Any registered voter should be able to vote wherever he/she finds himself/herself, not forcing people to travel to where they registered The status quo disenfranchises so many voters |

TheNextAce: Very well said, sir. If such an amount were used to boost electricity alone, we would see a mega change in the economy. Where there is constant electricity, there is major productivity. The elections are around the corner again. Let's pray our youths would be wise enough to choose a better candidate Of course yes Or possibly use it to massively produce prepaid metres that will be given free to Nigerians |

TrumpedL: But a dashboard video in circulation showed that the tanker was stationary. Why this lie? Try watching again, you will observe that the break of the tanker probably failed while ascending the slope of the road and no engine power to keep it in motion up the slope, hence the tanker sliding backwards, that's why those two guys were trying to insert wooden wedge behind the tyres albeit unsuccessfully, this must have eventually caused the tanker to fall and spill it's content being PMS Watch again and observe the above |

Daeylar: This makes it different, They just made it seem as though the tanker had an accident and people knew, and it was so obvious that people were leaving their cars and rubbing away.
But it seems as though the tanker was parked to the side before it exploded, how were people who were coming from behind supposed to know that there was something wrong with the tanker? The guy who was blaming the dead saying they had a chance to escape was out of line.
I see no chance here escape, If not that this guy was lucky enough to drive past the trailer before it exploded , he would have died too,
That was very crass of the person who blamed the dead. Spot on bro. The guy with the dashcam was lucky, as at when the video started, he never knew a tanker was sliding backwards. It was obvious that the people on board the vehicles behind must have scamper for safety too, perhaps some trapped in their vehicle due to inability to fully open their doors cos vehicles will be so close. |

bennynaza: Instead of duly giving Nigeria their deserved praise for beating Iceland and giving themselves a shot at qualification, most foreign media outlets decided to make the super eagles victory all about Argentina. Headlines like " musa shines to give Argentina hope" are on every foreign sports tabloid as opposed to "musa shines to give Nigeria hope". That's how the commentator during Croatia vs Argentina kept assuming that Iceland would beat Nigeria. I observed the bolded while watching that match, I was thinking "this guy must be mad" cos he wasn't assuming sef but was saying it as if it was preplanned to be so Shame to him wherever he is |

Politics › Re: Buhari Signs The 2018 Appropriation Bill Into Law by alsudaes1(m): 1:33pm On Jun 20, 2018 |
8. Unfortunately, that has not been given much regard in what has been sent to me. The National Assembly made cuts amounting to 347 billion Naira in the allocations to 4,700 projects submitted to them for consideration and introduced 6,403 projects of their own amounting to 578 billion Naira.
9. Many of the projects cut are critical and may be difficult, if not impossible, to implement with the reduced allocation. Some of the new projects inserted by the National Assembly have not been properly conceptualized, designed and costed and will therefore be difficult to execute.
This summarizes it all I only hope amendments would be made later on |
