GSS Group Boss, Arc. Chukwudi Ezenwa Marks Birthday With Multi-million Empowerment For Anambra Youths

In Anambra state, the Chief Executive Officer of GSS Group, Arc. Chukwudi Ezenwa has commenced a Business Empowerment project for youths, to mark his birthday. Arc. Chukwudi Ezenwa is donating Two million, Seven hundred Thousand naira(N2,700,000) to young Enterpreneur and Entertainers in the Anambra state.

According to reports, the entries for interested beneficiaries commenced on Sunday 23rd August, 2020, but Winners were announced on the 25th of August, haven completed the necessary requirements for the projects. We garnered that the 2.7Million Naira Business Empowerment for Anambra Youths is currently supporting 20Enterpreneurs with hundred thousand naira(N100,000) and a twenty thousand naira one-month cash allowance for 35 Entertainers.

Other developments and activities of Arc. Chukwudi Ezenwa's N2.7million Business Empowerment for Anambra Youths also includes a Close mentorship for 5 people quarterly as assistance to help guide them through prospective career attainments. Participants includes, Enterpreneurs, Entertainers and other persons in Anambra state.

Beneficiaries of the project has continue to extend gratitude to to the benevolence and humanitarian gestures of Arc. Chukwudi Ezenwa, as they pray for more grace and mercy upon his life, especially as he adds a new year to graceful age. Many persons from several parts of country have also congratulated Arc. Road safety corps must be corrective, Not punitive Nigeria Comedian Koboko Master reacts


Popular Nigeria Comedian, Event Host and Award winning MC, Gbadamasi Bernard, popularly called Koboko Master has condemned activities of the Federal Road Safety Safety Corps in Abuja, after an encounter with them few days ago. He noted that it was disgraceful for officers of FRSC to be brutal and just mindful about extorting monies from road users, instead of ensuring safety.

Speaking regretfully on the experience he had with Officers of the Federal Road Safety, Koboko Master stated that by booking and collecting monies for penalties, without ensuring provisional efforts to sustain safety of road users was a mere hogwash. While narrating the situation he stated that few days ago, he was stopped by the federal road safety corps and was asked to pull over which he, and was then asked to provide his driver's licence and car documents, which he also provided with super validity. Thereafter he was asked for a fire extinguisher, which he also provided, but to his greatest surprise, the officers said the extinguisher was expired and that he must be booked.

All of this embarrassing developments where now tailored at getting monies from the Comedian as penalty and not targeted at how he could get a new extinguisher to secure safety of his vehicle. Koboko Master however suggested a more corrective approach instead of a punitive one geared at enriching themselves.

He however adviced FRSC on issues like Fire extinguisher and other safety tools needed for road users. He suggested that the FRSC should develop an affiliation with private business owners that are into the sales of these safety equipments, so that when a person is found wanting , such persons will be booked and referred to such agency, probably with the penalties included in the payments. By doing this, the road user would have been cautioned, the safety equipment would have be procured, the private businesses person would have made some profit and FRSC would have done their job as well as collect their stipends as penalties.

He noted that with such suggestions, if implemented by FRSC, the nation can move on freely and easily, instead of the stressful process of booking, payment at bank and bring teller to office, without the achieving the aim of providing safety.

The 2020 Abuja Humanitarian Orphanage Home Visitation Holds With Tonto Dikeh, Rachel Bakam, others

A social development group and community of several global humanitarian agencies have held the 2020 Abuja Humanitarian Orphanage Home Visitation outreach. The program was held on Saturday, 22nd of August 2020 at Gishiri, opposite Nicon Junction, Maitama, Abuja.


The visitation was powered by International Goodwill Ambassador Club and was themed Selfless Service; My Passion. The visitation and outreach to orphans witnessed the participation of notable and distinguished personalities across the Entertainment, Showbiz and humanitarian Industry. Some of the noble personalities are popular Nollywood Actress, Tonto Dikeh, famous TV/Red Carpet Personality, Rachel Bakam, amongst others.

