Does this president truly believe that arms and ammunition are used to get peace in a country?

So long the present government system and political structure remain, so long armed conflicts shall increase in Nigeria.

If you want your governor to do something for you, make your way to the government house.
Quoting one doesn't amount to disturbing the person, unless to a jaundiced observer.
One must be sure of what one places on social media before placing them; no posting of falsehood to promote a governor.

Your community did not march to govt house to tell the governor what your community merits from government.

Like miracle, two governors who bear grudges emerged from Orlu senatorial district since 2011. Both of them, worse, the present, have arrested development in Orlu area. Some of you enjoy the show.

Wow!!! Truly epic.

Dear fellow patriotic Nigerians, I plead with you to vote Asiwaju Tinubu. Asiwaju Tinubu is extremely capable and competent to lead Nigeria to greater heights.

Full biography of Bola Ahmed Tinubu

FULL NAME: Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu

DATE OF BIRTH: 29 March 1952 (age 69)

OCCUPATION: Accountant, Politician

MARITAL STATUS: Married

INTRODUCTION
Bola Ahmed Tinubu was elected Senator for the Lagos West constituency in Lagos State, Nigeria in 1993, he also was elected governor of Lagos State (1999 – 2007). He is said to be among Nigeria’s most successful politicians ever. He is currently the national leader of the ruling party in Nigeria, All Progressive Congress (APC).

EARLY LIFE AND BACKGROUND
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was born in Lagos, Nigeria to the illustrious Tinubu Family of Lagos State. He attended St. John's Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos and Children's Home School in Ibadan, South West of Nigeria. Tinubu then went to the United States in 1975. He attended Richard Daley College, Chicago Illinois, where he earned himself a place in the honors list of the College. He subsequently proceeded to the Chicago State University, Illinois where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Management).

During his undergraduate years, he was honored with the Outstanding Student’s Award, The University Scholar’s Award and the Certificate of Merit in Accounting and Finance.

On his arrival in the U.S. in 1975 and with the support of an ever-adoring mother, this courageous youth, faced with an unflinching zeal to succeed, took on such menial jobs as dishwashing, night-guard and cab-driving to see himself through the initial difficulties of school at the Richard Daley College, Chicago, Illinois.

The brilliance of this young Nigerian showed in his ability to make the honours’ list of Richard Daley College. He subsequently transferred to the Chicago State University, Illinois, graduating with honours in 1979 and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Management). During his first year in Chicago State University, young Bola was given the rare privilege to partly teach other students of his Faculty remedial tutorial classes. Most of his colleagues and contemporaries at the university attributed their improved grades to his tutorial lectures.

Throughout his undergraduate years, young Bola was on the Dean’s List and was honoured with the Outstanding Student’s Award, the University Scholar’s Award and the Certificate of Merit in Accounting and Finance. He was also awarded the prestigious Sumna cum laude for scoring 3.54 out of possible 4.0 GP.

With his successful academic profile, young Bola contested and won his first political election as the President of the Accounting Society of the institution in his final year at the University.

Upon graduation with honours and several awards, Bola Tinubu cut his professional teeth at the American-based Arthur Anderson, Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now called Deloitte Haskins and Touche) and GTE Service Corporation – the largest Communication and Utility Company in the United States of America.

Meanwhile, at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, the young and professional Bola broadened his experience by participating in the auditing and management consultancy services of General Motors, First National Bank of Chicago, Procter and Gamble, International Harvester, GEC and other Fortune 500 firms.

After returning to Nigeria in 1983, Bola Tinubu joined Mobil Oil Nigeria, and later became an executive of the company.

Imo River was dammed in Amuro Okigwe for Okigwe regional surface water supply project.

Njaba or Orashi river was proposed by IMSG starting from Mbakwe administration to be dammed for Orlu regional surface water supply project.

Otamiri River was dammed for Owerri regional surface water supply project.

