Guess what I did in my Dream today... I was flying with a Short Gun and I had so many enemies to kill, so many odds to defy. I like it when I defy gravity in my dreams. I shows that I am in for greatness, that I can soar above all challenges... You need to understand that the human is a spirit first of all, and in the spirit realm nothing is impossible, no boundaries. The human spirit is super intelligent and can process information with the speed of light. This is why 5 minutes in a dream is equals 1 hour in a real World, another reason you can have a dream in a single night and live through days. As spirit being, we can maximize the capacity of our spirit. Dream is a spirit activity, and our spirit is the soul engine of our bodies. I write from experience! Note (after thought): This flying is not flying with wings kind of, but the superman kind of flying when you're in total control, by just using you mind to control your directions. |
This was long overdue. In a country when it has become a cliche that "the Law is for the common man" |

Academic studies can be fascinating... and totally confusing. So we decided to strip away all of the scientific jargon and break them down for you. The Background In general, most people like the idea of “dating up.” Isn’t it better to find someone more attractive, more successful and more intelligent than your (already wonderful) self? That depends. For men, the idea of dating someone more intelligent than themselves may actually be a turn-off. Research has found that analytical ability is considered a stereotypically masculine quality, and being competent and competitive are qualities that are particularly important to men, so female intelligence might be threatening for heterosexual men sizing up a prospective partner. A 2006 study found that men in a speed-dating environment found intelligence appealing unless they perceived their female date to be smarter than they. It’s hard to tell how generalizable these findings are, but they do make one wonder: Even if a man says he wants a smart woman, is he actually attracted to one when she’s in front of him? Researchers from the University at Buffalo, California Lutheran University and the University of Texas at Austin explored this question in their new study. During their preliminary survey, 86 percent of men reported that they would feel comfortable dating someone smarter than they. In a series of six experiments, the researchers put these claims to the test. The Setup In the first version of the study, the researchers had 105 undergraduate men read a hypothetical scenario about a woman who scored better than them on a test, and then asked them to rate how romantically desirable that woman seemed. In the second, they had 151 undergraduate men take an intelligence test and then asked them if they’d like to meet the woman down the hall, who either scored better or worse than them on the test. Both of these studies found that when men imagined a hypothetical woman who was smarter than they, or only knew of the woman in an abstract sense, they were interested in meeting her and even dating her. In the next two versions of the study, men interacted with a woman (who was in cahoots with the researchers) who either performed better or worse on an intelligence test than they did. After the participants met the woman, took the test while seated next to her and heard both of their scores read aloud, male participants were asked to move their chair across from the woman’s chair. They were then told to take a survey about their first impressions of the other — specifically, how attractive and desirable they found each other. The researchers looked at the distance between the two chairs as a measure of how attracted the man was to the woman. Men who were partnered with a woman who scored higher on the intelligence test felt the need to physically distance themselves from her when moving their chairs. They also tended to rate her as less attractive and desirable to date than men who interacted with a woman who scored worse than they had. The last two experiments got even more nuanced by looking at the way men rated their own masculinity. In the fifth version, men were either told there was a woman in the room next door, or they were seated face-to-face with a woman (again, in cahoots with the researchers). Participants and the woman shared basic information, like name, relationship status, age and year in school. They then took an intelligence test side-by-side and were told their scores aloud. The men were told that the woman either scored higher or lower than them on the test no matter how well they did. Finally, participants filled out a survey measuring how much they related to various stereotypically masculine qualities and how interested they were in the woman romantically. The sixth and last version of the study repeated the procedure of the fifth, but the men in the study saw the woman for a few minutes in person at the beginning of the study (though they didn’t interact with her). The Findings The last two versions of the study found that men were less interested in dating and interacting with a smarter woman when she was face-to-face with them. However, in the fifth study, when she was “psychologically distant” (supposedly in the next room), there was no difference in men’s desire to date or interact with her no matter how well she scored on the test compared to them. In fact, the men who never saw the woman showed a “marginal tendency” to want to interact with