The main issue was that she didn't post him on her WhatsApp status or Facebook as he usually does for her.

my friend has been asking me for an advice on this but I don't know what to advise him as I don't want to advise him wrongly.

He celebrated his birthday few years ago but, his girl didn't even know it was his birthday until noon. worst of it was that She did even post him on her WhatsApp Status, Facebook or other social media. She saw his post on FB and replied his watsap status with "Happy birthday my love".
This is a girl my friend do flaunt on WhatsApp especially on her birthday that his mom and Siblings has known her.

my friend is worried that she's seeing someone else or is ashamed of him.

As a consultant, I'll suggest you build from scratch. because;
1. you'll build to your taste. 2. you'll build it up to standard using non inferior materials. 3. it's less expensive. 4. it makes you have a sense of ownership.

Do you know the cost of Steel?. it's very Expensive and it's usually imported which is not good for our economy.

Pls I want to know if Usher marvin agency is legit. Met them on Facebook they requested for 5k registration fee( I was sent a paga account to make payment)which I told them I don't have and told them to take it from my pay then they said they would take my first pay (10k) and 6k from subsequent payments.

why do the University has a strong mantra against indecent dressing and prohibit it in offices and libraries.
