Just eat and rest more. Eat eggs especially. And don't limit your eating to three meals a day. Not necessarily heavy meals but freequent of small piece of this and that. Don't wait till you're hungry before you the next meals. Good luck

Likewise, adding weight is a sound medical advice when underweight. What everyone is looking for is a medically acceptable middle ground. How is that difficult to understand for you peeps?