a woman who was hypothetically smarter. Overall, men were into hanging out with a smarter woman when they had yet to meet her, but they weren’t so excited to hang out with a living, breathing intelligent woman staring them in the face. Men also felt less masculine when they were faced with a smarter woman sitting next to them than when they never saw said smarter woman. The Takeaway This study sheds light on one reason dating is so complicated: We don’t always know what we want, even if we think we do. This just happens to be a particularly depressing example. It seems that, even if men say they want a smarter woman, when push comes to shove, they’re not so into women who threaten their own intelligence. As the researchers put it, their findings suggest that there are “conditions under which self-protective concerns may trump qualities of partners that seem desirable at a distance.” Translation: Men who blow off intelligent women might just be protecting their fragile masculine egos. Of course, these findings don’t mean that all or even most men are threatened by smart women. This study just adds to decades of literature on gender dynamics which suggests that, as a whole, there are a lot of icky complications around confidence and power wrapped up in heterosexual attraction. More research needs to be done until there are any practical implications. In the meantime, it’s probably not a bad idea for threatened men to do a little soul-searching and think about why they might be intimidated by smart women. Please share your own thoughts, experiences, and ideas about this topic! COPIED FROM: TheHuffingtonPost.com, Inc. |

Reading comments here makes me realize how deeply divided we are in this country. It would be hard for us to progress as a country if we don't change. TAX INVASION is a serious crime and thus, should never be overlooked; and issues like this should never be politicized. We want this country to be like a developed/civilized country but we are never ready to do what developed countries do... Toll gates, my Brothers will shout. The red flag was raised the moment our investigations showed that MTN Nigeria has been making payments to two overseas companies – MTN Dubai and MTN International in Mauritius – both located in tax havens. (I hope this makes front page) MTN has consistently prided itself as the foremost telephone company that is getting Nigerians talking the most. Now the South African company is about to set tongues wagging across networks with revelations that it has routinely been shipping billions of dollars overseas to avoid paying its fair share of tax in Nigeria. An 11-month-long joint investigation by PREMIUM TIMES, Finance Uncovered and amaBhugane reveals that MTN has been running circles around Nigerian revenue authorities using a complex but noxious tax avoidance scheme called Transfer Pricing. For any economy, it is a slow death. The red flag was raised the moment our investigations showed that MTN Nigeria has been making payments to two overseas companies – MTN Dubai and MTN International in Mauritius – both located in tax havens. It was discovered that in 2013 for example, MTN set aside N11.398 Billion from MTN Nigeria to pay to MTN Dubai. A similar transfer of N11.789 Billion was made by MTN Ghana to the same MTN Dubai, making it a total of N23.187 Billion that was shipped to the Dubai offshore account. In a rare disclosure in 2013, MTN admitted it made unauthorized payments of N37.6 Billion to MTN Dubai between 2010 and 2013. The transfers were then “on-paid” to Mauritius, a shell company with zero number of staff and which physical presence in the capital Port Louis is nothing more than a post office letter box. The disclosure amounted to a confession given that MTN made the dodgy transfers without seeking approval from the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), the body mandated to oversight such transfers. On the basis of an earlier management fees agreement that was technically quashed by NOTAP and on the basis of MTN’s reported revenues, it is estimated that N90.2 Billion could have been transferred out of Nigeria in management fees alone since the company was founded in 2002. Transfer Pricing For corporate organizations determined to escape the taxman but still cleverly staying on the right side of the law, Transfer Pricing is the new cellar door constructed by the most ingenious of accountants. It is a new global disease to which Third World economies are the most vulnerable. Multinationals employ Transfer Pricing to move their profits offshore, leaving behind a shrinking tax base in their host countries and inexorable cuts to public services. In Africa, tax avoidance has been named as one of the factors holding the continent back by starving governments of the revenues it needs for development. A report jointly commissioned by the United Nations and the African Union and drafted by a high level panel led by former South African president Thabo Mbeki considered tax avoidance by multinationals to be an “illicit financial flow” and a significant drain on government resources across the continent. In total illicit financial flows, which included corruption and the proceeds of crime, were determined to be costing the continent $50 Billion a year $50bn. Just last year, South Africa’s deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa had harsh words for tax dodgers. He said: “Tax evasion is not only a crime against the state; it’s also a crime against the people of our country, ordinary