Jlow2:...but at one point after each other's neck because of woman. |
Cognitivereason:Add: Nigeria is sustained by income from the SW and Northern regions. There is no level of twists and turns, untested theories and outright falsehoods that you predators in Nigeria would not put forward to defend the system. You raise money from Zone A but use the money to develop Zone B, build modern infrastructures in unproductive Zone B - leave the infrastructures in Zone A deplorable. |
HacheNoire:Too bad, sidelining the SS and SE regions but first start to build standard gauge rail lines in the SW and northern regions. There is no economic sense in that. Nature abhors injustice. INTEL died when digital exchange stations were first built in small northern Nigeria's towns, while big southern cities, mostly in the east, were struggling with analog exchange stations. |
Ademola47:You? Who do you think you are? If that money is made available under Buhari administration, you shall even construct a standard gauge rail lines from Kano to Saudi Arabia while there are no standard gauge rail lines in the East and Southsouth regions. A person of honour in your position would have resigned. |
Osilama1:It seems that you believe that once a person got sworn in as president of a country, the person then has powers to lead the citizens to anywhere, including to the rocks. The electorate is the repository of the president's powers, not the president's office. The president can be sacked anytime by the electorate through impeachment; The allegiance sworn by the armed forces to the constitution is like allegiance to the people who own the constitution, not to a mere mortal who was elected president. |
Osilama1:Why wouldn't incumbent president GEJ beat Atiku in PDP Primaries? Do you not understand what incumbency powers can achieve? You people cite zoning to enable the south present successor to PMB, but in the southern regions, you people refuse zoning, because it's the turn of the Igbo to present the next president of Nigeria. Don't you see how stupeed you are? |
Osilama1:GEJ won in 2011 because the north and most of Nigeria respected zoning. Go ahead and present a Yoruba in any of the two major political parties in 2022/23 to succed PMB. That will give you a Northerner succeding PMB. Do you people even understand that given Nigeria's lopsided political structure, no southern Nigeria's presidential candidate can win presidential election if the north massively supports a Northerner as presidential candidate? A presidential candidate needs to win 25% of votes in 24 states before the candidate can be proclaimed winner of Nigeria's presidential election. Bottom line: if Yoruba respect zoning and support Igbo to present presidential candidates in the 2 major political parties, as we did in 1999, presidency shall come to the south in 2023. But if Yoruba which had its turn through OBJ between 1999-2007 is competing with the Igbo in 2023, the south needs to kiss bye earlier to the 2023 presidency. |
Return Nigeria to fiscal Federalism. Oil proceeds to the federal government has not bettered the quality of life of the masses in Nigeria. Training soldiers and police, paying them fat salaries to protect Nigeria's roguish unitary government system in a pluralistic country, that's one of the major businesses of Nigeria's leaders. |
abobote:No. Past military overthrows of civilian governments worsened Nigeria's situation. Nigeria will either evolve to true and fiscal Federalism or disintegrate to more manageable countries before long. |
Of course, they had to. It's a Constitution made by their erstwhile colleagues - Northern Military dictators. |
omenkaLives:Navy became police!! Because you belong to a zoo country where some groups no longer value human life; thats how Navy has turned to police. |
NwaNimo1:10 killed? Blood bath. Whoever led the operations must be an imbecilee, untrained law enforcement agent or another one with desire to massacre Igbo youths with any flimsy excuse. |
Osilama1:Yoruba were not supportive of PDP when Obasanjo won PDP presidential primaries and won presidential election. Obasanjo was dashed presidency because of zoning. If they field a best Yoruba presidential candidate for APC for 2023, the north shall massively support a nothern presidential candidate in another party and win. The SS will never forget or forgive the role Tinubu with other Yoruba played to bring down Goodluck Jonathan from office. No Igbo shall tolerate how Yoruba slighted the Igbo by refusing rotation in the south now that it's the turn of the Igbo to present a successor to PMB. |
Oj333:True talk. How could living man have sex orgy for dead women? |
