Nothing else. I don't go around forming IDs like the rest of you do but if you keep accusing me of it then I would consider doing just that and act the same way your tribalistic brothers do on this forum. Don't push me. |
fstranger6: NO. Thats his dog. Ode oshiLOL you don start again |
BTW, the dead bodies have been taken by the lagos state government for identification before releasing them to their relatives. |
Another Air Mishap Averted In Abuja Barely one week after the fatal air crash involving Dana Air in Lagos, another air mishap was narrowly averted yesterday at the NnamdiAzikiwe Airport, Abuja when the run way lights went off, thus making it impossible for planes to either take off or land. LEADERSHIP WEEKEND learnt late last night that the development led to the re-routing of all Abuja-bound planes to Lagos. Specifically, Lufthansa flight that took off from Abuja to Malabo, earlier in the day was routed to Lagos. Also, Air France and British Airways were rerouted, thus leaving many passengers stranded. Efforts to reach the minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah or her aides were unsuccessful at the time of going to press. LEADERSHIP WEEKEND however learnt that contract to refurbish the runway lights had been awarded but the inability of the company to complete the job at 5 pm yesterday warranted the re-routing. http://leadership.ng/nga/articles/26883/2012/06/09/another_air_mishap_averted_abuja.html Maybe now you people would start asking questions. Keep crying over rubbles |

pcnwamadi: Me and Ʊ who is illiterate? Was dere no plane crash b4 before jonathan came in? OdeYou sir, because you are da.ft |
all this Okoro thinking people can't reason beyond their nose. Maybe we should not clear it up and leave it like that for everything to remain scattered. The main questions they are meant to be asking they are not Just of recent after the Dana crash, another plane in Abuja ALMOST SUFFERED THE A SIMILAR FATE. Ideeiots are thinking about rubbles, Have they asked why 2 Nigerian planes crashed within a space of 6 days ? (One in Ghana another in lagos) Have they asked why another Nigerian plane was about to crash in abuja after the Dana crash ? Have they asked why the aviation minister is quite about it, why we are not investigating or even looking for policies to prevent this from happening in the near future like the even to yesterday again in Abuja ? |
fstranger6: I am all for recycling. Whatever makes our world greener, I am all for it. What better way to greenerize our world than using dead bodies to fill pot-holes? Filling of pot holes with dead bodies save lives and it is also a reminder to us still alive of what not to do. It is win-win for all of us, more so for the dead.Fstranger6, don't allow any funny dumb people to deceive you. Even if Fashola ask for the dead people to be used for road filling, do you actually think anyone in his right mind would carry out that order ? even if it is from the president ? Lets be realistic. The building rubbles that contain even blood cannot be used for the road filling not to talk of human remains. That is all propaganda. What people are anger about here is using the rubble at all and I am asking them, what it should be used for then if not buried. |
can't wait !!!! they are indeed the problem wee have in Nigeria, tribalism is too much |
Anything that tells you Igbos the truth is Alh harem reddish is now Alj harem, rubbish |
pcnwamadi: Seriously ℓ̊ don't undastand how some yoruba people tink. Wit deir brains or ass.. Wetin concern GEJ wit dana inefficiency? Guy Ʊ must be realy jobbless and frustrated..So it is not worth investigating the events that lead to the death of 200 + people ? da.ft mentality |
pcnwamadi: My broda don't mind dis stupid lagosians dat feels dey know everytin wen dey actually know notin.Just listen to yourself, the envy is not good my brother. Lagosians feel they know everything, Ideeeiot |
we are talking of rubbles from the crash, others are complaining about human remains, silly dumb sentimental mentality. Maybe we should bury the rubbles then, tell me the difference Even worse some are thinking those people remains would be used for road construction. Of course if there is blood on the raod people would complain not to talk of human remains. A better suggestion would be to use the rubbles to build a monument for the people that died as a form of remembrance. Rubbles would serve us NO GOOD and certainly would erode away. What remains the the things we did due to the event that happened. How the rubbles (without human remains) should even be a subject of discussion. |
By ANAYO OKOLI UMUAHIA—EIGHT suspects including one female, believed to be dealers in fake and adulterated products were yesterday paraded by the Abia State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC. The Command also impounded fake consumer products at a warehouse in Eziukwu Cemetery Market, Aba. Among the impounded products were Mobil Insecticide, St. Lauren Wine, Seaman Schnapps, Seaman’s Branded cups, 5 Alive wine, Eva wine, Chelsea London Dry Gin and Mc Dowell’s Whisky, Squadron Blended Dark Rum, Bacchus Wine and Milo. Handing over the suspects and the fake products to National Agency for Foods and Drugs Administration and Control, NAFDAC, the Abia State Commandant of NSCDC, Mr. Nathaniel Ubong, said the suspects were apprehended by his men following a tip off. According to him, his men met very hostile environment during the raid forcing them to retreat. Ubong said “We have not recovered half of the things we discovered at the production site because the crowd that was in sympathy with those arrested became volatile and threw stones at our men. We decided to retreat in order to avoid crisis.” Receiving the suspects, the impounded products and the investigation file, the Deputy Director, Aba Special zone of NAFDAC, Mr. Festus Anumba, decried the proliferation of adulterated consumer goods in Aba and described the situation as “worrisome”. Anumba who commended the NSCDC for its effort also called on other security agencies to join hands in the war against fake and adulterated products. “We have been doing that and we will continue to do it. But there should also be a synergy between security agencies to get the fake products out of the markets”, Anumba. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/06/nscdc-parades-woman-7-others-for-selling-fake-products/ |