people.” Curiously, the same Cyril Rhamaposa was non-executive chairman of the board of MTN between 2001 and 2013 before he became South Africa’s No.2 man. In effect, the same tax practices which the deputy president strongly condemned in his country as financial crime is vigorously being promoted in Nigeria. MTN is the largest cell phone company in Africa with 227.5 million subscribers. The company, which operates in more than 20 countries across Africa and the Middle East, has Nigeria as its biggest operation. Until now, tax justice investigations had focused on computer giants, corporations in the extractive industry, food and beverages; in fact everywhere but the mobile phone sector despite the cell phone industry in Africa being one of the largest and most important industries for the continent. Mobile phone has been a cheap and quick way of rolling out the vital communications infrastructure that has underpinned Africa’s growth story over the last decade. As a result the industry has seen explosive growth. With 685million mobile phone users in Africa, the success story means that cell phone companies are now the largest contributor to government revenues in many African countries. That is when they pay their fair share of taxes. Artificial operating costs To pay little or no tax, companies determined to cheat begin by seeking ways to create artificial operating costs in the country where they operate. For example, a company is in Nigeria but has a parent or subsidiary company in another country. It makes huge profit but decides to declare a much lower profit-before-tax. To achieve this, it pays the parent and/ or subsidiary company for services not rendered and ships cash to them. Where services are rendered, the costs are inflated. Such services may include royalty for the use of brand name, procurement services, technical services and management services. Typically, the recipient company is located in an offshore territory under a different financial jurisdiction. MTN has a substantial network of subsidiaries in offshore tax havens, including the British Virgin Islands, Dubai and Mauritius. Because of the growing concerns that multinationals are using intra-company trading to shift profits around the world by overcharging for services delivered or in more extreme cases by creating artificial transactions where no services was rendered at all, respective countries have a maximum percentage of profits it can allow companies to pay out as management fees. For example, in Senegal, accounts from the company Sonatel show that the company has a ‘cooperation agreement’ with parent company France Telecom that is capped at 1.43% of revenue. Until 2010 MTN Nigeria had an agreement with MTN Dubai to pay 1.75% of revenues to the company for management, and royalties for the use of the MTN trademark. Nigeria requires that management fees paid by multinationals are approved by the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP). The fee payments had been reversed following a failure to come to a new agreement on management fees with Nigerian regulators. MTN’s previous agreement with NOTAP expired in 2010. Notwithstanding, MTN has continued to make payments overseas. When we sent questions to MTN over these unauthorized payments, the company told us that this was because they expected NOTAP to approve a new deal and backdate it to the date of the expiry of the previous deal. MTN’s financial activities are now being questioned by more than one tax authorizes in Africa. In Ghana the MTN subsidiary, Scancom, has been paying vast management fees to companies located offshore. Our investigations reveal that Scancom paid 758m GHS in management and technical fees to MTN Dubai between 2008 and 2013. This was 9.64% of the company’s revenue. Normally the maximum fee level allowed in Ghana is 6%. We can reveal that the high levels of fees attracted the attention of Ghana’s intelligence services, which launched an investigation into “economic fraud” between 2012 and 2013. MTN’s management fees need approval from the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC). The Ghanaian “National Security Taskforce” has called for a “review of all technology transfer and management service agreements currently held by GIPC to remove sections which are inapplicable and wrongly provided for” and upgrading and training of state systems and staff. In response to this, MTN in Ghana told us: “The technical and management services agreements between Scancom and Investcom were duly approved by the GIPC.” The current head of the GIPC is Mrs. Mawuena Trebarh, who between 2007 and 2012 was responsible for government relations at MTN Ghana. This reporting team asked Mrs Trebarh to comment on whether her previous role could be perceived a conflict of interest. She did not respond to our requests. In response to our enquiries MTN confirmed that the company paid 12 billion West African Francs in 2012 and 14 billion West African Francs in 2013 in management fees to MTN International. The figure for 2013 is equivalent to 5% of the revenue made by MTN in Cote d’Ivoire. Dubai paradox Dubai is one of the places MTN ships huge profits to. Meanwhile, MTN does not operate any mobile phones in Dubai, yet it has significant operations in the small city state. MTN told us that it employs around 115 people in Dubai who provides services to the MTN group such as group procurement, group finance, legal services, human resources and other corporate functions. One tool that campaigners