Oduduwa according to the Benins was a prince who ran away from Benin and later settled at IFE. Imagine the people asking him who he is and him telling them he is A SKY KING then you'll understand the story behind him coming from the sky. The Benin Kingdom controlled most of West Africa then and his regarded as the first true Monarchy in the region

The only thing that can make the recommendations of that conference to be implemented is if the SE and SW put their silly differences aside, unite in this purpose and fight for its implementation.
