starryadmin: Preparing for CIS Exam is Always Stressful, however, Mental Algorithms Can Ease Your Stress and Help You Pass.
Let’s be honest, balancing work and CIS exam preparation feels like trying to pour water from an empty cup. You want to study, but your energy is gone before you even start because of your busy work schedule.
That’s why a mental algorithm can make your life easier.
A mental algorithm is a predictable pattern your brain follows automatically once it has been repeated enough.
It removes the stress of “When will I study?” or “How do I start?” and replaces it with simple automatic actions your brain gets used to.
Think of it like a mental formula, when X happens, I do Y. No thinking. No motivation. No negotiation. Just automatic action.
Quick Checklist to Start Your CIS Study on Auto-Pilot
Choose a fixed study time (even 20 minutes or less is fine).
Our brain loves predictability. When you study at the same time daily, your mind starts preparing itself automatically, even before you sit down. This removes the “I’m not in the mood” problem.
Neuroscience research shows that consistent timing strengthens your brain’s circadian learning rhythm, making it easier to start tasks and retain information. Even 20 minutes a day activates long-term memory pathways more effectively than random long study sessions.
Once you repeat this for a few days, your brain picks up the pattern and studying begins to feel automatic, natural, and easier to maintain.
I will continue in my next article

matify83: Thanks for the compliments
As an investor in the Nigeria market, I follow some economists on social media and public TVs. I learn from them and also voraciously read around money subjects even though my primary passion is in human medicine.
If we must make "this money", then we must learn what the wealthy know that school refused to teach us. I understand. Thank you. |

matify83: Throwing raw statistics at us without characterization only gives a spurious picture of economic improvement.
You have hidden the fact that those good indices are propelled by the REBASEMENT done by the NBS this year.
For real figures, experts like Rewane and Uwaleke have adduced adding 10 to the figures you copiously referenced.
However, the monetary policy team headed by Cardoso is doing a yeoman's job at reining in headline inflation and setting the nation on the path to economic recovery and currency stability.
The fiscal side seems to be the clog in the wheel of progress as the continuous unrestrained borrowing spree of this government tend to erode the gains of the monetary policies. You write intelligently and knowledgeably. How can learn to write like this please? |

Just find this book and read and you’ll be surprised at the capacity of these guys and why I said they can’t be stopped.

FreeStuffsNG: I am not sure that you read the report. Smh.
That you're a lawmaker doesn’t automatically grant you security access to sensitive information let alone to the media without appropriate clearance.
Las las, JAMB will still not release the sensitive information to the media but will release it exclusively to only those members of the committee. If the sensitive information gets to the media, it is the members of the committee that will be held by D.S.S.
They think that they can intimidate the man and make him forget that he's there to represent the executive arm of government.
Now I understand why JAMB Registrar sent such an experienced Senior Officer to represent him.
Which kind of rookie legislator is this for God's sake. Just clear the media for such period requested and call the media back afterwards! It's serious business and not content creation for the media.
That legislator, Mr Obuku Oforji, must be reported for appropriate investigation and sanctioning if he breached the rights of those FG officials and intentionally wanted to embarrass JAMB.
On the suggestion for the arrest of the Federal Government officials, that's preposterous. The Parliament belongs to every Nigerian and remains the sanctuary for the exercise of every citizen's dignity and lawful freedom in a democracy, including members of the Executive and Judiciary.
The Parliament doesn't belong to Mr Obuku Oforji alone. We can call for his own arrest too! What is sensitive inside JAMB documents that requires clearance? Is it an intelligence gathering report? JAMB embezzled and doesn’t want the public to know about it. “We’ve heard stories where snakes swallowed money. Maybe this time, a bigger creature has done the swallowing,” he said. |