have said will be helpful is to look at company reporting on a country by country basis. If a company is making huge revenues in a country where it has few employees but there is a low tax rate, which would suggest that there may be some profit shifting taking place. In Uganda, a dispute between the Uganda Revenue Authority and MTN has revealed that the company is paying 3% of its turnover in management fees to MTN International. The fees have been challenged by the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) who issued MTN with a “notice of assessment” in 2011. This was for a number of tax issues between 2003 and 2009, but a large portion was to do with a dispute over management fees, most of which had been paid to Mauritius. Correspondence between the URA and MTN seen by us show that the URA questioned the legitimacy of these fees, and pointed out that MTNI, the company providing “management services” to MTN Uganda had not spent any money in the years they had looked into. The URA said this could only mean two things: that management services provided to MTN Uganda had either already been paid for by MTN Uganda (and so MTN was in effect charging twice for the same thing) or they were never provided at all. The Ugandan authority told the company: “We have repeatedly asked for evidence of specific work performed by MTN Group for MTN Uganda for each of the tax years 2003 to 2009. We have only been provided with very little information relating to 2009 and the latter years. This information is very far from justifying a payment of 3 per cent of MTN Uganda’s turnover as management fees.” NOTAP keeps mum Asked to confirm the amount of fees paid out to MTN Dubai and Mauritius based on the company’s reported revenue between 2002 and today, MTN told PREMIUM TIMES: “There is no disclosure obligation for this information in South Africa or Nigeria.” Asked to explain the possible justification for MTN Nigeria to pay fees for management and technical services to a company with no employees, MTN said: “It is the contracting party’s prerogative as to how it elects to discharge its contractual obligations.” Meaning is that MTN Mauritius can perform its task without a single staff member. PREMIUM TIMES made sustained efforts to get NOTAP and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) to comment on the MTN practices in Nigeria. The Director in charge of Technology Transfer and Agreement, Ephraim Okejiri, initially pleaded that he was in a meeting, and that the reporter should wait. But after over four hours of waiting, he sent a secretary to say he would not be able to give any information on MTN. Similarly at Nigeria’s tax agency, the Federal Inland Revenue Service, the Director of Public Communications, Emmanuel Obeta, who had earlier promised on three occasion to make information available on the matter suddenly had a change of mind. He said relevant officials who should provide him with the information sought were all not available. WHY GIVING A GIRL TOO MUCH ATTENTION NEVER MAKES HER FALL IN LOVE Alright, i am going to get a bit personal here. I know; my articles are a bit controversial. I know that most things i say are not the usual conventional dating advice you hear all the time. I know that some of the things i reveal here gets a lot of people angry. *smiles* But the bottom line is this; they work: hundreds of guys who already use them can attest to this – Before you fight these articles, go out, practice them, then if they don’t work – come back and tell me they didn’t work and i will fully apologize for feeding you wrong information. With that out of the way; lets begin. GIVING A GIRL ATTENTION – DOES IT WORK OR NOT? First; what do i mean by “attention” here: here are some examples: – Calling a girl all the time – Paying her compliments anytime the opportunity arises – Sending her love texts like your father owns telecom companies in six countries. – Doing things for her and running errands for her (some guys do this, trust me) – Buying her loads and loads of gifts (Father Christmas) Now the thing is this; girls love all these things – as a matter of fact, when you are in a relationship all the above can spice up the relationship. But when you are still trying to get a girl these very same things i just listed up there can backfire when you do them in a wrong way. Stay with me; i will make this clearer. showing a girl attention is like kerosine – when you pour in a little at a time into a burning firewood – it is fine. BUT when you get a full cup of kerosine and empty it on that same firewood; you have a problem. When you shower loads and loads of attention on a girl; it is not romantic bro – it is a sign that tells her: “babe, i am obsessed with you” Have you ever heard a girl say: “I can’t stop thinking of this guy, he calls me 20 times a day”. See, there is a reason why the people you like never like you back: it is not coincidence; this is pure basic psychology 101 A GIRL CAN NEVER BE INTO A GUY THAT IS OBSESSED WITH HER and when you shower her with all those praises, calls, attention, gifts you are making her see you as a Mr. obsessed of Africa. Most girls will tell you they like it, but everybody knows that they will say they like a girl to treat them in some ways but when you treat them in that same way they say they want to be treated – they still joke with you. Most times when a guy showers a girl with all these kind of attention what they (the guys) think is: – She is so fine, if i don”t shower her with attention