CRBC: FRAUDSTER DARES PROPHETESS FAITH AIGBE THROUGH IMPERSONATION.

Recently, names of prominent and powerful men of God are been used by fraudsters to scam and extort monies and all kinds of assistance from church members and believers. Rev Faith Aigbe, has become the new face used by fraudsters to manipulate her members and faithful believers of Christ.

The case of the general overseer of Christ Restoration Bible Church, Prophetess Faith Aigbe has become worrisome, as members decry manipulation from a strange fellow who has been using their pastor's name and picture for fraudulent purposes.

According to Rev. Faith Aigbe, such occurrence and development is not new. She stated that pictures of some servants of God like Prophet Jeremiah, Bishop David Oyedepo, Prophet T.B Joshua and Pastor Adeboye have been victimised for such unholy venture by fraudsters, especially on social media platforms like facebook, Instagram, etc.

She stated that all efforts to reach the perpetrators of this evil have been proved abortive, though she has warned members to deviate from engaging in any activity of the church initiated via social media platforms, especially when it requires financial commitments.

A member confirmed he was immediately blocked by the fraudster, when he insisted on worshipping with her. While speaking to some members of Christ Restoration Bible Church, our reporters gathered that some members have already taken careful measures to shun any if such proposition by strange contacts on social media.

Prophetess Faith Aigbe is one of the most reknowned prophetess in Nigeria, acknowledged and applauded for her impacts in the ministry, especially in areas of deliverance and prophetic pronouncements. She has been used as a divine tool by God to be a blessing and an agent of gainful change in the lives of people across Nigeria and Africa.

Till today, she remains one of the most powerful women, whom God is using to enhance the faith. She has proved her calling over the years and this is evident in her deliverance network across Africa.

Rev. Faith advised to perpetrators to stop such frivolous acts or be damned by the judgment of the God Almighty who she believes and serves diligently.

In line with the 1997 IPMAN constitution, immediate past President, Chief Obasi Lawson and Secretary, Alhaji Hassan Kirmi are also IPMAN NEC members. During the course of the meeting, the new executives led by Alh. (Engr.) Sanusi Fari, pledged that there would be adequate, and free flow supply of petroleum products across the country during the elections and beyond. They also pledged their commitment to the effortless strides of Pres. Muhammadu Buhari in ensuring a vibrant oil and gas sector for the Nigerian economy. As it stands today, it has become obvious that these newly sworn executives shall continue to uphold the tenets of IPMAN as they shown an undeniable amount of cooperation to work for the ultimate good of the union. In his opening speech, the National President went the extra mile of thanking God, for making the AGM possible, and for the pronouncement of the Supreme Court which affirmed the 1997 constitution of IPMAN through its ruling of 14th December, 2018 as presented by Hon. Justice Centus Nweze in support of the lead judgment where he stated that the constitutive instrument to be used in determining Chief Obasi Lawson length of time in office is the constitution of IPMAN. He further reiterated the Article XI (VIII) of the 1997 constitution fixes the tenure of office of the National President of the association for a period of 3 years.

Therefore the tenure of Chief Obasi Lawson as IPMAN National President was brought to end following these pronouncements of the Supreme Court. As the former elected deputy president to Chief Obasi Lawson, Alh. Sanusi Fari has duly taken over as the new president of IPMAN in accordance with the article IV OF THE 1997 IPMAN constitution.

Following the sponsored protest staged last Monday by a civil right group at the zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Wuse 2, Abuja, against former Akwa-Ibom governor, Godswill Akpabio and demeaning allegations leveled against him were mere sabotage and sponsored campaign of calumny.

It has been discovered that the mounting support from different quarters for Akpabio and his adopted APC candidate, Nisma Ekere is a strong defeatist approach by the sitting governor, Emmanuel Udom of PDP. This is coming on the hills of Akpabio changing camp from the PDP to APC with a strong and still growing numbers of supporters in his trail.

The protest and the allegation leveled against Senator Godswill Akpabio was described as blatant lies and a campaign of calumny orchestrated by the group to pull down the senator, so as to stop him from winning the state to the opposition party in the forthcoming general election.
Little wonder, Gov. Udom feeling jittery about an intending loss at the poll in a few months. Therefore, he has been using every strategy and orchestrated plans to truncate and demobilized Akpabio and party’s moving train. But the Senator remains undaunted and unshaken by the false and fallacious allegations by Gov. Udom and his cohorts under the aegis of these baseless and unfounded by this civil right group.