SMH, Nigeria dog eat dog jungle ![]() |
Domaro: supported, Rotimi Amaechi is not an igbo neither is he a yoruba man. I prefer NGIGE/FASHOLA and ROHCHAS for 2015 presidencythank you, we don't need an Igbo or Yoruba president but A NIGERIAN president that would take care of our needs equally without any form of biased thinking. Ameachi discredited himself when he did the life pension thing know full well how River state has a lot of uncompleted projects I am not sure of Ngige but Roachas, Yes ! Fashola, Yes ! Oshomoile, Yes El-rufia, Yes Yes ! (as vice) |
Domaro: Agreement written or unwriten, that is not the problem of Nigria, but the "born to rule" norm of the northerners. By Gods grace power is not going back to them for the mean time. Their Boko Haramism will soon subside, then every one will enjoy the true nature of Nigeria under a "God fearing Leader"blababa, born to rule this born to rule that Then we have Rochas, Fashola You all are still complaining about the north ? |
bayooooooo: SE votes will not count much in 2015. You don't have to be a magician to know the area will be thoroughly monitored. This time around the wholesale rigging will be checkmated. Then, politically, all that is needed to divide SE votes is a mere factionalisation of APGA. If you follow events with keen interest, that is already in vogue.Thank you, in fact the SE would vote for GEJ again because they have no choice. |
Onlytruth: The only easy way for the ACN-CPC merger to snatch Aso rock (even if Jonathan is contesting in 2015) is to field an Igbo candidate, somebody like Rivers state governor Chibuike Amaechi (if they can snag him from PDP) with a NW VP candidate. That way, the East will be thoroughly divided with the larger chunk supporting Amaechi.Maybe you think SW/Yorubas are as primitive thinking as you and your other tribalistic goons that voted GEJ because of Azikwe he recently added to his name. I rather vote for Roachas (if voting a SE person at all) than any Amaechi that want life time pension for himself. |
BUSH MAN: i can understand your point, but since when has any thing been investigated or inquired into in nigeria without corruption even this rubbles issue they will still do what they like regardless of what people think or sayThat is my point, if we do not investigate, at least do policies to prevent such from happening. 3 days before the crash, a Nigerian airplane kill a lot of Ghanians as well We forgot about that, is it not time to start asking why do Nigerian plans keep crashing ? |
ooua: Which way Nigeria. How can you fill roads with crash site rubble? Can't Nigerian's learn to show respect for ourselves even in death? Let them find out from USA how they cleared the 9-11 rubble. Please, please, please the families who lost their love ones in this crash should not be hurt a second time.which way is the right way to showing respect or the dead ? The best way IMO is to make sure this does not happen again and do a form of remembrance for the dead. Rubbles got nothing to with these two things |
Boy oh boy. This thread has really opened my eyes on how much of a dullard Alh Harem really is. |
SMH maybe some of you would eat the rubbles Instead of asking questions which is more of a pressing issue, you are talking about rubbles Why did the plane crash What can we do to prevent it from occurring next time How do we honour the dead These are the questions you all are meant to be asking, not rubbles |
One way traffic people. Maybe they want the rubbles from the building to go to the waste bin. senseless talk Again people would try to politicize this, typical. The rubbles with human remains would not be put on the roads. That is senseless and the propaganda nature. Tell me how any sane human being would do that |
Johnsinia: u will hate Gef until u die n found urself in HELL.No I don't hate GEJ and who told you that would not be cleaned up ? The human remains goes to a proper burial site, I have stated that clearly. I am talking of the rubbles from the building. |
Okay after reading this post, it has become very clear that YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND the issue being debated here.
What is the issue being debated here. "Where it is right if Lastma fill roads with crash site rubbles"Isn't it |
SMDH!!!! ![]() How do you not get it !!!!
No sisi, please explain because it seems I don't see things for your view. Thanks |
Let's see, what could the state have done with the rubble from a plan crash? Hmmm, this is clearly a tough one. . . because obviously this is an unprecedented event so in the absence of specific examples, we have no choice put do whatever. Now Now I know some people are thinking. . .wait a minute, how did the New Yorkers get rid of the debris from 9/11 but hey you can't compare the two. . .they had two planes and the twin towers and ours is just one plane, which clearly produced more rubble thus making it hard to find an easy solution.
Yes sisi, you understand my point. I must say those against this move have their point as well because it deals with ethics and morals which I prefectly understand. There is no point playing politics with issues like that. What we should demand for are 1. Why the plane crashed ? What happened, human or mechanical error ? 2. How to prevent such from happening in the future 3. How do we remember these Nigerians and foreigners that died in this unfortunate event. |
philip0906: Oh dear Lord. . .Do people still think like this?yes people still think like that. Any problem The issue here is ethical and sentimental, Yes looking at it, we look at the ethics Now the site needs to be cleared whether we like it or not, What we should ask from the Minister is investigation and policies to prevent issues like this what we need to ask from the state government is a form of remembrance of the people. We are not going to use the rubbles for anything, neither would it serve any purpose while laying there. All it would do is give miscreates the opportunity to have a hide out. Yes it was a very sad event, everyone in the country is sad BUT THE BEST WAY TO SERVE JUSTICE TO THE DEAD PEOPLE IS TO MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT OCCUR AGAIN !!! |
icez: Are you for real?Yes I am for real, answer the question on what the state government should done. It is not that difficult is it ? |