another guy will take her from me – She likes it, i will keep showing her how crazy i am about her. – It’s by money; if i keep buying her things she will like me. – This is how to get a girl, that is what most girls say – so let me shower her with attention Guy, this is real life. What happens in movies rarely happen in real life, bro. Funny thing is that while you are bombarding a girl with all these attention she is also wondering why she doesn’t like you “in that way”. When a girl meets a sensitive, caring, attention giving guy they think things like: – He is such a nice, caring sweet guy – why don’t i like him enough to date him. – He is always there whenever i want him, why don’t i feel like dating him. – Let me keep him around, maybe with time i will start to like him. – I don’t want to hurt him, let me just be nice with him. But the thing is i just don’t feel “it” for him. – He is just a friend, he is nice but i can’t date him – i can’t bring myself to like him that way. True enough, girls end up dating this type of guys but the fact is this; it is very RARE and most times when they do date the guy it is usually out of pity and not because they really like him as a boyfriend. Here is psychology 101: “We don’t like anything that is easy to have. When we get something we loose interest in that thing” Showing a girl too much attention sends her the signal that “she already has you”. I know; it is not easy to hold back – the more you don’t know how she feels about you, the more you chase her, the more she acts cold around – and the more you want her. BUT HERE IS THE HARD PROVEN TRUTH: If you keep showering her with loads of attention, she will run away from you and go and find a more challenging guy. A guy who knows “whats up”. A guy who is not as easy as you. A real Man who is in control. Study all the girl you have been showering attention and chasing in the past one year: Can’t you see how they keep giving you signals that they like you, that you are a sweet guy BUT they just don’t feel it for you. You are a nice guy but they can’t date you 9i’m sure a girl has told you this even) Can’t you see how very pretty girls keep complaining that the guys they like don’t give them attention BUT you, fine boy like you, gives her the same attention she is making noise about and STILL she doesn’t want you. Have you ever asked yourself Why almost EVERY girl complains that the guys they like don’t give them enough attention. Have you ever wondered why they keep sticking to the guy even though he is not giving them enough attention that they want. Have you ever wondered if this is just coincidence or the way their brains are wired Think, bro PLAIN SIMPLE PSYCHOLOGY: human beings like what they don’t have. I know, a lot of people will come in here and say i have generalized but, the fact is this, this is simple plain proven science that i use myself to get classy pretty rich girls to take interest in me, this is the same science that over a hundred guys who read my articles use and still achieve massive success with the girls they like. So since giving a girl too much attention doesn’t work, what then works – little attention? Nah, that too can backfire if you don’t know how to trigger interest in girls. Have you wondered why players get more girls than other guys? it is because they know how to press a girls button and make her crazy for them. In my e-book: “The Bang Rule…Ultimate Guild Of Seduction For Nigerian Guys”, i went into details to explain this and the exact step by step secrets to use and get the girl you are interested in to be interested in you. In the book you will learn scientific psychology secrets you can use to turn the table around and make a girl like you for who you are and not because she likes your pocket. |
If You Want Women To Find You Irresistible, Here Is The Type Of Man You Need To Be Right here in this post, I am going to take you by the hand and show you what you need to do to become a guy that attracts women like magnet. If you follow this instructions I am about to show you, women will fall over you and pratically go crazy about you. Now come with me. You see; there is one big deadly mistake guys make with women. When a guy likes a girl, what he does is to turn into a puppy. You know what a puppy does? When a puppy sees it’s master that puppy starts to wiggle it’s tail. The puppy jumps up. The puppy barks. The puppy jumps over things. AND WHY DOES THE PUPPY DO ALL THIS? …just to impress the master. And that is exactly the same thing most guys do when they meet a woman they really like. A girl asks them for money; zoom – they rush to the bank and donate it to her. when they want to ask a girl out; they beg her. They call her everyday. They try to impress, they try not to offend her. Just like a damn puppy (as in, when I see a guy acting like this – I feel the urge to throw him a loud slap) DUDE, WHEN YOU ACT LIKE A PUPPY – IT NEVER WORKS Yes, brother. It doesn’t. Simple. When you try too hard to impress a girl she will sense it, and when she senses you are trying too hard to impress her it won’t make her like you. in Fact, it would make her hate you. It would make her hate real bad. She doesn’t do this consciously. It is the way their brains are wired. This is why all those girls you’ve ever worshiped treated you like trash. By acting like a puppy, you showed her that she can control you. and girls never ever ever feel a STRONG ATTRACTION for guys they can control. When they come across a guy they can control, what they start thinking is – “How can I take advantage of this guy?”