Yoruba people and blind loyalty... Loyalty just like respect is earned, you don't just throw it around cos of ego at detriment of ur very well being. I like the fact that Yorubas can be very loyal especially to their own no matter how bad the individual might be but it's important to know when to draw the line. After 8 years y'all 'll see how bad things have gone. A selfish man can never make a good leader, leadership is service and sacrificial both attributes Tinubu lacks. Whatever benevolence he does for you is to serve his very own purpose, he's very cunny and calculative which are the attributes that's made him successful but you don't really want this kind of person as a leader. He doesn't really care about you as he evidently showed during Owo massacre same as during Igboho's Ordeal with Buhari. To him it's about himself only. This is why I wanted Obi. Obi 'll never spend all this cos to him they're unnecessary. Obi didn't do spectacularly well as a Governor in all honesty but he was far better than predecessors esp in terms of cost of governance, education, payment of salary and revenue and one might also consider the conditions that led to his emergence as Governor and how much he was hated at the time cos he didn't allow unnecessary spending and looting. After the damage Buhari did to our economy Obi would have been the best person for the Job especially to salvage our economy. All the corrupt elites don't want him even those from the east coa they knew he 'll sabotage every looting efforts and it won't be business as usual. With the present state of our economy a leader that really care about the plight of the people especially the plebs won't be borrowing billions of dollars for frivolous vanities like Tinubu is currently doing. In a country with high IQ+ individuals a candidate that said a word like "Emi lo kan" won't even contest the primaries but black man with money in a black race 'll always have his way which is why Africa 'll remain a 3rd world country.

P.S: If you must quote me pls be civil, we don't have to throw insults at each other on behalf of politicians that don't care about us. We can reason together based on our different perspective, the goal is to move forward innit

shouldn't it start with our leaders? They should stop flying abroad for medical trips..stop sending there children to study abroad..etc.they should lead by example.

Immediately I left NYSC I started teaching, private lesson cos of no job..and it was my rule Neva to lay a hand on someone else's child cos I might not be too careful why flogging more over devil dey work overtime and cases like this parents who support and spoil there children, it was because of cases like this I took that decision. I even lost a class cos the client said I don't flog her child.. I wasn't scary enough. ThankGod I have left teaching..may the soul of the young teacher find eternal rest.. Amen!..