Dogalmighty17: That book of Moses eh! Guy, I fear that book. No be to summon the spirits be the problem. Na to remember how to send them back. If you even as much as fail to pronounce the incantations correctly, the spirits won't go. Spirits hate being idle. If you summon them, you must give them an assignment in the language they understand. They become very violent if you don't tell them what to do. They'll ask you why you summoned them in the first place. They are willing to do everything you ask of them since by summoning them, they are bound to you. But they are low level demons. There are powerful, high level demons you can call upon. You are too low to summon them. They'll hear you but not show themselves, though you can sense their presence. Those are territorial demons. Very ruthless personalities
I am careful about playing some kinds of Hollywood movies in my home. Some of the incantations in these movies are real. And the spirits hear them and come into your home. But you aren't aware that spirits are now dwelling in your home! But the incantations in the movie you watched, summoned them! With time, things start going wrong around you. Remember that I said spirits hate being idle.
I remember an experience I had with a book called The Complete Book of Fortune. There was a ritual in that book I attempted to carry out. The ritual was to show me how my future wife will look like. I did exactly what a particular chapter in the book said. A mirror behind me, a candle before me in a dark room. The words had barely left my mouth before I saw images forming in the mirror as I turned around. The way I bolted hard from that room. I hit my shin on the door frame and till today that pain remains. I later burnt the book.
Some pastors in Nigeria use that Seven Books of Moses. That book is not for the faint of heart. Some of the tongues some pastors speak are actually incantations giving demonic spirits assignments. You see people falling under 'anointing' you see 'healings and miracles'. But they are not from God.
In Egypt, Moses performed his miracles and the Pharaohs men did theirs too. We are told that King Saul went to the witch of Endor who then summoned the spirit of Samuel and it came up from the ground. All this happened by incantations in a language spirits understand. This language is the language we were speaking before the tower of Babel and God then gave us different languages.
I'm not writing this to scare you. I'm writing this to let you know that you can't afford to be careless about your spiritual life and your relationship with God. Your bible never told you that satan and the trillions of demons under him and some with him are not powerful. I used with him because there are demons more powerful than Satan himself. Satan was only a worship leader. Demons more powerful than angels Gabriel and Michael exist. Those are the demons God has kept locked up but they will soon be released. They don't answer to Satan.
If you want to take God seriously, please do. You will be doing yourself a lot of good. How do we do the emboldened other than the regular daily prayers that one is not certain if something is happening or not? |

Gerrard59: The aptitude test stage is where many job seekers fall off. Those with high or perfect scores most likely have strong mathematics knowledge. Some organisations have like two aptitude stages and one logical reasoning stage. Math grads scale easily.
Which is bread and butter to a Physics grad compared to an English grad. I'm talking about Management and Social Sciences grad: Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, etc |

edoman2016: Majority studied science courses while commercial graduates in courses like Economics, Accounting and Finance struggle to compete against them.
No thanks to mathematical inclined aptitude test for employment. Aptitude test doesn’t matter much when it comes to employment. In a 5 stage screening process, aptitude test will be the first or second stage. This means you still have 3 to 4 stages to scales through after aptitude test. Lastly, most aptitude test don’t test mathematical knowledge in their quantitative section. Imagine asking questions on ratio and percentages. |

Dalohad: I think Nigeria has the highest number of Generals without any form of combat experience whatsoever.
When I was trained in military-owned high school, we called them 'Woman soldiers' or 'Office soldiers'.
During IBB and Abacha regime, for you to attain the rank of 'General' at any level, you must have combat experience. Heck, we even had cadet boys in JSS1 sleeping in bushes to toughen them.
Nowadays, half of our 'Generals', have potbellies. Some can't even run for a 50 meters dash without panting like a dog on heat.
We need a tougher military. If you have a Potbelly, you should retire immediately. In combat, one of the duties of a General is Formulation of Strategies. It is the lower ranks that implement the strategies(Tactics). It is known that the General was once a lower ranking officer, and has carried out tactics to implement strategies of then Generals. It is not expected for a General to be on the front lines right from his Lieutenant days till his General days. The Generals you see on the front lines are only there to boost troop morale. If these higher ranking officers die on the frontlines, whose wealth of experience, expertise, exposure, and trainings will lower ranking officers rely on to formulate strategies? |

Fiscus105: What about the good husband or bad husband? You think women that are married to feared husbands are not cheating? Oga, go barracks and see how civilians are messing up soldier's wives in cheap-cheap guest houses. What about touts & hooligans' wives? 7/10 involve in infidelity, even babalawo and king wives.
NB.Check below, in every rumours thre is element of truth. Only civilians outside barracks fear soldiers. Civilians inside barracks that sleep and wake up with soldiers have no fear for them, only respect. As for hooligans, babalawos, and kings’ wives, only those of similar qualities to the husbands can do that. Example: Only a hooligan will have taste for a hooligan’s wife. Therefore, the men won’t fear each other. Kwam1 has great connections, late Alaafin of Oyo also has great connections, they don’t fear each other. If they do, why wasn’t Kwam1 dealt with? |

Let me guess...none. Again, you failed at logic. Everybody can’t be inventors and innovators. That’s why your family men have none! According to data from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which analyzes international patent applications, women represented only 13% of all listed inventors in filings between 1999 and 2020. The above study shows that 87% of the inventors are men. This further proves the superiority of the logical reasoning of men against women. |
