It's been discovered that many children do love their mothers more than they love their fathers. This has been the trend for so long that many even believe that that is the way it should be. Many of our female children grow up to love their mothers and dislike while some even hate their fathers. For such children, they grow up to believe that all men are the same just because of the negative actions and the nonchalant attitude of their fathers. Some people may even think such female children dislike the opposite sex just because they've been jilted, but sincerely, the attitude of many ladies or women to the opposite sex is just because of what they see their fathers doing, either to their mum or the children. I believe there needs to be a change! Kindly tell us your own opinion about this, Most importantly I'll like you to be sincere in answering this question: As a female will you love to mary a man like your father? As a male will you love to mary a woman like your mother? |

There are so many legit biz they can do, but many will not. As a matter of fact yahoo yahoo is too bad, and it will be good if we will advice some of our friends into it to spot and do something legitimate. Invite them to Naira land, that will also help. |

FEAR FIGHTER Do you look at the horizon and see an opportunity or do you look into the distance and fear a problem? Fear is a poor chisel to carve out your tomorrows. If you are looking at your future from a position of fear, I want to let you know that view is inaccurate and distorted. It’s never save to look at the future with the eyes of fear. The worst liars in the world are your own fears. One of the great discoveries you can make is to find that you can do what you were afraid you couldn’t do. William Ward showed the difference between faith and worry: “Worry is faith in the negative, trust in the unpleasant, assurance of disaster and belief in defeat. Worry is a magnet that attracts negative conditions. Faith is more powerful force that creates positive circumstances… Worry is wasting today’s time to clutter up tomorrow’s opportunities with yesterday’s troubles.” Dale Carnegie wrote, “An old man was asked what had robbed him of joy in his life. His reply was, ‘Things that never happened.” Fear wants you to run from things that aren’t after you. Here’s what I do. I follow this famous advice: “At night, I give all my worries and fears to God. He’s going to be up all night anyway.” 1Peter 5:7 puts it this way: “Let Him have your worries and cares, for He is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you.” John Mason Why Ask Why? |

IMPORTANCE OF IRON TO THE BODY Iron plays an important role in the body functions. This includes proper immune function, temperature regulation, energy metabolism and work performance. It is also the carrier of oxygen in the blood and transports carbon dioxide wastes to the lungs for removal from the body. Iron, a mineral salt, occurs in different forms in foods and therefore differs in its ability to be absorbed and used by the body. Its most readily absorbable form, known as hem iron, is found in animal protein sources such as, meat, fish, poultry and eggs, while non hem iron sources are grains and vegetables. Although the later is often supplied in greater quantities, only about five per cents (5%) of its iron is absorbed. Foods that are rich in vitamin C assists in the absorption of iron in food sources while calcium-rich-foods and supplements interfere with its absorption. Polyphenols found in coffee and teas are also known to interfere with iron absorption. Although, severe cases of iron deficiency may result in hypo chromic microcrystal anemia, many people with mild deficiency experience no obvious problems other than vague symptoms of tiredness, headache, irritability, and depression. |