Since about one year you started to post non existing rehabilitation of bore holes in Orlu, no pipe borne water flows in the area. Above all, water boreholes are used to supply water to isolated settlements. Imo politicians know full well that water boreholes cannot serve for supply of treated portable water in Orlu and Okigwe zones. They know that the surface water supply system proposed by IMSG is inevitable for Orlu and Okigwe zones.

But I have posted rehabilitation of water schemes in Orlu town and zone, even pipe laying.
Talk is about the proposed surface water supply system for Orlu senatorial zone, similar to the Owerri zonal surface water supply system, not the borehole system you post that usually stops supply of water shortly after commissioning.

Similar surface water supply project was started in Okigwe by Mbakwe administration, and was completed by Udenwa administration. It went under like this Owerri water works during Ohakim administration. At Amuro-Okigwe, the multi billion Naira dam of Okigwe surface water supply system built by Mbakwe administration is now used by youths as swimming pool.

If gov Hope Uzodinma starts work on Orlu regional water supply system whose feasibility studies were completed by Mbakwe administration to supply treated running water to nearly all the 12 LGAs in Orlu senatorial district, the next governor shall complete the water project.

But will Hope Uzodinma not believe that the water project shall make Orlu develop, therefore he will not start it?

Talking rot.

The kingmakers in Nigeria first choose who shall be the next president. They then present the person as candidate for any of the two largest political parties which must win by "force."

Obasanjo a Yoruba was in a political party not favoured by the Yorubas. Who could have thought he would win then from a party not favoured by millions of his Yoruba voters?
The presidency had been zoned to the SW then by kingmakers, that's why two Yorubas were presidential candidate in the two largest political parties.

What support did Igbos give APC
There were literally no Yoruba politicians in PDP founded by Igbo Alex Ekwueme, in 1999 when a Yoruba, Olusegun Obasanjo became the PDP presidential candidate and won.
Consideration for Zoning was at play there.
It's now time to zone the presidency to the Igbo.
Why would Yoruba seek to be rewarded with the 2023 presidency because more Yorubas voted for Buhari than the Igbos?

We should have been rewarding the SS and the SE with rotating the presidency between the two zones that produce much of the funds from crude oil and gas for Nigeria, if reward is the thing.

You don't understand. Winning 25% of votes in 24 states is not easy for a southern presidential candidate, but easy for a presidential candidate from any part of Northern Nigeria due to the 19 mostly bogey states proliferated in the north by northern soldiers.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/504756-2023-sanusi-urges-nigerians-to-get-voters-cards-elect-competent-leaders.html
Voters card is meaningless in a Nigeria of false democracy arising from its fraudulent political structure and electoral provision which states that a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of 36 states (that's in 24 states), before pronounced winner of Nigeria's presidential election.

With 19 states fraudulently proliferated in one Northern region, no Presidential candidate from any of the southern regions can win Nigeria's presidential election if northern Nigeria insists on a northerner to become the next president of Nigeria.
Sanusi the fox must have known the fraudulent political structure and electoral system of Nigeria that favor only his Northern region.

Each person has one vote.
The voters will vote their desire candidates during elections.

Any candidate can win election.
Nigeria's democracy is a farce because of the country's rigged and lopsided political structure of 36 states, with 19 states proliferated in the old northerner region, mostly in the NW.
Given Nigeria's political structure created by Arewa military dictators, no presidential andidate from any of the southern regions can win if northern political players insist on a northerner to succeed President Buhari. It's only respecting zoning formula which can make a southern presidential candidate to win.

3 pillars of tribe with the largest in population abi?? Who are first class Nigerians and the other tribes with fewer populations are lesser Nigerians.
This same tribal logic of population is what led to 5 percenters and the born to rule by north. After all, All that matters is what is the population of the tribe you're from. This is pseudo democracy
Pseudo democracy is truly what exists in Nigeria since the north used its soldiers to create a lopsided political structure of 36 states and Abuja with a whooping number of 19 states and Abuja in one Northern region, but only 17 states in the old two southern regions.
They authored the 1999 constitution to legalise the creation and an electoral system that says a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 24 states before proclaimed winner.

