I have just deferred my admission after getting to canada so I can start by September. I was tild I wint be abke to work for that time. The school give me few days to see if i want to do it.
Please can anyone advise, is getting a study permit extension so complicated?

Bro, buy a house in places like Ogba in Lagos and put it for yearly rent or shortlet. For that 150m, am very sure there’s a house around that side you can buy less than that amount and be earning 10m naira monthly atleast. You can now use that yearly rent to venture into whatever useless business these nairaland peeps recommend. Atleast you know if you lose it, another money is coming to you from the real estate the following year. So, u never go broke again for life.

You explained the product well and showed that there’s demand. But without a clear plan for how well we can sell it, the business is not complete.

Saying things like “we’ll run ads” or “meet big stores” ….. bro, that sounds more like a guess work than a real plan. Same thing with “we can finish 500k in a week if we create awareness” …. that sounds like hope, not facts.

Your tenancy agreement ends with previous owner. If you have any issue, it is with previous owner, not the new landlord. But this landlord should have given you atleast 3 months before your rent expire so you can look for another house.