. That is how guys turn “maga”. Be rich, be famous – it might get women to notice you. But when they come closer and find out you are just a rich puppy; they will either take money from you and give another dude they feel REAL attraction to. Or they will just dump your ass and move on. To make women find you irrepressible; you need to be the opposite of a puppy AND WHAT IS THE OPPOSITE OF A PUPPY Women don’t fall for puppies. They fall for a different kind of man. In fact, I have a name for that kind of man; I call it “THE FUNNY BOSS” WHAT DOES A FUNNY BOSS DO? One thing women find attractive in a man is control. They will love you if you are in control. And what does it mean to be a man in control? It means a man that doesn’t lose his head when he goes after a woman. A man that doesn’t chase after a woman like his life depends on it. Brother; it means a man that does not beg for a woman’s love. A man that doesn’t try too hard to impress a woman just to get her attention. And while he is doing this; he is still funny. Let me explain more by giving you the ten commandments of a funny boss. THE TWELVE COMMANDMENTS OF A FUNNY BOSS #1. Never beg a woman to date you. If you do, she will hate you and take you less seriously. Think about it; if a girl walks up to you and start begging you to notice her – you will never take her seriously. It is the same thing that happens when you beg a woman to date you #2. Never try too hard to please a girl. Make her to try and please you (I explained how to do this in my ebook; The Bang Rule) #3. Always tease a girl. it makes her see you as someone fun to be with, and it also gets them attracted. The best way to tease a girl is by using the JHS method (I Explained what JHS method is in my ebook) #4. Never let a girl be sure about how you feel about her if you’ve not made her interested in you first (In my ebook, I explained why in one of the pages plus all the things to do that will get a girl’s interest) #5. Never beg a girl for friendship, by any means. #6. If a girl doesn’t like you, don’t worry yourself about it. She doesn’t have good tastes. That is the mindset you should have. #7. If you ask a girl to see you at a certain place and she agrees but doesn’t show up or calls to inform you she is not showing up, call her up and warn her not to try it again. Your time is too valuable to be wasted that way. #8. Never try hard to impress a lady, you are the boss – she should be the one to impress you. #9. Don’t beg a girl for sex, ever – she is not doing you a favour. #10. Never ever tell a girl directly that you love her. It is better to show love by doing surprise lovely things for her. For example, you could surprise her with a gift out of the blues and tell her it is because she has been a good girl. Or you could call her up late in the night, tell her you’ve been thinking about her and then switch off the phone (But only do this after you are sure she is already crazy about you, not before) #11. Never beg a girl to visit you. If she is not showing taking you s serious as you want, don’t ask her why – don’t even whine about it. Just look for another girl and gradually take your mind off her. You shouldn’t take a girl who doesn’t take you seriously seriously. #12. NEVER ever tell a girl or show a girl how you feel about her until she is very crazy about you. You will know she is crazy about you when she starts sending you love texts, calling you often and telling you how she feels about you. a boss plays hard to get, sometimes if a girl tries to kiss you – you should not just give in to her, do small shakara – hard to get is not reserved for just girls. ONE MORE THING While you are doing all this you should be doing two things; Number one; you should be avoiding mistakes most other guys make. These mistakes are the reason why girls are not returning your feelings. And I can bet my last kobo that you are making those mistakes right now. In my ebook I exposed all those mistakes. By knowing these mistakes you will not do them. And by not doing them, girls will find you more attractive, and you will get more “yes” from the girls you ask out. Number two; by knowing what and what to do to make a girl interested in you. I explained all that in my ebook; the Bang Rule. If you haven’t gotten the ebook yet. You can get it today. Click I WANT TO GET IT TODAY for more details. If you want to see what other guys are saying about the eBook then click HERE FOR TESTIMONIES |

Simple – because I use these same secrets too. And they’ve always worked perfectly well for me and I’m sure it would work for you too. Without wasting much time. No long story. Here is the secret. PLAY HARD TO GET Yes, you read that right. To get a woman to chase you, you have to play hard to get. Did that confuse you? Don’t worry, I will explain. But first I will show you why playing hard to get works so well on girls, and why it can make her chase you. Why Does Playing Hard To Get Work. Let me tell you one main secret about women that most guys don’t know. That secret is that “Women Love A Man They Can’t Have”. Take a moment to read that line again. I want you to really get it. You see, when a guy is too easy for them and falls too easy or chase them shamelessly they don’t find him interesting. But when a guy is way above their level they become obsessed about him. The problem why most guys get dumped by guys, the reason why a girl would never want to date you is if you become way too easy to get