Hello house. I submitted family application since on the 20th of december for priority visa. And am yet to get a response whether our passports are ready or not. And i think it has exceeded 5 days.

I earn a salar of 363k to be precise with commision of 83k every month, what do you think can be my living expenaes amd my disposable income sir? Also my wife is a business owner with cac documents. Our plan is i should sponsor my self and sh should sponsor herself and our kid. How viable is that sir? Also like how much do you think we both can book down seperately for the 1 week trip for christmas sir (imcluding tour plane hotel and the rest sir? And like what documents can we include sir?

Gurus. Am a salary earner, and i intend to collect contribution money saved fom my salary before my trip.which will be transferred o my account. Woul there be any hitches of such? And how do i go bout it?

I'm trying to know if you took that decision of going back to pick your passport when you saw it on vfs site without waiting for mail from the embassy giving the instruction. According to what my friend said "Canadian embassy communicates their final decision through email" . Is that true?

No i didnt. You can just track it via the vfs site

... Pls could this be that his study visa has been approved though he's yet to receive mail and text for medical. We need gurus to clarify this

Goodafternoon. I believe this canada people are just dishing out refusal as they like. At last i went to collect my passport since 23rd of october that i got my BVL. I was refused based on 1. Home ties 2. Purpose of visit.
Here is a snippet of my profile
Submitted 27th september did biometric same day
BVL Dropped 23rd October
Documents submitted
O.level result
Bsc certiicate and transcript(bsc finance)
Admission letter ( post baccaulareate in bus admin from thompson rivers university)
Paid 1st semester tution fee of about 2.8 million.
Marriage cerificate
Birth cirtificate of I, my wife and my son
Company 2 years leave approval letter
Payslip
4 landed properties(2 each for i and my wife)
Bank statement balance is 5 million with inflow amd outflow of 20 million
My wife who happens to be the sponsor bank statement is 22 million with inflow and outflow of 234 million.

You need to come and see refusals today at VFS. This people are just milking us dry honestly.God knows canada is no more my option. I wish you all th best. Everything in this life as reason. It didnt work for paul doesnt mean it wont work for peter.

Hello gurus. I still hve been unable to get a mail since last month of 23rd october that i got my bvl, i went to vfs site now. And i saw your processed visa is ready for collection,on 14th november. Does that mean i hqve been refused?

Since you submitted an application on the 27th of September through the paper route, you must have done your biometrics upon submission. That known, I assume what you received on the 23rd of October was the biometrics validation letter.

Did you do upfront medicals? This will, to an extent,
determine the meaning of the BV letter you recieved on the 23rd of Oct.

Do you mean your cousin's friend got a medical request after a biometrics request? If yes, that's in order. If you meant he got a medical request after a BVL, well with God, impossibility is nothing. Gurus on this platform will explain better.

How gurus in the house how true is that cic network is presently bad, i got my biometric verification since on the 23rd of which am yet to get another mail since then, after i submitted on 27th september paper route for january 2020 admission. I also have a cousin that got his medical just a week after he got his biometric verification, And also his friend got her approval without medical request. Please gurus in the house what could be happening to my application.

I got my refusal letter 48hrs after my biometrics letter came in

Reason for refusal was purpose of visit and family ties in Canada or home country.

Eeya sorry about that. Am still yet to get any letter apart from my biometric since that day

From your previous post it appears that you've not been called for medicals. Following this, a decision has already been reached on your application which is a refusal, I'll advise you pick up your passport at the VAC, defer your Admission to the next available term and subsequently prepare for a reapplication.

It shall end in praises.

I have gotten my biometric mail since on the 23rd and am yet to get any other mail since then. Does it mean i should go to vfs to claim my passport or i should wqit for mail.

Its been 6 days now. Nothing. No news. And i yhink people do receive their letter almost within 48 hours after that has dropped. Or have you seen any ither letter?

Hello house. Its been 6 days i got my biometric, and am yet to receive any letter, i hope all is well. At least they should have so i can go collect my passport. I have other things to do with the passport.
