Now here is my interview experience.
I arrived the embassey at 5:55am, waited outside till abt 6:30am before we were asked to queue up for the security checks and finally to the interview hall at about 7:15am.
waited with anticipation to see how this white lady at window 16 looks like, finally she came up and another gentle white man in window 15 and yet another at window 13. befor this, our numbers were called at different windows for submission of our documents by blacks, and my docs were collected at window 16, so i felt that was it, that i will be interviewed at that window, but to my surprise it was window 15 that later called my number.

plesae take note when going for your interview, go with someone who can take care of unwanted items, or go with a car where you can keep them. For nursing mothers you are not allowed to go in with baby food, please feed your baby ouside befor going inside, except for breast feeding.

Wishing you all that are still expecting best of luck. the God that did it for me, will also do it for you, but pls try to know Him more not just for the purpose of this interview, but throughout your life. It pays to know and to serve God.

WE ARRIVE AROUND 5.40AM. WE SITED UNDER THE TREE AND PAYS 150 FOR THE RUBBER CHAIR. EXACTLY 6.30 THE SCREENING STATED. AFTER ALL THE SCREENING WE WENT IN FOR THE INTERVIEW.I PAID THE SUM OF 330*3 =990 DOLLARS TO THE CASHIER. AND SITED FOR MY NAME AND NUMBER TO BE CALLED. FIRSTLY, IT WAS CALLED AT WINDOW 13 FOR DOCUMENTATION. AND THEY ASK ME TO GO AND SIT DOWN. LATER, MY NAME WAS CALLED AT WINDOW 16 FOR THE INTERVIEW. ME, MY WIFE AND MY DAUGHTER. AFTER TUM PRINT,SHE ASK MY WIFE TO GO AND SIT DOWN WITH MY BABY.THE INTERVIEW STATED.

justwise: I don't think that there is any lottery related question that can not be discussed here, intimacy related or not, the system will censor any rude/inappropriate word, yes you are probably right that contacts have been exchanged here previous and that is purely because i did not see it.

Why do we need to drop or ask for contact details here even when nairaland has private messaging system?

justwise: Questions about interview can be asked openly here for others in need to benefit as well, there is no need going offline with it, this thread will not get to 400 plus pages if everybody do what you are about to do.

emybaby2: Hurray, i've been given my visa today, am so happy. I woke up early and arrived the place and we were checked in by 6:30am. Passed through the security check and got in. We did the documentation i.e gave my original and photocopied documents. I forgot to include 2 photocopied marriage certificate rather it was one and they wrote it down in my form that one certificate is out. That was the only error i made though i was nervous. Then we waited again. When it was time for the interview, window 16 who is a white lady was so tough with so much drilling of people with questions. The first couple for DV there were rejected by her. Up to 5 people went and she either refer them for the next day or told them that they have failed. A particular woman with a family of 5 children and her husband were denied their DV visa. What i come to know is that if you can't answer or defend your education and also know dates of birth, time you went to school etc, then there will be problems. The woman in window 13 was so nice and was handing down visas like water only denied one man. Who wasn't a DV applicant.
After praying that i should not pass through the white woman, believing God for window 13 when i was called to window 16(the white woman.)
