To achieve Biafra, my question is on at what cost, deaths, for how much of land (definitely you cannot think of waging war on Niger Delta is they don't want to join again). So what will you offered them - Is it the Presidency, Capital, station all weapons there?Leaving the rest of Aligbo vulnerable. What will you offer them they can't have in Nigeria? It is naive to think that Niger Delta will join Biafra without tangible offer on the table. What will it be?