During the outreach and visitation, some few participants spoke with AbujaPress, most of them described the event as a timely intervention, with significant impact, not only for their present situation, but for the future of our nation, Nigeria. The visitation and outreach to Gishiri, was led by Ambassador Chris Odey, the Chairman of International Goodwill Club and convener, Nigeria Goodwill Ambassadors Award.

The 2020 Abuja Humanitarian Orphanage Home Visitation was partnered by several Non-governmental Organizations, social groups, associations, Institutions and media agencies. Imo Beauty Queen Isabella Okafor Supports Imo Government, Re-Beautifies Symbolic Signages

In Imo state, a vibrant, proactive, intellectual and rooted daughter of the soil, Queen Isabella Okafor, popularly referred as "Ada Imo", has commenced the re-beautification of few dilapidated signages to support efforts of Imo state Government. The repainting and re-beautification of the popular Freedom Falls signage and Imo International Convention Center-IICC signage, started on 21st of August 2020, with a consciousness-awareness campaign on the role of youths in national development, as against the conventional reliance on governments.


Speaking with StatePress Correspondent, Queen Isabella Okafor noted that it was heartbreaking to realise that signages which were symbols of beautification and attraction in the heart and city center of Owerri, Imo state had become reproachful. She further stated that the duo repainting exercise of Freedom Fall and IICC, both at Warehouse Junction were aimed at beautifying Imo, awaken individual consciousness and warn against the entitlement mentality.

In the words of Queen Isabella Okafor, She says, "most importantly the project is to awaken the consciousness of the youths in Imo state, but also people all over the Nigeria to step out of the entitlement mentality of what what government can do for us, but instead go ahead to proffer solutions to the problems around us". She further stated that by volunteerism and collaboration through individual inputs, leaders and government will be forced into doing the right thing.


She however dedicated the success of the re-beautification project to God Almighty who blessed her with the insight, capacity and speed to immediately commence the project to fruition. Queen Isabella therefore hoped that her Motherland blokes and accepts her little contribution towards making imo state beautiful again. She further prayed and wished for the blessing and prosperity of the People of Imo state, both today and generations to come.

Isabella pledged to continuously remain active in promoting the growth and development of Imo state and her entire country, Nigeria. IGP Mohammed Adamu, Abubakar Malami, Ooni Of Ife, Pauline Tallen Nominated For 2020 Democracy Heroes Award

Religious Group Holds Protest Against Southern Kaduna Killings, Advocate All Lives Matter

A love-based organization and religious group, Concern Christians and Muslims of Nigeria has commenced its "All Lives Matter" advocacy campaign in a peaceful and diplomatic protest envisioned to seek international and local supports against the incessant killings in the Southern Kaduna area of Nigeria. The peaceful protest was held few days ago in the Federal Capital Territory.

During the advocacy campaign against the southern Kaduna killings and awareness on the "All Lives Matter Project", Volunteers and Members of Concern Christians and Muslims of Nigeria, clouded the streets with placards, carrying several inscriptions to voiceout the concerns of victims and their loved ones in the brutal killings recorded in southern Kaduna.

According to AbujaPress, the protest witnessed the participation of notable personalities, volunteers and partner organizations, including popular Nigeria TV Personality, Amb. Rachel Bakam, Host of Rachel D Piper TV Program on Africa Independent Television. During the protest, the team of Concern Christians and Muslims of Nigeria visited top International Organizations like the UN Secretariat, US Embassy, British Council and Canadian Embassy, seeking the Intervention of international communities to end the bizzare killings in southern Kaduna.

According to the project Director, Shebanyan Abuk, the organization presented letters of her plea to the organizations which they visited, as they addressed them, stating their grievances. The Project Director noted that it wasn't just a mere protest but was very directional and result oriented. He however thanked its partners, Members, volunteers and other other participants for supporting hope for the hopeless on Kaduna state.