and way too easy to control. Just check it out. To make it clear, let me give you an instance. Lets assume you asked a girl you just met today to be your girlfriend, and she agrees – almost immediately. Then in the evening of that same day, you ask for sex and she agrees without any argument. As in, she just resists a bit and then gives in. Would you ever take that girl seriously? Think about it. I can bet my last penny that you won’t. You will think she is cheap Now, still on that same girl. she calls you everyday, she sends you love texts everyday, anytime you ask for sex she just gives in, when she sees you with other women she starts crying, she always tells you that you love her more than you tell her, she doesn’t date any other guy – just you. Now take a moment to really think about it. Would you not get fed up with such girl fast. My bet is that you might enjoy the attention for two weeks then you will loose interest. I’m very sure about that. IT HAPPENS THE SAME WAY WITH WOMEN Don’t you get it? Damn, I want you to get this. If you are too easy for a woman, just like that girl in my example then no girl would ever take you seriously. How do you become too easy; by always trying to impress her. By not standing up to yourself when she does something wrong. By not being funny during conversations. By being too careful not to offend her. By always calling her as if MTN pays you to call her. By begging her for sex. By making a girl become too sure how you feel about her. Etc etc. See… …Women want a man that they would fight to have. They want a man who is a Challenge. They want a man who is so unpredictable that they wonder to themselves “What does he really feel for me” Now, most times many guys I have taught this starts becoming out rightly arrogant to women. I read somewhere online where one guy was saying that he practiced my strategy and started treating a girl harshly. Now, get this straight – this is not about being arrogant. In fact, nobody likes an arrogant person. Not even girls. The secret is arrogance plus humor. If you say; “You are fat”. That would be arrogant. But if you see; “You are now fat, my money is really going into all the right places in your body” then that is arrogance plus humor. That is what works. Let me not digress. We were talking about playing hard to get. If done well, this is what playing hard to get can do to a woman’s head… At first it would shock her a little bit in a good way. Then she would start seeing you as someone who is a challenge. This tricks her mind into thinking “What is he feeling like, I must get him to fall for me. Just to show him” Then she would start trying to make you fall in love. She would start calling you more often, she would say some things to you to get you to like her. But the more you play hard to get, the more she tries to make you fall in love with her. And before she knows it, she is chasing you without knowing she is chasing you. it always works. In Fact, using just this simple little trick I have made really pretty girls literary beg me for sex. But there is an art to this. There is a way to do this well so it would really work The question now is How Is The Right Way To Play Hard To Get. What should you do, how should you do it and when should you do it so you can actually make a girl chase you. What is the right way a man can play hard to get That is one of the things you will get to discover when you get the Advanced Bang Rule eBook. |

SIRTee15:Maybe, you're the one that really need an EDUCATION. Last time I checked: A trade deficit, which is also referred to as net exports, is an economic condition that occurs when a country is importing more goods than it is exporting. An economic measure of a negative balance of trade in which a country's imports exceeds its exports. A trade deficit represents an outflow of domestic currency to foreign markets. The deficit equals the value of goods being imported minus the value of goods being exported, and it is given in the currency of the country in question. Nig Export[10%] - Nig Import[90%] = Trade Deficit [-90%] The above description fits Nigeria since I was born - 1987. Nigeria’s import and export ratio has remained at 90 percent import to 10 percent export; on the average. |
profosa: profosa:My Dear, Currency revaluation has little impart on Economy, it's not the main thing to check/boost the Economy. So, if you devalue and it doesn't increase your Export, that mean devaluation had no impact. What Devualation does is simply to boost EXPORT. |
I don't know who came up with this $1 = ₦1 because this is laughable in Economics. I am sure it is NOT Buhari or APC. But for sure I know whoever came up with this wasn't thinking. Balance Of Trade can makes this happen for Nigeria but it's a journey that takes decades - even half a century. We are a Consuming and Developing Country and simply when you import everything your currency is powerless. Since I was born, Nigeria as a country has always been run on Trade deficit. Even China has not been able to achieve this, they have devalued their currency twice recently. I think Economists need to educate Nigerians.... |

