How long does it take to capture after registration?

So, I just spoke to a customer care rep at the British Council NG.

She apologised for the delay, said it's most likely due to some technical or administrative issues and asked to wait till the end of the week.

When I asked her if it was an isolated incident, she said quite a number of people who took the CD test have been calling in to complain too. In fact, she said just this morning, she's received a few of those calls.

According to her, if I don't get my results by Thursday, I should get in touch again by Friday.

Guess we're going to have to wait.

Anyway, you could still call in and table your complaint so they know there's still a lot of us waiting.

They are making it obvious that there isn't any difference between Pbt and Cbt,if you have to wait for more than a week to get a result that is meant to be available within 3 to 5 days.

Wrote on 28th November 2022 CBT IDP. TODAY IS DAy 7 and they have refused to reply their email.

I have been here thinking away my brains. I also wrote on 24th September and up until now, no result showing on their portal. It will say "see full result" and when you click it, there is nothing in there.

Please is this a normal thing or has anyone seen theirs?

Read carefully. There is an arrow to click that will open your result in a new pagem

Serious wahala. Now it's saying Result is not currently available for this candidate. Please,contact your test centre for further details. I am currently losing my sleep cos of this.

Wow..CBT seems to be much better and faster than Paper. I wrote same day with you. Hopefully 7th October, our results should be out.

Have anyone been able to check their results today. I wrote the paper pencil test on September 24th. According to the test portal,its meant to be out today.No result on the portal till now.

Please,Have anyone ever send an email to British Council concerning transfer of exam date due to exposure to a patient with covid 19 and got a positive response?
