Firstly muslim DONT protest on street they follow rules, and i must belive there are ways of seeking redress in u.k and if you think the method is inislamic you can move ( hijrah).
Secondly, you dont wish a fellow human hell! Even if it is obvious. What you can do is to pray for him. Because its easy for ALLAH to make the whole world muslims and that id their qadar, and only prayer can influence that.
