Is it only the woman that needs to be blamed? So a married man who said his marriage vows, leaves his wife and two children in Abuja, has a girlfriend old enough to be his daughter and camps her in a self-rented apartment has no blame? It is alright for a man to commit adultery, he is blameless but the person that commits fornication is to blame. It is alright for a man to cheat on his wife but not the other way round. I am not supporting Chidinma, she will get what she deserves in court. However men should learn from this sad story. What is needed from this sad story are to learn vital lessons not all the insults heaped on Chidinma. Alzheimer's disease, dementia or Parkinson's disease affects 3 million Americans annually despite their healthcare delivery system. I don't know the statistics in Nigeria because it isn't recorded.

Bill Gates is committed to finding the best possible solution for these diseases that attack when grandparents retire from labour and intend to spend quality time with their children and grandchildren. I think this disease killed Gates, the senior, and the father of the richest man in the world wouldn't die if money could treat dementia.

These category of diseases is better prevented than cured.

Dementia is a disease that is usually managed. In developed countries there are dementia care homes.

Those facilities are lacking in Nigeria which makes men that suffer from Dementia to be at the mercy of their wives.

Why am I saying all these?

I'm advising bachelors eligible for marriage to avoid evening newspapers at all cost.

Marry a woman that is at least 10 years younger than you so that if this disease sets in both of you would not suffer it together because women are more likely to suffer dementia than men.

Also, since there are no care homes in Nigeria, your survival depends on the willingness of your wife to take care of you since your children will be taking care of their own families.

Jacob's survival today is because he married a "very good" woman he is 19 years older than who is taking care of him .

Yeah, I stated it in my previous comment before the one you quoted, and in the long run most men will learn to stay away from people's wives, since married women is the discussion here, only the single ladies will have a field day and single guys will now conduct interviews and investigations just to be sure they are not deceived my married women who might claim single. But come to think of it, is it really worth the stress.