Washington (CNN)An emotional John Kitzhaber announced his resignation as governor of Oregon on Friday, acknowledging he had "become a liability" to his state but asserting his innocence of any wrongdoing in a scandal surrounding his fiancee's consulting and policy work. "I have always had the deepest respect for the remarkable institution that is the Oregon Legislature; and for the office of the Governor," Kitzhaber said in a recorded message. "And I cannot in good conscience continue to be the element that undermines it. I have always tried to do the right thing and now the right thing to do is to step aside." The resignation will take effect next Wednesday, at which point Democratic Secretary of State Kate Brown will take over as governor. Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest LGBT rights organization, trumpeted her promotion Friday as the ascension of the nation's first openly bisexual governor. Kitzhaber's decision to step down came as little surprise, as he had faced mounting calls to resign this week over reports indicating his finacee, Clivia Lynne Hayes, advised the governor and state employees on energy policy while getting paid by a group advocating on the issue. The state Attorney General opened a criminal investigation into the case on Monday, and on Thursday night, state troopers gathered outside his Portland-area home, leaving after a fruitless hours-long stakeout with no sighting of the governor. The resignation came as the Oregon Department of Administrative Services served criminal subpoenas on Kitzhaber and Hayes. The subpoenas seek emails, letters and financial information concerning a wide range of activities, including state business. Kitzhaber said Friday, however, "I am confident that I have not broken any laws nor taken any actions that were dishonest or dishonorable in their intent or outcome," and asserted that the AG and ethics investigation into his fiancee's work would ultimately exonerate him in the eyes of Oregonians. But he also acknowledged that the questions dogging his administration over his fiancee's policy work, "and the escalating media frenzy that has stemmed from this, has clearly reached the point of no return." And, voice wavering, he expressed a love for Oregon, "its people, its rivers, its mountains and its landscapes, with every fiber of my being." It was a dramatic end for a governor that made Oregon history just three months ago by winning an unprecedented fourth term in office. But it was one, Oregon political observers say, that was not entirely unexpected. RELATED: 'Greek tragedy' leads to governor's resignation The latest scandal wasn't the first time Kitzhaber's fiancee had caused the governor trouble. Questions surrounding her role as an adviser to the governor, while still doing consulting work on the side, dogged them both during his 2010 reelection campaign. Many in the state suggested the governor may have let his relationship cloud his judgment. "Love is blind — that's all I'm going to say," Oregon Democratic Rep. Kurt Schrader told CNN in Washington on Friday. The reports that prompted Kitzhaber's resignation emerged before he was reelected, but Kitzhaber was largely able to ignore them, riding Oregon's heavily Democratic electorate and a flawed Republican challenger to victory last fall. But details surrounding the scandal continued to trickle out over the past few months, and the situation came to a head last week with the state's largest paper, The Oregonian, calling on him to resign. READ: Oregon paper's editorial board calls for gov's resignation On Monday, the Oregon attorney general opened up an investigation into the situation. And Kitzhaber stoked the controversy this week by reportedly deciding to resign by Tuesday, and in a move his secretary of state called "bizarre and unprecedented," changing his mind by Wednesday afternoon. Brown outlined her experience during the saga in a statement, saying she received a call from Kitzhaber late Tuesday afternoon asking her to return to Oregon from Washington "as soon as possible to speak with him in person and alone." When she returned, late Wednesday afternoon, Brown said things had changed. "I was escorted directly into a meeting with the governor. It was a brief meeting. He asked me why I came back early from Washington, D.C., which I found strange," she recounted in her release. "I asked him what he wanted to talk about. The governor told me he was not resigning, after which he began a discussion about transition." Brown added: "This is clearly a bizarre and unprecedented situation." She said she told the governor she and her staff would be ready if he resigns. And the call for him to do just that grew louder into Thursday, with state Treasurer Ted Wheeler becoming the first Oregon elected official to publicly call for Kitzhaber to step down. In a statement, Wheeler said the governor "has accomplished many great things during his long career, and history will be kinder to him than current events suggest." "Unfortunately, the current situation has become untenable, and I cannot imagine any scenario by which things improve. Oregon deserves a Governor who is fully focused on the duties of state," Wheeler said. On Friday, the overarching consensus in Oregon was that Kitzhaber had done the right thing, and that his resignation would, as Sen. Ron Wyden put it in a statement, let the state "refocus" on its goals. . "Oregonians have a right to expect the highest ethical standards from their government, and today's announcement by Governor Kitzhaber acknowledges that reality," the Democratic senator said. "In the days ahead, we will refocus with our new Governor Kate Brown on the goal all Oregonians share - making the best state in America even better." <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2015/02/13/us/governor-john-kitzhaber-resignation-letter/index.html">Read Gov.
