wirinet:we're talking about a healthy person. stop spreading fake news. ladies, ignore the quoted statement. if it was true, men would have died off by now- and most people who performed MouthAction on women would have an infection. anyone with an infection- whatever the gender- has dangerous germs. stop tarring healthy women wit that silly (and insulting) brush. www.jamaicaobserver.com/news/-The-vagina-is-cleaner-than-the-mouth-_18203468&template=MobileArticle |
Hi. Kindly read through the whole post; I'll simply reply any questions already answered here with "OP1". Each week, I'll be giving advice to any business that needs help. My focus is on micro and small (possibly some medium) enterprises. From an Akara seller with low patronage, to a bakery looking to expand, to starting a trade/business with little funds- any and all problems facing business owners will be treated. Caveat- I'm fallible. Nuff said. General guide: 1. I'll address problems on a 'first come, first served' basis. Later inquiries will be addressed- later (in the subsequent days/weeks). 2. Each topic will have it's own thread. So once a health issue is tabled here, I'll create a new thread for it and provide the link as my reply to the poster. 3. Avoid using your real name and location. You can use either one. 4. I'll attend to this thread only once a day, due to other commitments. 5. Other guides to follow as we evolve. 6. I plan to use the information here in my blog, so kindly take note. 7. When you ask your questions, kindly state d following: -startup or existing business? -state/LGA- -industry- -business size- -business age- -do u have a Business plan? -do u have a Marketing plan? -have u done a SWOT analysis? … There. So spread the word, let's rub minds and encourage our collective success! God guide us. Amen Modified- Have a look at the threads below; you might get a few ideas and insights from them. https://www.nairaland.com/4876711/msbn-launch-financial-mindset https://www.nairaland.com/4997563/msb-consult-launchpad-zero-kobo Good luck! |
SageMK:d mouth has more germs than genitals. that said, ur right. if u French kiss, etc then u already contracted any non genital fluids/germs in her system. op, have u heard of mono? |
fat is bad her BMI will b scary. aunty, go and lose weight o! for d sake of ur loved ones. nuff said |
Effulgent:use a different routine for each day. only lifting weights is actually very dangerous. and u should do them when ur able to gett min 8 hrs sleep- d body had to repair ur torn muscles. u need a plan with a long term goal. Google isometric and isotonic exercises. focus on squats, leg pulls and clean jerks, to work ur lower body. this will build ur laps, increase ur v shape and make u healthier. start planking for 10-30 seconds and increase from there. start sprints and skipping to - improve ur cardio and stamina. yoga and aerobics twice a week - for balance and flexibility. and increase ur calcium and vit C intake. carbo load before lifting heavy weights. protein and veg only after. good luck |
NeduLuiZ:guy, well done. but ur legs hardly changed. focus on squats, leg pulls and clean jerks. this will build ur laps, increase ur v shape and make u healthier. start sprints and skipping to improve ur cardio and stamina. and increase ur calcium and vit C intake. good luck |

good evening sir Pls my small Yamaha gen refused to start. I changed d plug last month but only used it 3 times since then- last time was over 3 weeks ago. servicing was in February. when I started it today, it died in 10 seconds. after 1 hr, I tried again but it only coughed and refused all attempts. pls advice. thank you |
also, if u have funds to add monthly, ur fixed account can be structured to accommodate it. in which case u negotiate for better rates. I hear wema bank's alat banking offers 10% normal savings. Google to confirm o! ![]() |
look into food, recharge cards or water/drinks. in a partnership: sign a proper agreement. discipline urself. improve d person's shop to show seriousness and get appreciation: - painting, advertising, bringing ur colleagues to buy, etc |
ericoleon:ur looking for 5% monthly earnings. if ur too busy to ruin d biz urself, u will b scammed. ur bank can give u fixed deposit rates much better than that. or invest in govt bonds/treasury bills thru dem. u can research other established private bond/bill brokers. if ur working full time, these r ur best options. if ur weekends r free, look for a problem u can solve in ur area: - for kids, students, ladies, guys, workers or families. u will be better off partnering with a shop owner so they earn from your goods. - over the weekend u do ur purchasing and bookkeeping. good luck |

This is a 'give back'/ CSR project to support Micro and Small businesses. Each week, we'll discuss the problems facing an MSE, Micro/Small Enterprise. Hopefully, we'll be able to profit from the festive season and beyond. The format guide will follow next week. ……… OUR FINANCIAL MINDSET Hard work is hard work- Whether you're holding a business meeting in a private jet; Or carrying 50kg cement under the scorching sun. Of the two, who has the potential to learn more? And 'sweat equity' means one uses more sweat to earn the wages of the other. - is a doctor less hardworking than a bricklayer? - whose sweat equity is greater? The poor are the worst managers of money, which is why they usually remain poor. - its their mindset that determines their eventuality. - one of the best examples is comparing the average family size between rich and poor. Who expects a rich man's child to go labour in servitude, just to learn lessons diligence or discipline? - is he the prodigal son? - was the elder son living in luxury, even surrounded by his father's wealth? We pray constantly for divine favour and financial blessings. - yet we subconsciously reject every notion of great wealth! - but still expect a better life: how, by luck? Or miracle? If we use what we have, work smart and manage our resources effectively: We'll be blessing others with jobs and higher standards of living. - within 2-5 years. - why do we refuse to? The 'To Do' List: We need to find a few good books to improve our financial intelligence. Read ONE PAGE a day- at meal times or in a bus. Find a way to teach *FINANCIAL LITERACY* from that one page to your children. Teach them savings and investment; assets and liabilities; balance sheets, income and expenses. Do this every day. Find people online who are where you want to be. Search their social media history. Get 2/3 of them to mentor you. Find out what they did. Do it. Discuss money-making ideas at work, home and church. Have fun learning how to reduce your expenses. Use what you own for your money-making ideas. Or borrow it from your neighbour. Or apply for a govt grant. Banks as LAST resort! Start a group for ajo/esuru/cooperative. Better still, if you're all funding the same business project. Start a 'Money Book Club'© with them, so everyone is thinking alike. Learn, question, fail, improve, grow. Succeed. Thank you. Courtesy, The MSBN® The Micro, Small Business Network |

lol where is obudu cattle ranch? Olu falae's farm has been invaded at least 3 times by cattle. what will you do if the fg buys land from your state and gives to "those whose strengths and competitive edge are in cow rearing", according to you? instead of getting your people to take the initiative by registering interest in the proposal, you're enacting defensive posturing. it's me you'll blame when it happens abi? isok o! kpele. will herdsmen endanger their cattle for 'politics'?
