PoliticsRe: Saraki’s CCT Trial Adjourned Till 18 March As He Storms Court With 30 Senators by amaechi1: 12:28pm On Mar 11, 2016
SleekMallam:
It would amount to double tragedy if saraki approves that national embarrassment of a padded budget.
He has no other option than to pass the budget. Budget approval would not make any difference. The Govt is just waiting for him and Nigerians are waiting for budget to be approved by NASS. The blackmail from Government after 17 March will be the NASS has not passed the budget hence, money can't spent. Should he play for delay then party will come hard on him and he will collapse. Today is 30 senators, including Senator "come sense". The number is gradually coming down. Maybe next time will be 10.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Should TAKE Nigeria BACK To When He Takes Over by amaechi1: 11:21am On Mar 11, 2016
I agree with you and he should return all recovered loot from the looter and apologize to Nigerians for exposing those who have looted this country to bone marrow.

Sorry for this comment.
PoliticsRe: Senate President Saraki Announces Presence At CCT Led Trial by amaechi1: 10:50am On Mar 11, 2016
sezsimon2003:
Given that for 13 years, all the documents from the Senate President’s asset declarations from 2003, 2007 and 2011 were accessible by the Bureau for investigation, Saraki’s application states that the condition precedence should have been drawn to it; to give the Senate President the opportunity to explain and address any identified issues.

Hon. Gbenga Makanjuola
Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the Senate
"The attention of the senate president should have been drawn or must be called for clarification" Was he sleeping when he filled the form. Secondly, did he endorse the filled form before submitting. Why does he have to jump from court to the other seeking to stop the trials. Please, tell that the creatures in sea.

Compensation over Competence.. APC is a huge scam
It now a scam because it is done by APC. When PDP appointed Patrick that plunder the resources, it was not a scam. Wailing will continue till 2023.
PoliticsRe: Do Ruling Party APC Have Ideaology? Where Is Change? by amaechi1: 12:53pm On Mar 10, 2016
datopaper:
I have listen to many commentators on APC ideas and Nigeria. But I can't really get. Do APC have ideology? What is the different between pdp and APC. Please drop your comment
For better understanding get the party's manifesto and ready. It will help you to make informed decisions.

In any case, a party that have spent 16 year plundering our common wealth with nothing meaningful to show for rather than few billionaire that have stock pile dollars for their yet unborn children due have ideology. A party who ideology for fighting corruption is separating the goat from yam or the principle of stealing is not corruption of course has ideology. A party that gathered young graduate reap them of their hard earned N1000 and frustrated some to death definitely has ideology. If that party should present a saint next election, my vote will not be counted in their favour.

PoliticsRe: Do Ruling Party APC Have Ideaology? Where Is Change? by amaechi1: 12:39pm On Mar 10, 2016
Are you asking Change or Magic? If you asking for change then look through you will there changes in the process of governance. Except you want to deceive yourself. People that are assumed to be untouchable are being touch. The days of impunity his gone, especially at the administrative head.

Change is gradual, pains taking but outcome is for better tomorrow. Magic is instantaneous but fades away and leave the fellow with more horrible condition than where he was before.

Lol
At the end of the day, Saraki will be acquitted of all accusations and the FG will apologize to office of the Senate president for time wasting and wrongly accusing an innocent ex-governor, dad and godfather.
For real? Apologize for wasting his time. It is well with us
PoliticsRe: Kachikwu's Unbundling- A Case Of Double Speaking, Itooknow And Strategic Blunder by amaechi1: 11:29am On Mar 10, 2016
One interesting fact coming out of this purported strike by the oil worker union, is that most Nigerians are on the side of government. The union has once again demonstrated their selfish motive and sabotage tendencies. Whether unbunding or re-structuring the government is right on spot.

I will appreciate they look for meaningful way of moving this country forward.

Up Nigeria!
PoliticsRe: The National Embarrassment Called APC Governance by amaechi1: 9:44am On Mar 10, 2016
The "lootercracy" under PDP was not an embarrassment and evil deed in the highest order. I hear you!
PoliticsRe: Shame On Fayose. by amaechi1: 6:20am On Mar 10, 2016
I don't have issue buying things from anybody. In the first instance, he is a Nigerian before being a Governor. My worries is his unguarded statement and blackmail to religious excitement. If this country goes up in flame, he or his close family maybe the first victim. The least we need now is crisis. The economic crisis our leaders who fail to plan (years of economic boom) plunged us into is enough.

mile12crises:
Buhari was a former military Dictator and still Democratic Dictator.

He cannot change.

