more than this during primary and he won, Tinubu victory do come in hard way but victory is very sacrosanct. |
De guy is a gooner nothing can safe that. |
It has already lost its objectives, bad bell. |
Shame on dullards |
The bitter truth |
Sterope:, that's why APC request for the soft copy, because they acknowledge that the Adhoc and security there are already compromise and manipulate the process.and it was detected after checking. |
There is nothing wrong with BVAS but it's the electorates and politicians that fail to comply with the new development, BVAS report must tally with all votes cast, but in the case of osun votes cast is higher than the accreditation and this occur due to deliberately intimidation of Adhoc staff by political thugs in their candidate stronghold to allow nonaccredited electorates to vote without refer to BVAS and this is non of the inec business and the court. |
It is pity that an educated people still condole this kind stupid ugly thing in the name of politics, someone with just one, one f9 in two sitting of ssce, we all know that the examination council can't issue certificate for F9 and he go ahead to forge a school statement of result and you people still smyphatize him , and you know what it takes you to get yours. |
Nothing can stop Tinubu to be the president of Nigeria this year by almighty God grace. |
Instead of blame Adeleke for deliberately allow over voting in his stronghold without knowing the implication of it,APC has already warn the loyalists and support not to try bypass BVAS nor try to do any manipulation, during the election but pdp go ahead with ego that they people who vote without taking the congisance of the law. |
Ask he him himself that how many issue of certificate that he was clear in court because he make use of almost three ssce my question is which of the three that is been cleared in previous litigation, between Neco in 1981 with osun state, and may June 1981 and Nov/Dec 1981, and another point is are those challenge it before have a lousy standi to do so, and the criminal case can be retrial in law court. |
Lazy end SARS youth resurface in osun. |
He know how to dribble the issue,he always not be taking responsible, always laped on the fence, maradona, camelion theory, carword . |
Biafra can't never, ever spoil Tinubu for us,no matter how wicked they're, people that can distroye their houses and kill their son because they want Biafra. |
[quote author=LegendHero post=120431973]1) The BVAS is truly a game changer and should ordinarily be above manipulation. 2) The BVAS ascertains or validates voters' identity, and it is mandatory prior to voting. Every voter must be BVAS'ed before they are issued with a ballot to vote. In short, BVAS accredits voters. 3) After elections, the results are then collated and entered manually on INEC form EC8As. However, the number of voters on INEC Form EC8A must never exceed the number of accredited voters on BVAS. That's over-voting and automatic cancellation under the EA 2022. 4) When a winner was declared by INEC in Osun elections, it was assumed by all that the BVAS and Form EC8As tallied. It was thought that Adeleke won and Oyetola lost. 5) APC applied for the BVAS report and Form EC8AS to file their petition days after the winner was declared. 6) APC in preparing their Petition found discrepancies between BVAS report and FORM EC8As in over 700 polling units. The votes recorded on Form EC8As literally exceeded were BVAS accredited. There were over-voting by people who must have literally bypassed the BVAS either for not having PVC or other dubious reasons. 7) Once INEC, PDP, and the Governor were served with the APC Petition, they all filed their responses and added another entirely different BVAS report, which INEC now called a "SYNCHRONISED BVAS Report.". So, there were two BVAS reports before the Tribunal. The one issued to APC before they filled their petition and the one issued to PDP during the pendency of the petition. 8.) At the Tribunal, each party strove to prove which BVAS was credible and which was not. You now be the judge. Which of the two conflicting BVAS does your conscience say is credible? The first one that was used to declare a winner on the elections day or the other "SYNCHRONISED BVAS" that issued almost 30 days after a winner was already declared and during the pendency of a suit? What does your conscience say? I think INEC National should be grateful to APC/Oyetola/Osun for helping them expose the manipulation that dubious politicians can subject the BVAS to. Plus, voters must now know that bypassing theBVAS is not helpful. Everyone must be accredited by the BVAS to be eligible to vote. Copied: Musibau,#it very compursory not optional for electorates to do accreditation before voting that has been in existence from the time being but they scape through manual era , now if want your vote to be valid accreditation is compursory. |
From today I put vote of no confidence in this man |
You will loose in Appeal because you didn't win a lawful and valid vote tribunal has established this with the exhibits. |
[quote author=Faiththatworks post=120423917]Although I feel very sad about the outcome of the Tribunal, but there are certain facts that must be established. Gov Oyetola's argument has always been hinged on overvoting in some local government especially in All the Ede Local government councils. According to a report I read from an election observer group, voting continued until around 7 to 8pm in some local governments in Osun State. The inec law is irrefutable about all voting stopping by exactly 4pm,any vote cast after 4pm is deemed illegal, infact it says only accredited voters are allowed to vote, and accreditation of voters stops way before the voting ends. My humble submission to Gov Adeleke is to go back and find a way to tally the figures he had by 4pm on election day in all the local government in Osun. The Bvas should have the figures if what inec tells us is true. I'm not a lawyer but I daresay no court in Nigeria will allow the final figures put forward by Gov Adeleke to stand. He should preferably argue that the over voting should be deducted and not the whole cancellation of polling booths as these would amount to disenfranchisement of a lot of voters,or push for a rerun in those cancelled polling booths. Either way this case looks really hopeless for Gov Adeleke, this is a clear message to politicans who want to rig in next month Elections, bvas will stop you if you dare try to inflate your figures. God bless Nigeria.#######He should preferably argue that the over voting should be deducted and not the whole cancellation of polling booths, electoral Act didn't said so anywhere there is over voting is cancellation. |