With information at our disposal, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is yet to take any plausible decision against Senate Akpabio purportedly believing that it shouldn’t be now that the election is fast approaching that they would now come up with these false allegations.

Even at the live broadcast interview with President Buhari, he declared that he had never interfered in the activities of the anti-graft agencies, EFCC or ICPC on probing anybody including Akpabio. With the civil right group listed properties in the petition as belonging to Akpabio, there are no concrete evidences to support their claim and allegation; even previous petitions had been withdrawn by their originators because of lack of evidence.
This is not the first time Senator Akpabio has been going to EFCC to respond to petitions against him since he left office as governor four years ago. The protest by the group and the petitioners were pursuing a ‘political vendetta’.

According the senator in a recent interview stated that ‘I went to the EFCC personally to ensure that I answered to the petition and I answered them. I am the most investigated former governor in Nigeria. Go to anywhere in the world; I don’t have a single house that I could sell, whether in the United Kingdom or Dubai. I m one of the few Nigerians who doesn't operate any foreign account. And I challenge anyone from anywhere in Nigeria to prove me wrong. So, forget about the contrived negative story that you heard about Godswill Akpabio.’

It was gathered that at the end of the protest which was allegedly ignored by the anti-graft agency, was said to have ended with disagreement as protesters were spotted at the front of Wuse Central Mosque, fighting over money as the leader of the faceless group as he was said to have shortchanged other members of the group as against the agree sharing formula.

Even it was said the sponsored protest was hurriedly put together by a top member of federal executive council in person of minister of transportation Mr. Rotimi Amaechi who is believed to be scary of Akpabio growing popularity in the South-South and this might have an effect on Amaechi’s established leadership role and authority in the entire south-south region; such that this leadership role will not be consumed by Akpabio in the final analysis.

Dana Air has extended its Multi-million naira sponsorship deal for Heartland FC of Owerri, Imo state.

The sponsorship which was first unveiled in 2018 was extended for the duration of the 2018/ 19 Nigerian Professional League (NPFL) Season at a short ceremony held at the conference hall of DE-Range hotel in Owerri, the Imo state capital.

Speaking at the contract extension event, the Media and Communications Manager of Dana Air said, ‘we are happy to be back here to unveil another mouth-watering deal for our darling team – Heartland fc of Owerri, Imo state. We are proud of the innovations that the club is introducing to our league and the transformation that the team is undergoing at the moment.’’

‘At Dana Air we are not just concerned about flying our guests to and fro Owerri and Abuja, but we are concerned mostly about what we can positively contribute to the development of the state, in furtherance of other CSR activities we have carried out in Imo state.’’

Dana Air in 2017 entered into an airline partnership with the Imo state government to aid commercial and tourism potentials of the state, create jobs and provide convenient fares for guests traveling to and fro the state.

In 2018, the airline unveiled a huge sponsorship deal for both Akwa United FC of Akwa Ibom and Heartland fc of Imo state as part of its commitment towards sports development in the states and by extension the country. The airline says its sponsorship of the clubs will make the league more attractive and spur other corporate bodies to tow its line. This extension makes it 2 years sponsorship in a row for both clubs

Amina Oyiza Bello of Hayat Foundation Reaches Out to the Less Privileged and Persons with Disabilities*.

Charity, they say begins at home. What a beautiful way to begin the year! The less privileged in Okene, hometown of the Founder Hayat Foundation were not left out of the philanthropic gesture of Her Excellency, Barr Amina Oiza Bello, wife of the Executive Governor, Kogi state.

A high-powered delegation from Hayat Foundation led by Hajia Fati were at Okene on Jan 1, 2019 putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged. The joy of the needy at Okene knew no bounds as the team gave out food and other relief materials in the spirit of giving back and demonstrating love and compassion.

Hayat Foundation Founder Her Excellency, Amina Oyiza Bello during her visit to karama Jiji ; home for people with disabilities paid a courtesy visit to the traditional ruler. She pledged her support to the community saying that her Foundation is not only committed to the well being of the community of disabled people in karama Jiji but through the Foundation's Economic Empowerment program, that these people will be empowered through vocational skills and for those with talents and trades, the Foundation will support them in translating their talent into wealth creation in order for them to be self reliant and major contributors to nation building. She stressed the need for society to stop discrimination against people with disability but rather to show love and compassion and respect for them.

She also urged government to give people with disability equal right as other citizens without disability. She encouraged the community of people to be confident in themselves and that disability should not be a barrier to them living a purposeful life. She reiterated Hayat Foundation commitment to advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.