In this political structure, no Yoruba or Igbo or Igbanke or Efik, or any presidential candidate from the southern regions, can win presidential election, if north massively supports a northern presidential candidate. Through respect for zoning, a southerner can succeed President Buhari; but it's the turn of the Igbo to present a successor to President Buhari. It can only be possible if the SW joins its support for an Igbo presidential candidate now. With zoning principles in mind, Northerners are morally constrained to vote for the Igbo candidate.
PoliticsRe: 'Goodluck Jonathan Coming Back’ 2023 Poster Surfaces Online (Photo) by Amah70: 9:10am On Jan 09, 2022
AyeOpu:
Nigerians on social media have reacted to a poster with the inscription “GEJ Is Coming Back” which suggests the ambition of former President Goodluck Jonathan to contest for presidency in the 2023 elections.

The poster done by a faceless group known as the National Agenda for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. It claimed it aimed for a better Nigeria come 2023.

However, this has been greeted with mixed reactions from citizens with many condemning Jonathan’s ambition.

This was even after the Instagram blog, mufasatundeednut, queried if Nigeria was going backwards or forward.

In her reaction, popular actress, Nkechi Blessing said she would vote for Jonathan if he chooses to run. She wrote, “I will over vote for him sef.”

Another Instagram user, @popcorrnn._ wrote, “Yesss oh, he should please come back. He had a far better government than Buhari, & it took for him to go for us to realize it, he should please come back.”

For @_james_oluwa, it is better to vote for Jonathan than any other candidate. He wrote, “It’s better to vote for him than any other candidate!! The Angel you know before is better than the one u just meet.”

However, others have shown a contrary opinion saying the former President would simply dent his image if he ran for the presidency again.

One of such users is @icobenson who said, “He will fail woefully, he didn’t maximize the opportunity given to him initially, so what does he have to offer this time absolutely NOTHING we need a fresh start. Soro Soke.”

shoes_by_shem opined: “This would be the most foolish move for him.”

Another user el_patron_wanz stated, “Dem wan package backwardness make e be like forwardness give us.”

This is gibberish

Development can't take place at once in all the region

Even under GEJ, Yorubas were marginalised in terms of appointments and infrastructure.

The FG can't build railway all over Nigeria in just 8 years, is not possible. PDP couldn't do up to what APC have done in 16 years.

If GEJ had been building the railway lines, maybe all the geopolitical regions in Nigeria will be connected by now.

Is not the turn of the Ibos to become the president in 2023. The APC will never microzone their presidential ticket to the South East and Nigerians won't be force in voting an Ibo candidate.

You guys can cry to the PDP to microzone to their ticket to the South East and una get APGA sef.

Let me repeat it in case you don't understand... The APC will never microzone to the South East. Men like Tinubu worked hard for the APC to get to where they are today, ibos can't just come and tell him to step down for an Ibo candidate, is not possible. If you guys will burn down your region because of that, you can go ahead.
Modern development like the standard gauge rail lines should have then be started in the most travelled routes in the SS and SE where Nigeria also got most of its funds from; since you see that development can't take place at once in all the regions. See you, see sophistry.

You must be living in Mars to believe that because Tinubu worked hard for APC, the Yoruba must be rewarded with having a Yoruba to succeed Buhari as president.

Nigeria has been gulping revenues from crude oil and gas from the SS and SE, why did Nigeria not reward the two zones with exchanging the presidency of Nigeria between the two zones all the time, excluding the SW?

The Yoruba took its turn from 1999-2007. Zoning of the presidency between the north and south was reason why two Yoruba presidential candidates were fielded to the presidential tickets of the two largest political parties in 1999.