He has violated Nigeria constitution on different occasions and deserve an impeachment notice to make him seat up.

PMB does not believe in rule of Law. He still have military believe of Head of State instead of President.

God save Naija from Tyrant PMB.
He is tyrant because he has not done it your way. Perhaps, a tyrant because he has taken the bull by horn to restructure NNPC for accountability. Should PMB resign today people like you will still blame him.
PoliticsRe: Why PMB Got It Wrong With James Ocholi' family "compensation" - CramJones by amaechi1: 10:10am On Mar 09, 2016
bjdon:
The OP is quite correct and you my friend are the one who is wrong. Nobody is saying the family should not be compensated, by all means give the kids scholarships and even give monetary compensation to the family, as you correctly pointed out that is done commonly in the west, when soliders or other public frigures meet an early death.
I am sure you'll agree that what is NOT DONE in the west is to just give a civil service job to anybody by diktat. Every civil service appointment in the developed world is obtained by going through the relevant recruitment process. It is the matter of the job an,d that matter ONLY that the OP is referring to, and on that point he is 100% correct. The civil service must not be the playground of politicians to give jobs to at their whim
Would say he is correct if you were the Ex-minister's family?
This is african nor UK or USA. People go to pay condolence with substance in this part of the world and it our culture. OP may as well migrate to western world if he does like it.
PoliticsRe: Why PMB Got It Wrong With James Ocholi' family "compensation" - CramJones by amaechi1: 5:55am On Mar 09, 2016
Very unfortunate you spend your God's given time to write this rubbish. In the first place are the children not Nigerians? Scholarship and employment are they not part of capacity building? These children has dreams and if the will help them achieve their dreams and aspirations so be it.

On a final note I believe you are just been jealous and mischievous about the whole issue. Even in the united state and other part of western world, soldiers who lost their arms or any part of their body, receives compensation or their family members, either as scholarships or other incentives.
I pray may you never be in ex- minister condition.

And you are happy? When a corpse is being carried by another man, another will think it is a log of wood. But the moment the carry corpse into his house, he will realize it is a dead body.
Life cannot be replaced.

PoliticsRe: Money Spent On The Week-long Arabian Visits By PMB Recovered. by amaechi1: 5:58am On Mar 08, 2016
There is no need insulting ourselves and Mr President. I believe it was God that allowed GEJ to be "dethrone" through the ballot and ascend PMB as Nigeria President. There is nothing anyone can do about it. I will rather encourage all and sundry to support Nigeria, irrespective out cultural and religious divide. I believe Nigeria will rise again. Whether PMB or who, again in oil price is a gain for Nigeria, oil being our main source of income as a nation.

God bless PMB
God bless Nigeria.

Those who are calling for the head of Mr President and his team for visiting the gulf nations should cover the faces in shame. You don't sit at home and play international politics. Life is in phase and nothing last for ever.

Nigerians, can we cement our differences and work for the progress of this project "the well being of every Nigerian".

God bless Nigeria.

NK is coming out victorious
i think the judge does not want the FG to have anymore excuses

the judge is tired of the stupid games of the fg

then end of case
just watch
It easy for you to said that because you presently at your comfort zone not behind bars. A lot will be going over his mind, how did I find myself in this predicament. There no sweet place as your home.

For the sake of knowledge, a south African woman was found guilty of money laundry to the tone of $320000 just last week. She was to forfeit the money and it should be paid into the FG account with prove of payment return to the court.

PMB is not the judiciary, we should beam the search light to the judiciary.
PoliticsRe: Al-jazeera To Buhari, How Do You Pay Your Children's School Fees Abroad With FX by amaechi1: 9:53pm On Mar 06, 2016
People will like to make mountain out of a mole just because they their hero lost the last general election. For those against Mr President, what did we gain as a nation when oil was sold at $140? The man is simply applying the principle of priority. If you can afford luxury please, go ahead but not with our hard earned Forex, no way.

PoliticsRe: IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu, Is The Nigeria Mandela by amaechi1: 6:04am On Mar 06, 2016
Pinkybush:
Just like South Africa Mandela fought for freedom and was taken to prison, IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu is currently in the same mess. Although I'm not a IPOB youth nor from Igbo, but I support this struggle, and believe one day.....
....Israelites will go to their promise land.

FREEDOM!!!
Mandela fought for liberty and Justics not separation. Mandela was a man of peace who never use hate speeches e.g "Zoo or Zombie" to de-humanize anyone. Even unto his death he was still speaking to the native to work with the, on-natives. That is the spirit of a true leader not the likes of Kanu. Who will never be close to mandela's shoes.

God bless Nigeria