Anonymous993775:Weird indeed. Try to interact more with living women than with dead ones by engaging in stable relationships with living women. With time, the living women you interact with might make you forget romantic life with dead women. |
SmartProf:Good analysis. Uzodinma has been scoring own goals. Move down to the towns in his federal consultancy and see rot from abandonment. Even the road reconstruction projects started by Ihedioha government in his federal constituency were stopped. Taming Rochas Okorocha and his goons needs to be followed without causing the present uproar. |
Osilama1:Obasanjo was dashed presidency in 1999 based on rotation/zoning. If not, how could Obasanjo fresh from prison, win presidential primaries of PDP formed by Igbo Alex Ekwueme with his Group of 33? There were hardly any notable Yoruba in PDP then. Most of the Yoruba politicians then were in Yoruba local political party, AD. Yoruba did not vote Obasanjo, yet he won. |
Abdul05:It's only a sworn dullard-parasite who would question the capability of a qualified Igbo man to rule Nigeria. It's only a fascist-anarchist who would question the possibility of a person from the largest or 2nd largest ethnic group in a country ruling the country. |
Above all, it's the turn of Igbo to preside over Nigeria from May 29, 2023. Nigeria's skewed and lopsided political structure necessitated Rotation/Zoning of the presidency between north and south of Nigeria. |
NigeriaZoo:He turned support to Shekarau after dumping Buhari. He communicates only in Hausa. This one be unapolegitic ethno-religious bigot. |
Truthissupreme:I n'agwa Beaty. Church now becomes industry, produces utility, and net employer of labour, abi? Only in Anambra state. |
NwaNimo1:Day don break. Let them maneuvre the system to make the world's major airlines to start to use Anambra international airport. |
Reality3080:Yes. There are many Igbos now seekijg for the nod, and Igbo shall get it. Most of Nigeria can't be as demented as you who think you can run a country successfully at the exclusion of the country's 1st or 2nd largest ethnic group. |
Reality3080:If you see that 1999 PDP primaries as a contest, you are most deceptive. Obasanjo was freed from prison to contest under PDP formed by late Alex Ekwueme with his Group of 33. How could Obasanjo, just from prison, have defeated Ekwueme in the PDP primaries, if not that there was a nod by politicians to having a Yoruba to succeed Abdusalam Abubakar? FYI, there were few Yoruba in PDP then. They were in the local Yoruba party, AD/ACN. |
On Succession game: Injustice imperils a country. Zoning/Rotation of the presidency between the north and the south has been on since return to democracy in 1999 when we all acquiesced to fielding two presidential candidates, Obasanjo Olusegun and Olu Falae, from the SW region to contest on the platforms of the two largest political parties then. Zoning/Rotation was reason for late Yar'Adua to succeed Obasanjo. Zoning also played its role in making Goodluck Jonathan succeed late Yar'Adua. In 2023 therefore, it's the turn of the Igbo in the SE to succeed President Buhari. |
Shehuyinka:If the Bill is about limiting the powers of the presidency selecting who will succeede the president, or limiting election rigging in Nigeria, nobody expects the Bill to be signed by the President, or the National Assembly overriding the president's veto to the Bill. We have a classically corrupt politicians and political process in Nigeria. No country in the world can rival Nigeria on that corruption. |
asha80:Unfortunately, two prominent traditional chiefs of Owerri were kidnapped yesterday. It's no more Oru/Orlu/Orsu axis affair where politicians hibernating in Owerri must have believed the mayhem would be restricted to. |
InternalAuditor:Chino, Ha ha ha. I laugh like this lady you uploaded her photo here. Move down to Europe to see 3 to 4 high rise buildings as the only building infrastructures in some famous universities there. You might be having eyes on Zik's UNN with its massive land area.

IGBOSON1:
|
IGBOSON1:It's only an Igbo suffering self-defeat who would believe that obviously cooked-up story of cannibalism in Orsu LGA of Imo state. We were once told that Ngwa people in Igbo land ate human flesh, but that's a century past story. |
IGBOSON1:Yaa, I shall do that latter; IGBOSON1. One ProudIgbo started this thread about pictures of modern development in IMO STATE, before the thread was hijacked by miscreants who believe that Imo state is Owerri with its development process. The miscreants would even frown at any government development outside Owerri in Imo state. |
